Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による建設機械用可変容量型油圧ポンプの油圧制御装置は、操作量検出手段および斜板制御装置に配設され、前記操作量検出手段により感知された操作装置の作業装置操作信号を受信して前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御する流量制御コントローラを備え、前記流量制御コントローラは、複合操作時に前記作業装置操作信号を用いてそれぞれの作業装置用のアクチュエータの要求流量を予め決定し、次いで、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を決定するために前記それぞれの要求流量の平方和の平方根を算出して前記斜板制御装置を制御する。

Description
エンジン10と、
開口面積を制御するための斜板制御装置11を有し、前記エンジン10によりポンプされて油圧を提供する一つの可変容量型油圧ポンプ12と、
ブームアクチュエータやアームアクチュエータ、バケットアクチュエータおよび旋回モータを有する複数の作業装置用のアクチュエータ14と、
前記油圧ポンプ12と前記複数の作業装置用のアクチュエータ14との間に配設され、スプールの切換え時に前記作業装置用のアクチュエータおよび旋回モータの起動、停止およびスイング駆動のために前記油圧ポンプから吐き出される油圧を制御する作業装置制御弁15と、
前記作業装置用のアクチュエータ14を駆動するために操作装置16の操作量を感知する操作量検出手段17と、
前記操作量検出手段17および前記斜板制御装置11に配設され、前記操作量検出手段17により感知された操作装置16の作業装置操作信号を受信して前記油圧ポンプ12の吐出流量を制御する流量制御コントローラ18と、を備え、
前記流量制御コントローラ18は、複合操作時に前記作業装置の操作信号を用いてそれぞれの作業装置用のアクチュエータ14の要求流量を予め決定し、次いで、前記油圧ポンプ12の吐出流量を決定するために前記それぞれの要求流量の平方和の平方根を算出して前記斜板制御装置11を制御する。
Claims (3)
- エンジンと、
開口面積を制御するための斜板制御装置を有し、前記エンジンによりポンプされて油圧を提供する一つの可変容量型油圧ポンプと、
ブームアクチュエータやアームアクチュエータ、バケットアクチュエータおよび旋回モータを有する複数の作業装置用のアクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記複数の作業装置用のアクチュエータとの間に配設され、スプールの切換え時に前記作業装置用のアクチュエータおよび旋回モータの起動、停止およびスイング駆動のために前記油圧ポンプから吐き出される油圧を制御する作業装置制御弁と、
前記作業装置用のアクチュエータを駆動するために操作装置の操作量を感知する操作量検出手段と、
前記操作量検出手段および前記斜板制御装置に配設され、前記操作量検出手段により感知された操作装置の作業装置操作信号を受信して前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御する流量制御コントローラと、を備え、
前記流量制御コントローラは、複合操作時に前記作業装置操作信号を用いてそれぞれの作業装置用のアクチュエータの要求流量を予め決定し、次いで、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を決定するために前記それぞれの要求流量の平方和の平方根を算出して前記斜板制御装置を制御する
ことを特徴とする建設機械用可変容量型油圧ポンプの流量制御装置。 - 前記操作量検出手段は、パイロット圧力検出センサから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械用可変容量型油圧ポンプの流量制御装置。 - 前記斜板制御装置は、電磁制御比例弁から構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械用可変容量型油圧ポンプの流量制御装置。
