Description
Claims (16)
- 呼気陽圧装置であって、
貫通する流体通路を有し、患者の呼気気流を受けるチェンバと、
前記流体通路に沿って設けられる磁気ダックビル弁であって、第1極性を持つ複数の第1磁石を支持する第1壁部と前記第1極性とは反対の第2極性を持つ複数の第2磁石を支持する第2壁部とを有し、前記第1磁石及び第2磁石は当該磁気ダックビル弁に抵抗性割れ開き力を生成し、少なくとも或る背圧が前記チェンバ内に生成されることのみに応答して開く磁気ダックビル弁と、
前記流体通路に沿って前記磁気ダックビル弁の下流に設けられる振動型ボール逆止弁と、
を有する呼気陽圧装置。 - 前記チェンバは前記流体通路に対して垂直に向けられた空気吸入ポートを備える空気吸入チェンバを有し、前記空気吸入ポートは該空気流入ポートへの流体の流入のみを可能にする逆止弁を有する請求項1に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記空気流入チェンバの第1端に結合されたマウスピース部を更に有し、前記磁気ダックビル弁は前記空気吸入チェンバの第2端に結合された磁気ダックビル弁アセンブリ内に設けられる請求項2に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記流体通路は当該呼気陽圧装置の長軸に沿って設けられる長手方向流体通路である請求項2に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記振動型ボール逆止弁は振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの一部として設けられ、該振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの第1端は前記磁気ダックビル弁アセンブリの出口端に結合され、前記振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリは、該振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの前記第1端に設けられた先細りポートと、該先細りポートの終端に設けられる弁座と、該弁座に隣接して設けられる第2チェンバと、該第2チェンバ内に設けられる球状エレメントとを含み、該球状エレメントは前記第2チェンバ内で移動して前記弁座に間欠的に係合する請求項3に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリは前記第2チェンバ内に前記弁座に対向して配置される緩衝体エレメントを含み、前記球状エレメントは該緩衝体エレメントに間欠的に係合する請求項5に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記緩衝体エレメントが弾性材料から形成される請求項6に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 呼気陽圧装置であって、
患者の呼気気流を受けるチェンバと、
前記チェンバの下流に設けられ、少なくとも或る背圧が前記チェンバ内に生成されることのみに応答して開く一方向弁と、
前記一方向弁の下流に設けられる振動型ボール逆止弁と、
を有し、前記チェンバ、前記一方向弁及び前記振動型ボール逆止弁が直線状流体流れ通路に沿って設けられる呼気陽圧装置。 - 前記チェンバは前記直線状流体流れ通路に対して垂直に向けられた空気吸入ポートを備える空気吸入チェンバを有し、前記空気吸入ポートは該空気流入ポートへの流体の流れのみを可能にする逆止弁を有する請求項8に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記一方向弁は前記チェンバの端部に結合された弁アセンブリ内に設けられ、前記振動型ボール逆止弁は振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの一部として設けられ、該振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの第1端は前記弁アセンブリの出口端に結合され、前記振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリは、該振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリの前記第1端に設けられた先細りポートと、該先細りポートの終端に設けられる弁座と、該弁座に隣接して設けられる第2チェンバと、該第2チェンバ内に設けられる球状エレメントとを含み、該球状エレメントは前記第2チェンバ内で移動して前記弁座に間欠的に係合する請求項8に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記振動型ボール逆止弁アセンブリは前記第2チェンバ内に前記弁座に対向して配置される緩衝体エレメントを含み、前記球状エレメントは該緩衝体エレメントに間欠的に係合する請求項10に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 前記緩衝体エレメントが弾性材料から形成される請求項11に記載の呼気陽圧装置。
- 患者に気道浄化措置を施す方法であって、
前記患者からチェンバ内へと呼気気流を受け入れるステップと、
前記呼気気流を受け入れることにより、前記チェンバ内に背圧を発生させるステップと、
前記チェンバの下流に配置された一方向弁を、前記背圧が或る所定のレベルに少なくとも等しくなることによってのみ開かせるステップと、
前記一方向弁が開いている場合に、該一方向弁を介して前記呼気気流が通過することにより前記一方向弁の下流で振動効果を発生させるステップと、
前記振動効果に応答して前記チェンバを介して前記患者に打撃的感覚を与えるステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記一方向弁は、第1極性を持つ複数の第1磁石を支持する第1壁部と前記第1極性とは反対の第2極性を持つ複数の第2磁石を支持する第2壁部とを有する磁気ダックビル弁であり、前記第1磁石及び第2磁石は当該磁気ダックビル弁に抵抗性割れ開き力を生成し、該磁気ダックビル弁は前記チェンバ内の前記背圧が少なくとも前記或る所定のレベルに等しくなることのみにより開く請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記振動効果を発生させるステップが、前記振動効果を前記一方向弁の下流に配置された振動型ボール逆止弁に生じさせるステップを有する請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記チェンバ、前記一方向弁及び前記振動型ボール逆止弁が直線状の流体流れ通路に沿って設けられる請求項15に記載の方法。
