Claims (19)
- 特に湿式作動クラッチまたは変速装置に用いるための、摩擦リングであって、
キャリア(10)と、
摩擦ライニング(12)とを備え、
摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、少なくとも、熱硬化性結合剤および充填剤の混合物であり、
前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、非流動性のペースト状加工粘度を有し、前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、前記キャリア(10)上での加工後に固体最終粘度を有する、摩擦リング。 - 前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、実質的に繊維を有さないように製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、繊維、特に原繊維化されない繊維を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記繊維の質量分率が、前記摩擦ライニング(12)の固体分率の1%から20%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、前記加工粘度において、溶媒を含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、所望の加工粘度を調整するための物質を含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、周囲方向に途切れ部を有し、および/または平坦または円錐の断面輪郭を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、多層構造を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記多層摩擦ライニング(12)が、異なる摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)を有する少なくとも2つの摩擦ライニング層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記摩擦ライニング(12)が、その摩擦表面の領域内に摩擦粒子、特にコークス粒子を含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記熱硬化性結合剤の分率が、前記摩擦ライニング(12)の高さ(h)にわたって変化し、特に前記キャリア(10)から摩擦表面に向かって減少することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の摩擦リング。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの摩擦リングを備える湿式作動複式ディスク摩擦システム。
- 前記湿式作動複式ディスク摩擦システムが、少なくとも1つのシンクロナイザリングを含む変速装置、湿式作動ブレーキ、または湿式作動クラッチであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の湿式作動複式ディスク摩擦システム。
- キャリア(10)および摩擦ライニング(12)を含む摩擦リングを製造する方法であって、
キャリア(10)を提供するステップa)と、
前記摩擦ライニング(12)が設けられる、前記キャリア(10)の表面(14)を事前に調製するステップb)と、
実質的に寸法安定性のあるペースト状加工粘度の摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)を、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)を両側で縁取る追加の型を有することなく、前記事前調製された表面(14)上に施与するステップc)と、
前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)を処理するステップであって、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が最終的に硬化して、ほぼ固体最終粘度を有する前記摩擦ライニング(12)を形成する、ステップd)とを含む方法。 - 前記ペースト状摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、ステップc)において、少なくとも1つの定量ポンプ(22)を用いて施与されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- ステップc)において、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、前記キャリア(10)の1回転中、前記事前調製された表面(14)上に施与されることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- ステップc)において、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、前記キャリア(10)の複数の回転中、前記事前調製された表面(14)上にらせん状に施与されることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- ステップc)の後、摩擦粒子が、前記ペースト状摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)上に施与されることを特徴とし、さらに好ましくは、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)の前記処理中、ステップd)において、前記摩擦粒子が前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)内に少なくとも部分的に浸透することを特徴とする、請求項14から17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ステップd)において、前記摩擦ライニング開始材料(20)が、乾燥および/または高温プレスされることを特徴とする、請求項14から18のいずれかに記載の方法。
