Claims (9)

  1. 基地局と通信する無線通信機器であって、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定する決定手段と、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を送信する送信手段と、を備え
    上記アップリンク制御情報が多重化された1または複数のトランスポートブロックは、複数の上記レイヤーで送信されることを特徴とする無線通信機器。
  2. 1つのβ offset 値は、上記複数のレイヤーで複数のトランスポートブロックを送信するための上記アップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信機器。
  3. 上記アップリンク制御情報は、肯定応答/否定応答(ACK/NACK)およびランク 指標(RI)の一方または両方を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の無線通信機器。
  4. 無線通信機器と通信する基地局であって、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定する決定手段と、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を受信する受信手段と、を備え
    上記アップリンク制御情報が多重化された1または複数のトランスポートブロックは、複数の上記レイヤーで送信されることを特徴とする無線通信機器。
  5. 1つのβ offset 値は、上記複数のレイヤーで複数のトランスポートブロックを送信するための上記アップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の基地局。
  6. 上記アップリンク制御情報は、肯定応答/否定応答(ACK/NACK)およびランク 指標(RI)の一方または両方を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の無線通信機器。
  7. 基地局の通信方法であって、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定し、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を受信し、
    上記アップリンク制御情報が多重化された1または複数のトランスポートブロックは、複数の上記レイヤーで送信されることを特徴とする通信方法。
  8. 無線通信機器の通信方法であって、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定し、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を送信し、
    上記アップリンク制御情報が多重化された1または複数のトランスポートブロックは、複数の上記レイヤーで送信されることを特徴とする無線通信機器。
  9. 無線通信機器と基地局を含む通信システムであって、
    上記無線通信機器は、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定する決定手段と、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を送信する送信手段と、を備え
    上記基地局は、
    複数のレイヤーで送信されるアップリンク制御情報について、レイヤーあたりのシンボル数を決定する決定手段と、
    物理アップリンク共有チャネル上の複数の上記レイヤーで、上記アップリンク制御情報を受信する受信手段と、を備え
    上記アップリンク制御情報が多重化された1または複数のトランスポートブロックは、複数の上記レイヤーで送信されることを特徴とする通信システム。
