Claims (28)
- 駆動システムにおけるエンドレス動力伝達要素のテンショナであって、
所定の回転軸を中心として回転可能で、ランプ面または傾斜面を有するスリーブを備えたアーム、
凸部、および前記スリーブの前記ランプ面または傾斜面と係合するプレートを備えたダンパカップ、および
前記スリーブおよび前記ダンパカップを収容するバネケースからなり、
前記テンショナの巻き取り時、前記スリーブの前記ランプ面または傾斜面が前記ダンパカップの前記プレートに対して回転し、そして正常な力が前記凸部に作用し、前記ダンパカップを外側に向け、これを前記バネケースに押し込み、非対称性摩擦ダンパ作用を発揮することを特徴とする前記テンショナ。
- さらに、前記バネケース内部にトーションバネを有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記スリーブがバネ面を有し、そして前記バネの第1端部がこのバネ面にそって存在し、かつ前記ダンパカップの前記凸部に接触する請求項2に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネの前記第1端部が前記正常な力を前記凸部に加える請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記アームがさらに前記スリーブに対して同心なアームアーバーを有し、このアームアーバーが前記ダンパカップを受け取る開口を有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに、前記バネケースと前記アームアーバーとの間のブシュを有する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ブシュを前記バネケースに接続し、実質的に回転できないように構成した請求項6に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記第1方向において、前記ダンパカップを全体として半径方向外側に押圧し、前記ブシュに押し込んだ請求項7に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記アームが浮動アームである請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネケースがさらにピボットシャフトを有し、前記アームの前記スリーブがこのピボットシャフトを中心にして回転可能である請求項9に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記浮動アームが移動して前記バネケースに摩擦接触し、摩擦ダンパ作用を補強する請求項10に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに、前記スリーブに対向する端部において前記アームに結合されたベルト車を有し、巻き取り時、このベルト車のハブ荷重が増加し、かつ前記ダンパカップおよび前記浮動アームが前記バネケース内部において前記ハブ荷重の方向に配向する請求項10に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ダンパカップが弾性をもち、前記凸部が前記正常な力に応答して偏向可能であり、これによって前記ダンパカップが前記プレートを前記ランプ面または傾斜面にそって移動させる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 駆動システムにおけるエンドレス動力伝達要素のテンショナであって、
所定の軸を中心として回転できるアームであって、その第1端部において、ランプ面または傾斜面を備えた内側スリーブおよび内部に開口を形成した外側スリーブを有し、そしてその第2端部においてベルト車を有するアーム、および
前記外側スリーブの前記開口に受け取られるダンパカップであって、凸部、および前記内側スリーブの前記ランプ面または傾斜面に接触するプレートからなるダンパカップからなり、
前記テンショナの巻き取り条件下で前記アームが回転すると、前記ダンパカップを全体として半径方向外側に向け、非対称性摩擦ダンパ作用が生じることを特徴とする前記テンショナ。
- さらに、前記アームの前記内側スリーブ、前記アームの前記外側スリーブの少なくとも一部、および前記ダンパカップを収容するバネケースを有する請求項14に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに前記アームの前記内側スリーブの周囲に着座し、そして前記ダンパカップに対して着座する第1端部をもつトーションバネを有する請求項15に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記内側スリーブがバネ面を有し、前記バネの前記第1端部が前記内側スリーブの前記バネ面と前記ダンパカップの前記凸部との間に存在する請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネの前記第1端部が、前記正常な力を前記凸部に加える請求項17に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記トーションバネが前記主バネである請求項14に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記アームの前記外側スリーブが前記内側スリーブと同心であり、両者の間に延長し、かつ前記外側スリーブの前記開口によって境界が定められたベースによって前記内側スリーブに接続した請求項14に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記外側スリーブが、前記ベースに対向する開放端部を有する請求項20に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに前記バネケースと前記ダンパカップとの間にブシュを有する請求項15に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ブシュを実質的に回転できないように前記バネケースに接続した請求項22に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネケースが、前記アームが回転する全体的に中心に位置するシャフトを有する請求項15に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記アームの前記内側スリーブが前記シャフト上に受け取られる貫通ボアを有し、このアームが前記シャフト上で自由に浮動する請求項24に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記浮動アームが、巻き取り時、少なくとも前記ダンパカップの前記凸部に加わる前記正常な力に応答して、前記ダンパカップから離間移動する請求項25に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記浮動アームが移動して前記バネケースに摩擦接触し、摩擦ダンパ作用を補強する請求項26に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記トーションバネの巻き取り時、前記ベルト車のハブ荷重が増大し、そして前記ダンパカップおよび前記アームが前記バネケース内部においてこのハブ荷重の方向に配向する請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
