前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネル上で前記第1のモバイルクライアントデバイスおよび前記第2のモバイルクライアントデバイスと通信するステップと、
前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネルが主ユーザによって使用されているときに、前記第2のモバイルクライアントデバイスとの通信のための、前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネルとは異なる第2のホワイトスペース送信チャネルを判定するステップと、
前記第2のホワイトスペース送信チャネル上で前記第2のモバイルクライアントデバイスと通信するステップと
を含むことを特徴とするコンピュータ実施される方法。 - 前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネル上の前記主ユーザの送信は、前記第1のモバイルクライアントデバイスの範囲の外であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記主ユーザは、無線マイクロホンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記第1のモバイルクライアントデバイスとの通信は、通信フレームの特定のタイムスロット中に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記特定のタイムスロットは、時分割多元接続プロトコルを使用して識別されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記第1のモバイルクライアントデバイスが移動しているときに、前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネルをVHFチャネルに割り当てるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 適応ベースで前記第1のホワイトスペース送信チャネルの幅を選択するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- ホワイトスペースを使用してデータを送信し受信するモバイルクライアントデバイスであって、前記モバイルクライアントデバイスは、第1のホワイトスペース通信チャネルが主ユーザによって使用されているのではないときに、前記第1のホワイトスペース通信チャネルを介して無線基地局と通信し、前記第1のホワイトスペース通信チャネルが前記主ユーザによって使用されているときに、第2のホワイトスペース通信チャネルを介して前記無線基地局と通信することを特徴とするモバイルクライアントデバイス。
- 前記主ユーザは、前記主ユーザの範囲の外に配置された第2のモバイルクライアントデバイスによる前記第1のホワイトスペース通信チャネル上の通信に干渉しないことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモバイルクライアントデバイス。
- 前記主ユーザは、無線マイクロホンを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモバイルクライアントデバイス。
