Abstract
均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法は、成形体を製造するために記載されている。
【解決手段】
補強充填剤は、様々な天然源、特に様々な製造業からのそれらの廃棄物からの繊維である。長く細かい繊維は、竹廃棄物の長さ方向の研磨によって得られる。繊維を水にpH8で20分間沸騰させ、クロロフィルを取り除くために上清が取り出される。繊維は、さらに2mm〜4mmの好ましい長さに粉砕される。処理された繊維は、ローターで他のすべての成分と混合され、室温で1,800rpm〜2,000rpmの速度で5分間〜10分間回転する。でんぷん粒子及び他の成分は、繊維材料に浸透かつよく混合する。水は、混練しながら徐々に添加され、所望の成形体を製造するために用意される完璧な生地が得られる。

Claims (7)
- 望ましい強度を持つ成形体の製造のための均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法であって、
遠心力を利用して、乾燥混合繊維によって繊維補強充填剤を他のすべての成分と均一に分散させるステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記繊維補強充填剤は、竹、又はイネ科若しくはカヤツリグサ科の他の草、木材産業又は食品産業からの廃棄物から製造され、且つ、乾燥混合繊維は竹の長さ方向の研磨によって得られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記繊維補強充填剤は、長さが2mm〜4mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記利用される遠心力は、1,800rpm〜2,000rpmで室温で5分間〜10分間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記他のすべての成分は、
でんぷん 30%〜70%
可塑剤 0%〜10%
バインダー 0%〜5%
アルカリ又は塩 0.1%〜0.5%
水 100%まで
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記繊維補強充填剤は、当該均質生分解性混合物の5%〜30%を占める、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。 - 前記繊維補強充填剤は、単独又は混合物として用いられてもよく、竹、イネ科又はカヤツリグサ科の草、キャッサバパルプからの繊維などの天然繊維材料と、石灰石、珪藻土、ベントナイト、ゼオライト、タルクなどの不活性多孔質粉末とからなる群より選ばれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の均質生分解性混合物を製造する方法。
