Claims (16)
- 第1の画像と第2の画像とを位置合わせする位置合わせユニット、
前記第1の画像及び前記第2の画像にある組織をセグメント化するセグメンテーションユニット、並びに
前記第1の画像と前記第2の画像とを比較することにより、前記組織の潅流偏差を評価するための評価ユニット
を有する血管内塞栓の成功を自動定量化するための装置において、
前記装置に供給される前記第1の画像は、血管内塞栓治療前に得られ、前記装置に供給される前記第2の画像は、検査される組織の関心領域の血管内塞栓後に得られる、装置。 - 前記評価ユニットは、前記第1の画像のボクセルを前記第2の画像のボクセルと、絶対的又は相対的なHUエンハンスメント値に基づいて比較する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットは、前記第1の画像における第1のHUエンハンスメント分布を決定する、前記第2の画像における第2のHUエンハンスメント分布を決定する、及び前記第1のHUエンハンスメント値と前記第2のHUエンハンスメント値との差を決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記組織は腫瘍組織である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 放射線源、
放射線検出モジュール、
中央処理ユニット、メモリ及び請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置を備えるデータ処理ユニット、並びに
前記データ処理ユニットと接続される表示ユニット
を有する撮像システムにおいて、前記装置は前記放射線検出モジュールから画像データを受信する、撮像システム。 - 組織の関心領域の第1の画像を得るステップ、
前記組織の前記関心領域の第2の画像を得るステップ、
前記第1の画像と前記第2の画像とを位置合わせするステップ、
前記第1の画像及び前記第2の画像における関心のある組織をセグメント化するステップ、並びに
前記第1の画像と前記第2の画像との比較に基づいて前記組織の潅流を評価するステップ、
を有する血管内塞栓の成功を自動定量化するための方法において、前記第1の画像は血管内塞栓治療前に得られ、前記第2の画像は血管内塞栓後に得られる、方法。 - 前記第1の画像及び前記第2の画像は、後期動脈相で各々得られる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- セグメント化は、前記第1の画像にのみ行われ、さらに第2の画像に対しても使用される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 評価するステップは、前記第1の画像及び前記第2の画像のセグメント化した領域を健康な基準組織と比較することを含んでいる、請求項6乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 評価するステップは、
所与のしきい値より上のHU値を有する第1の画像にある第1のボクセル数を決定する、
所与のしきい値より上のHU値を有する第2の画像にある第2のボクセル数を決定する、及び
前記第1のボクセル数と前記第2のボクセル数との差を決定する、
ことを含んでいる、請求項6乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 評価するステップは、
前記第1の画像にある第1のHUエンハンスメント分布を決定する、
前記第2の画像にある第2のHUエンハンスメント分布を決定する、及び
前記第1のHUエンハンスメント分布と前記第2のHUエンハンスメント分布との差を決定する、
ことを含んでいる、請求項6乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 評価するステップは、
前記第1の画像と前記第2の画像との間の直接的なボクセル毎の差を決定することを含んでいる請求項6乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記差を視覚化するステップをさらに有する請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記画像を得ることは、コントラスト強調したスキャンを行うことを含んでいる、請求項6乃至13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- データ処理ユニットにより実施されるとき、請求項6乃至14の何れか一項に記載の方法のステップを行う、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置を制御するためのコンピュータプログラム要素。
- 請求項15に記載のプログラム要素を記憶しているコンピュータ読取可能媒体。
