Claims (19)
- セラミック複合材部品の製造方法であって、
第1のセラミック複合材層(CCL)を形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第1の型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップと、
第2のCCLを第1の型に対して配置するステップであって、第1の型が第1及び第2のCCLで少なくとも部分的に囲まれるようにするステップと、
第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップであって、前記セラミック複合材部品の少なくとも一部を横切る第1の方向に延在する少なくとも1つの第1の通路が、第1のCCL及び第2のCCLによって、第1の型の空いた位置に少なくとも部分的に画成されるようにするステップと
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つの第2の型を第1の型及び第1のCCLに対して配置するステップと、
第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップであって、第2の方向に延在し、第1の通路と流体連通して結合する第2の通路が、第1のCCL及び第2のCCLによって第2の型の空いた位置に少なくとも部分的に画成されるようにするステップと
をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 第1のCCLを形成するステップが、バインダーを含む第1のCCLを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の型を配置するステップが、非セラミック系の複合材料又は部分的に非セラミック系の複合材料から製造された型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップが、第1の通路が第2の通路から斜め方向に延在するように、第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第1のCCLを少なくとも第2のCCLに接合させるために、製造中の部品を熱硬化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップが、第2の通路が、エネルギー移動を促進するフィン及びスワーラのうちの少なくとも1つを含む表面特徴を備えて形成されるように、第1のCCLを第2のCCLに結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- セラミック複合材部品の製造方法であって、
第1のセラミック複合材層(CCL)を形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第1の型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第2のCCLを、第1の型の第1の側面に対して、及び前記部品の一部分だけに配置するステップであって、第1の型が第1のCCL及び前記少なくとも1つの第2のCCLで少なくとも部分的に囲まれるようにするステップと、
第1及び第2のCCLを互いに結合するステップであって、前記セラミック複合材部品の少なくとも一部を横切る第1の方向に延在する少なくとも1つの第1の通路が、第1の型の空いた位置に少なくとも部分的に画成されるようにするステップと
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つの第2の型を少なくとも第1の型及び第1のCCLに対して配置するステップであって、少なくとも第2の型が、少なくとも第1の型に実質的に垂直方向に配向するステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2のCCLを互いに結合するステップが、前記セラミック複合材部品の少なくとも一部を横切る第2の方向に延在する第2の通路が、第1及び第2のCCLによって第2の型の空いた位置に少なくとも部分的に画成されるとともに、第1及び第2の通路が前記部品内部で流体連通して互いに接続されるように、前記CCL層を互いに結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップが、第1の型が、前記部品の1以上の外縁から前記部品の内部へ延在するように、少なくとも第1の型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップが、非セラミック系の複合材料から製造された少なくとも1つの型を第1のCCLに対して配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2のCCLを互いに結合するステップが、少なくとも第1の通路が少なくとも第2の通路から斜め方向に延在するように、第1及び第2のCCLを互いに結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記CCLの層を互いに接合させるために、製造中の部品を熱硬化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの第3のCCLを第1の型に対して配置するステップであって、第3のCCLが、前記部品で第1の型の第1の側面から第1の型の反対側面へ延在するステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- セラミック複合材部品であって、
上面から下面に延在する本体であって、2以上つのセラミック複合材層(CCL)を含む本体と、
第1のCCLと、
第1のCCLと接合した第2のCCLと、
前記セラミック複合材部品の少なくとも一部を横切る第1の方向に延在する第1の通路と、
第1の通路から垂直方向に延在するが、前記本体の外縁まで延在しない第2の通路と
を含む部品。 - 第1及び第2の通路が、第1及び第2のCCLによって第1及び第2の型の空いた位置に少なくとも部分的に画成される、請求項16記載の部品。
- 第1の通路が、第2の通路から斜め方向又は直交方向のうちの少なくとも1つの方向に延在する、請求項16記載の部品。
- 前記層が熱硬化プロセスによって互いに接合されている、請求項16記載の部品。
