Claims (20)
- 埋め込み型医療装置のための停止回路であって、
埋め込み型医療装置の外部にあるソースからの停止信号を無線で検知した時にセンサ出力を生成するためのセンサと、
前記センサ出力を受信するためのかつ該センサ出力を受信した後の遅延時間後に遅延センサ出力を生成するための遅延回路と、
前記センサ出力の受信時に停止ルーチンを開始するプロセッサと、
前記遅延センサ出力の受信時に前記プロセッサから電源を切断するスイッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする回路。 - 前記センサは、磁場センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記センサは、遠隔測定アンテナを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、前記埋め込み型医療装置の治療作動を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、前記プロセッサ内で実行しているアクティブリソースを停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 不揮発性メモリを更に含み、
前記停止ルーチンは、データを前記不揮発性メモリに書き込む段階を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。 - 前記データは、前記埋め込み型医療装置のステータスに関するデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。
- 前記データは、少なくとも1つのタイムスタンプを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。
- 前記センサは、前記センサ出力を調整するための調整回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、第1の時間をかけて完了し、
前記遅延時間は、前記第1の時間よりも長い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。 - 埋め込み型医療装置を停止する方法であって、
前記埋め込み型医療装置の外部にあるソースからの停止信号を前記埋め込み型医療装置において無線で受信する段階と、
前記受信した停止信号から、遅延時間だけ遅れている遅延停止信号を生成する段階と、
前記受信センサ出力の受信時に前記埋め込み型医療装置において停止ルーチンを開始する段階と、
前記遅延停止信号の受信時に前記埋め込み型医療装置を電源から切断する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記停止信号は、静磁場を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記停止信号は、遠隔測定指令を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、前記埋め込み型医療装置の治療作動を停止することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、前記埋め込み型医療装置内で実行しているアクティブリソースを停止することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記停止ルーチンは、データを不揮発性メモリに書き込む段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記データは、前記埋め込み型医療装置のステータスに関するデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記データは、少なくとも1つのタイムスタンプを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記遅延停止信号を生成する段階の前に前記受信した停止信号を調整する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
