Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 光電池装置により受けた光エネルギーを電気的エネルギーに変換するための少なくとも一つの光電池と、電気的エネルギーを光エネルギーに切換え可能に変換するか、又は光エネルギーが前記少なくとも一つの光電池に到達する前に、前記光電池装置により受ける光エネルギーの少なくとも一部を切換え可能に反射する少なくとも1つの光放射又は反射要素とを有し、前記光電池装置は、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素が活性である第1の動作モードと、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素が活性でない一方で、前記少なくとも一つの光電池が活性である第2の動作モードとを供給する、光電池装置。
- 受け取った光エネルギーを前記少なくとも一つの光電池へ向けるための太陽集光器を更に有し、前記少なくとも一つの光電池から生成され、エネルギー蓄積装置に保存された電気的エネルギーにより、第1の動作モードの間、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素は給電される、請求項1に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記太陽集光器は、照射を吸収し、全ての方向に光を再放射するのに適している一体化された発光団を持つ透明なプレートを有し、前記少なくとも一つの光電池及び前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素が前記透明なプレートの上下の面より小さな側面の少なくとも一つに取付けられ、光エネルギーが前記透明なプレートの側面より大きな上下の面のうちの少なくとも一つを通って受け取られる、請求項2に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記上下の面より小さな側面の他の面、又は前記側面より大きな上下の面の他の面に設けられる少なくとも一つの反射ミラーを更に有するか、又は標識目的のため入射光を発光の光に変換するためパターン化された発光材料及び/又は出力構造を更に有する、請求項3に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光電池と前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素との間に配置され、第1の動作モードの間、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素により生成される前記光エネルギーを前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素へ向けて反射する切換可能な反射器を更に有する、請求項1に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素は、異なる色の光を生成するため複数の光源を有し、前記複数の光源は、互いに隣同士に配置されるか若しくは互いに重なりあって配置されるか、又は、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素による照射に応じて、光エネルギーを生成する遠隔蛍光物質層が具備される、請求項5に記載の光電池装置。
- 周囲光のレベルを検出するための光センサと、前記光センサの出力に応じて、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素及び前記切換可能な反射器を活性状態に切り換えるための制御ユニットとを更に有する、請求項5に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光電池をカバーし、第2の動作モードの間、透明な状態に切り換え、第1の動作モードの間、非透明な反射のモードに切り換える、少なくとも一つの反応要素を前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素は有し、前記反応要素は、光露出のレベル又は付与された電圧のレベルの変化に応じて切り換えられる、請求項1に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記反応要素は、前記透明な状態と前記非透明な状態との間の少なくとも一つの追加の光学状態を持つ、請求項8に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光電池の上に又は隣に配置され、第1の動作モードの間で動作される少なくとも一つの光源を更に有し、前記少なくとも一つの光源から受け取られる光が前記反応要素を通って進むとき、前記反応要素は、前記少なくとも一つの光源から受け取られる光を拡散する、請求項8に記載の光電池装置。
- 少なくとも一つの導波路を更に有し、前記少なくとも一つの光放射又は反射要素により生成される光エネルギーが前記少なくとも一つの導波路に入力され、前記少なくとも一つの導波路から光エネルギーが所定の位置で外へ出力される、請求項1に記載の光電池装置。
- 複数の前記導波路が、前記少なくとも一つの光電池より上に所定パターンで配置される、請求項11に記載の光電池装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの導波路は、光エネルギーが前記少なくとも一つの導波路を通って進むとき、前記少なくとも一つの導波路へ入力される光エネルギーを反射又は回析するための一体化された光学部品を有するか、前記少なくとも一つの導波路を通って進むとき、前記少なくとも一つの導波路へ入力される光エネルギーに反射又は回析効果を供給するための格子状構造体、ホログラフィック構造体、光子的結晶構造体及び多層被膜の少なくとも一つを有する、請求項11又は12に記載の光電池装置。
- 電気的エネルギーを光エネルギーに変換するか、又は光エネルギーが光電池装置の光電池に到達する前に、前記光電池装置により受け取られる光エネルギーの少なくとも一部を反射するために、第1の動作モードの間、前記光電池装置の光放射又は反射要素を活性状態へ設定するステップと、前記光電池装置により受け取られた光エネルギーを電気的エネルギーに変換するために、第2の動作モードの間、前記光放射又は反射要素を非活性状態に設定し、前記光電池を活性状態へ設定するステップとを有する、光電池装置を制御する方法。
- 第1の動作モードが、民生製品又はビルの画像ディスプレイ、照明、標識の少なくとも一つのために用いられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
