Description
Claims (16)
- 構造物を強化する方法であって:
耐アルカリ性繊維から成る繊維製品を、強化すべき構造物の表面に取り付ける工程;および
硬化性スラリー層を、取り付けた繊維製品に広げて、スラリーが繊維製品を覆いおよび埋め込む工程
を含み;
スラリーが、構造物の元の表面に対して質感、色またはその両方が類似した鉱物粒子を含む、方法。 - 繊維製品を取り付ける工程が:玄武岩繊維から成る布を構造物の表面上に広げ;および柔軟な取付手段により、布を表面に取り付ける副工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 柔軟な取付手段により、布を表面に取り付ける工程が:
耐アルカリ性布を通過しおよび構造物内に入る孔を開ける副工程;
自由末端が布の上に突出した状態で、所定長さの繊維ロービングを開孔内に挿入する副工程;
適切な埋め戻し材料により、開孔を埋め戻す副工程;および
適切な接着剤により、ロービングの自由末端を布に取り付ける副工程
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 硬化性スラリー層を布に広げる工程が:セメント質またはポリマーのマトリックスを含むスラリーであって、修理すべき構造物に対して地理的に近い場所で切り出された鉱物材料を更に含むスラリーを広げることを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 砂、地上岩または鉱物を含むスラリー層を広げる工程が:砂、地上岩または鉱物材料を含むスラリーを広げ、該スラリーが、構造物の元の表面と実質的に同じ色および質感の仕上外観をもたらすことを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 鉱物粒子を含む硬化性スラリーの底層を直接、構造物の表面上に広げる工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構造物を強化する方法であって、方法が:
鉱物材料を硬化性流体マトリックスと混合することによって、誂えた表面仕上モルタルを作る工程;
誂えた表面仕上モルタルが、構造物の元の表面と実質的に同じ色および質感の仕上外観をもたらすように形成されており;
耐アルカリ性繊維から成る布を、強化すべき構造物の表面上に広げる工程と;
柔軟な取付手段によって、布を構造物に取り付ける工程;および
誂えた表面仕上モルタルの層を、取り付けた布に広げる工程
を含む、方法。 - 誂えた表面仕上モルタルを作る工程が:構造物に対して地理的に近い源から鉱物材料を得ることを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 布を広げる工程が:耐アルカリ性繊維から成る布を、強化すべき構造物の1以上の表面上に広げることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 誂えた表面仕上材料を作る工程が:セメント質のモルタル、柔軟なセメント、エポキシ、ポリウレタンまたはアクリルの群から、適切な硬化性流体マトリックスを得る副工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 強化すべき構造物が、強化された後にその元の外観を実質的に維持する必要がある歴史的な建造物である、請求項7に記載の方法。

構造物の既存の色、質感またはその両方を適合させるように選択されている鉱物材料を含むモルタル
を含む、システム。 - 前記耐アルカリ性繊維製品が:玄武岩繊維から織られている布を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟な接続手段が:複数の繊維アンカーを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記鉱物材料が、強化すべき構造物に対して地理的に近くで得られる少なくとも1つの要素を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
