Description

- (a)前記金属鉛および/または前記鉛合金の容量は、6.0g/Ahであり、または(b)前記固有エネルギー量は、少なくとも54Wh/kgである、請求項15に記載のバイポーラ式密閉形鉛蓄電池。
- バイポーラ式電極アセンブリの製造方法であって、
第1ウインドウを画定する第1非導電性フレームと第2ウインドウを画定する第2非導電性フレームとの間の向かい合う第1および第2側面を有する鉛箔を配置することと、
前記鉛箔と前記第1および第2非導電性フレームの少なくとも一つの間の強化接着剤を配置することであって、前記改良接着材は、粘度調整剤および結合剤の少なくとも一つを含む、強化接着剤を配置することと、
前記鉛箔の前記第1および第2側面が前記第1および第2ウインドウを通ってそれぞれ接触可能になるように前記第1フレームを前記第2フレームへレーザ溶接または超音波溶接することと、
第1疑似グリッドを陽極材料へ結合すること、および前記鉛箔の前記第1側面へ前記陽極材料を伝導的に結合するために前記第1ウインドウにおいて前記第1グリッドおよび前記陽極材料を配置することと、
第2疑似グリッドを陽極材料へ結合すること、および前記鉛箔の前記第2側面へ前記陽極材料を伝導的に結合するために前記第2ウインドウにおいて前記第2グリッドと前記陽極材料を配置することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1および第2疑似グリッドの少なくとも一つは、非導電性であり、陽極および陰極活物質は、コンテナ内形成工程において前記陽極および陰極材料から形成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1疑似グリッドを前記陽極材料へ結合するステップは、前記陽極材料を前記第1疑似グリッド上に貼り付けることによって実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記粘度調整剤は、ヒュームド・シリカ粉末であり、前記結合剤は、シランである、請求項17に記載の方法。
