Claims (17)
- 15%よりも大きい濃度を有する糖液を形成するために、バイオマス原料を容器内の液体培地で糖化することと、

- 糖化中に、前記原料、前記液体培地および前記糖化剤の混合物のグルコースレベルをモニタリングすることをさらに含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 糖化中に追加の原料および糖化剤を前記容器に追加することと、前記分散システムを使用して前記培地内の前記原料を分散することと、をさらに含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記容器がタンクを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記原料がセルロースまたはリグノセルロース材料を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。

前記タンクの前記内容物から産物を蒸留するように構成された、前記タンクと結合されている減圧蒸留システムと、を備え、
前記ミキサーがジェットミキサーを備える、システム。 - 前記タンクの前記内容物に微生物を接種するように構成された送達装置をさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記タンクの前記内容物の前記酸素レベルをモニタリングするように構成された酸素モニターをさらに備える、請求項14または15に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達システムが、前記バイオマス原料および液体培地を前記タンクに分散の形で送達するように構成されている、請求項14乃至16のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
