Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método caracterizado porque comprende: sacarificar la materia prima lignocelulósica irradiada con un rayo de electrones en un contendedor para formar una solución de azúcar que comprende glucosa y xilosa, remover la xilosa de la solución de azúcar; y fermentar la solución de azúcar para convertir glucosa en alcohol después de remover la xilosa. El método caracterizado porque la materia prima tiene una densidad aparente de menos de 0.75 g/cm3.
