Description
加熱器はピン加熱器とすることができる。
好ましくは、エアロゾル生成基体はエアロゾル生成物を更に含むことができる。エアロゾル生成物の適切な例はグリセリン及びプロピレングリコールである。
更に、当業者であれば理解できるように、エアロゾルは、空気等のガス中の固体粒子又は液滴の浮遊物である。エアロゾルは、空気等のガス中の固体粒子及び液滴の浮遊物とすることができる。
喫煙物品は、外側ペーパラッパーを備えることができる。
更に、喫煙物品は、エアロゾル生成基体とフィルタプラグとの間に離間距離をもつことができる。離間距離は約18mmであるが、約5mmから約25mmの範囲とすることができる。
本発明の実施形態は、例示的に添付の図面を参照して以下に説明する。
図2に示す第2のステップにおいて、チューブ109の切断された平らな端部は、充填チャンバ101の外壁に対して当接した状態で保持される。これは矢印202で示されている。
図4に示す第4のステップにおいて、チューブ109の平らな端部を充填チャンバ101の外壁に突き合わせた状態のままで、ペースト103をチューブ109に入れて銅線105を取り囲む。これは、充填チャンバ101のプランジャ401を加圧することで行われる。これは矢印204で示されている。
図6に示す第6のステップにおいて、銅線105の端部、プラグ113、及びチューブ109は電極115で切断され、加熱要素の加熱部の遠位端を形成するようになっている。これは矢印206で示されている。以下に詳細に説明するように、切断により抵抗部又は抵抗要素117が形成される。

Claims (15)
- エアロゾル生成基体を収容する電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システムにおいて、
電気絶縁部(103)によって第2の導電性要素(109)から電気的に絶縁された第1の導電性要素(105)を含む加熱要素(121)を備え、
前記第1及び第2の要素は細長く、電気抵抗部(117、119)によって相互に電気的に接続されており、
少なくとも1つの前記導電性要素及び前記電気抵抗部は、少なくとも部分的にエアロゾル生成基体と接触するようになっている、電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記導電性要素の一端は、前記加熱要素(121)の取り付け部(125)を成す、請求項1に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第2の導電性要素(109)は導電性管体であり、該導電性管体は、少なくとも部分的に前記第1の導電性要素(109)を取り囲む、請求項1又は2に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
