Claims (16)
- 第1の外側ガラス板と第2の外側ガラス板を備えるガラス板構成であって、前記第1のガラス板が、全周に沿って、重畳面の分だけ前記第2の外側ガラス板よりも突出するガラス板構成と、
前記ガラス板の間の距離を設定するために提供されるスペーサを備えるスペーサアセンブリと、
前記ガラス板の間の隙間を外環境から封止するための縁部シールアセンブリであって、前記第1の外側ガラス板の内側の重畳面に対して真空気密で取り付けられたプロファイルフレームを備える縁部シールアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記隙間内の圧力が外気圧よりも低くなるように設定された、断熱ガラス窓要素であって、
前記フレームが、前記第2の外側ガラス板の外面に対して真空気密に取り付けられ、前記第2の外側ガラス板の側縁部に、前記隙間に接続された排気空間を形成すること、および、
少なくとも1つの排気デバイスが提供され、前記排気デバイスが、排気空間を排気するために前記フレームを通して配置されること
を特徴とする、断熱ガラス窓要素。 - 前記フレームが、前記フレームが前記ガラス板に接続される固定領域と、前記ガラス板の側縁部に沿って配置された複数のアーチ領域を備えるプロファイル表面とを備え、前記アーチ領域が、前記重畳面に平行または垂直な一方向でアーチを成している、請求項1に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記アーチ領域間の前記フレームの前記プロファイル領域が、前記重畳面にほぼ垂直またはほぼ平行に配置される、請求項2に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記第1の外側ガラス板に向いた前記アーチ領域が、前記第1の外側ガラス板の内側に少なくとも部分的に接触する、請求項2または3に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記ガラス板が、第1の封止面および第2の封止面を設けられ、前記封止面が、互いに面一であり、かつ平行であり、前記封止面において、前記フレームの前記固定領域が、前記第1および前記第2の外側ガラス板と同様に接続される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記第1の封止面および前記第2の封止面がはんだガラスを含み、前記はんだガラスが、
600℃未満、特に540℃未満の温度で軟化し、
前記ガラス板および前記フレームの熱膨張率に合致した熱膨張率を有し、
鉛、リチウム、ビスマス、ナトリウム、ホウ素、リン、およびケイ素といった元素の酸化物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載のガラス窓要素。 - 前記外気圧が前記第1および第2の固定領域に作用する、請求項5または6に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記排気空間に面する前記第1の封止面の内縁部から次のスペーサアセンブリまでの垂直距離が50mm以下である、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記フレームが、
少なくともC字形、U字形、Z字形、Ω字形、またはS字形プロファイルを備えること、
例えば凹部、チャネル、または溝など安定化要素を備えること、
厚さの変化を有すること、
強度の変化を有すること、
500μm未満、特に300μm未満であり、50μm超、特に70μm超である厚さを有すること、
鉄ニッケル(FeNi)、鉄ニッケルクロム(FeNiCr)、鉄クロム(FeCr)、白金、バナジウム、チタン、クロム、アルミニウム、およびコバルト、特にニッケル比率が40%〜約55%であるFe−Ni合金、Fe−Ni−Cr合金、クロム比率が23%〜30%であるFe−Cr合金、またはクロム比率が15%〜20%である高級鋼を含むこと、および
少なくとも3つのアーチ領域を備えること
の少なくとも1つの特徴を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。 - 前記フレームが、前記ガラス板の縁部に沿って延在する縁部と、コーナーコネクタとを備え、前記コーナーコネクタが、前記ガラス板のコーナー領域内でそれぞれ2つの隣接する縁部を接続するために使用され、前記コーナーコネクタがそれぞれ、丸みを付けられた、特に複数回折り返した湾曲材料ウェブを備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記排気デバイスが、真空アセンブリを取り付けるために配設された少なくとも1つの排気ラインと、前記フレームのプロファイルに少なくとも部分的に適合したカフス領域とを備え、前記カフス領域が前記フレームと真空気密接続される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 少なくとも1つの内側ガラス板が、前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板の間に配置され、前記第2のガラス板の表面積が、前記第1の外側ガラス板の表面積よりも小さく、前記ガラス板の間の前記隙間が前記排気空間に通じる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側ガラス板が、前記縁部シールアセンブリに直接隣接する、請求項12に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 前記排気空間が、センサアセンブリ、測定アセンブリ、およびゲッターアセンブリの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのガラス窓要素を備える構成要素。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のガラス窓要素を製造するための方法であって、
ガラス板積層としてのガラス板に、前記スペーサアセンブリのスペーサ、前記縁部シールアセンブリの前記フレームの材料、および前記排気デバイスを供給するステップと、
所望の寸法に合致するように前記縁部シールアセンブリの前記フレームの材料を切断し、それにより前記縁部およびコーナーコネクタを供給するステップと、
前記縁部シールアセンブリの前記フレームの材料に少なくとも1つの開口を設け、前記開口内に前記排気デバイスを取り付けるステップと、
前記ガラス板積層、前記縁部シールアセンブリの前記フレーム、および前記排気デバイスをプーリングし、前記縁部、前記コーナーコネクタ、および前記排気デバイスの真空気密接続を提供して、前記円周フレームを形成し、かつ前記フレームと前記ガラス板積層の前記外側ガラス板の外面との真空気密接続を形成するステップと
を含む、方法。
