Claims (18)
- 癌細胞がEGFRを発現または過剰発現する、被験体における癌を治療するための医薬の製造における、EGFRおよび/またはそのシグナル伝達経路に選択的または特異的なチロシンキナーゼインヒビターと、miR-7 miRNA、その前駆体もしくは変異体、配列GGAAGAを含むシード領域を含むmiRNA、または該miRNAの発現もしくは活性を刺激もしくは亢進することができる薬剤の使用。
- 治療をしない場合、癌がチロシンキナーゼに対する耐性を提示する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- EGFRを発現する癌は、頭頚部癌、グリア芽細胞腫、膵臓癌、結腸癌、結腸直腸癌、鼻咽頭癌、子宮癌、頚部癌、食道癌、胃癌、腎癌、膀胱癌、非小細胞肺癌を含む肺癌、前立腺癌、乳癌、肝臓癌、神経芽細胞腫及び黒色腫からなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- チロシンキナーゼインヒビターはエルロチニブおよびAG1478からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- miR-7 miRNAはhsa-miR-7でありおよび配列番号1に記載のヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- miR-7 miRNA前駆体はhsa-miR-7-1、hsa-miR-7-2およびhsa-miR-7-3からなる群より選択され、および配列番号2〜4のいずれか1つに記載の配列を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 癌細胞がEGFRを発現または過剰発現する、被験体における癌を治療するための医薬の製造における、miR-7 miRNA、その前駆体もしくは変異体、配列GGAAGAを含むシード領域を含むmiRNA、または該miRNAの発現もしくは活性を刺激もしくは亢進することができる薬剤の使用であって、該医薬が、EGFRおよび/またはそのシグナル伝達経路に選択的または特異的なチロシンキナーゼインヒビターあるいはそれを含む医薬と併用することが意図される、上記使用。
- miR-7 miRNA、その前駆体もしくは変異体、配列GGAAGAを含むシード領域を含むmiRNA、または該miRNAの発現もしくは活性を刺激もしくは亢進することができる薬剤を含む医薬が、EGFRおよび/またはそのシグナル伝達経路に選択的または特異的なチロシンキナーゼインヒビターあるいはそれを含む医薬よりも前に投与されることが意図される、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 治療が腫瘍成長、癌転移または再発を予防または軽減することを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 上皮成長因子受容体(EGFR)を発現する疾患細胞を、EGFRおよび/またはそのシグナル伝達経路に選択的または特異的なチロシンキナーゼインヒビターに対して増感するために使用される、miR-7 miRNA、その前駆体もしくは変異体、配列GGAAGAを含むシード領域を含むmiRNA、または該miRNAの発現もしくは活性を刺激もしくは亢進することができる薬剤の使用。
- 疾患細胞が癌細胞である、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記増感は、miRNAの非存在のもとで要する細胞分裂停止または細胞傷害の用量より低い細胞分裂停止または細胞傷害の用量のチロシンキナーゼインヒビターに対して、細胞を感受性にする、請求項10または請求項11に記載の使用。
- チロシンキナーゼインヒビターがエルロチニブおよびAG1478からなる群より選択される、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- miR-7 miRNAがhsa-miR-7であって、配列番号1に記載のヌクレオチド配列を含むものである、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- miR-7 miRNA前駆体がhsa-miR-7-1、hsa-miR-7-2およびhsa-miR-7-3からなる群より選択されて、配列番号2〜4のいずれか1つに記載の配列を含むものである、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 治療をしない場合、疾患細胞がチロシンキナーゼに対する耐性を提示する、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 疾患細胞が、頭頚部癌細胞、グリア芽細胞腫細胞、膵臓癌細胞、結腸癌細胞、結腸直腸癌細胞、鼻咽頭癌細胞、子宮癌細胞、頚部癌細胞、食道癌細胞、胃癌細胞、腎癌細胞、膀胱癌細胞、非小細胞肺癌を含む肺癌細胞、前立腺癌細胞、乳癌細胞、肝臓癌細胞、神経芽細胞腫細胞、及び黒色腫細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 腫瘍成長、癌転移または再発を予防または軽減するための医薬の製造における、EGFRおよび/またはそのシグナル伝達経路に選択的または特異的なチロシンキナーゼインヒビターと、miR-7 miRNA、その前駆体もしくは変異体、配列GGAAGAを含むシード領域を含むmiRNA、または該miRNAの発現もしくは活性を刺激もしくは亢進することができる薬剤の使用。
