Abstract
Description
・柔軟な材料から作られた管状部と、
・前記管状部の外面を巡って前記管状部の軸に平行に延びており、前記管状部の第1の領域を定めるとともに、前記管状部を支持する外部のらせん状の形成物と、
・前記管状部の内面から内側へと突き出し、前記管状部の軸に平行に延びており、前記管状部の第2の領域を定めるとともに、前記管状部を通過する流体にらせん状の流れを付与する内部のらせん状の形成物と
を備えており、前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域の全体には及んでいない管路が提供される。
(i)外面の一領域に沿ってあらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物が軸方向に延びている柔軟な管状部を用意するステップと、
(ii)成型用の液体を、前記あらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物と同じつる巻き角度および位相を有し、前記あらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物の一端を過ぎて軸方向に延びる第1のらせん状の形態へと、連続する外部のらせん状の形成物が形成されるように前記管状部の外面に流すステップと、
(iii)前記成型用の液体を固化させるステップとを含んでいる方法が提供される。
Claims (20)
- ・柔軟な材料から作られた管状部と、
・前記管状部の外面を巡って前記管状部の軸に平行に延びており、前記管状部の第1の領域を定めるとともに、前記管状部を支持する外部のらせん状の形成物と、
・前記管状部の内面から内側へと突き出し、前記管状部の軸に平行に延びており、前記管状部の第2の領域を定めるとともに、前記管状部を通過する流体にらせん状の流れを付与する内部のらせん状の形成物とを備えており、
前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域の全体には及んでいない管路。 - 前記第1および第2の領域が、重なっている請求項1に記載の管路。
- 前記第1および第2の領域の間の重なりが、前記外部のらせん状の形成物の1〜5回転分の長さであり、好ましくは2回転分の長さである請求項2に記載の管路。
- 前記内部のらせん状の形成物が、前記管状部の一端にて終わっている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の管路。
- 前記管状部の前記一端が、内側の基部から外側の先端へと先細りであり、
前記管状部の前記一端が、略楕円形の開口を定めている請求項4に記載の管路。 - 前記内部のらせん状の形成物が、前記管状部の前記一端によって定められる前記開口において、前記内側の基部の各側の90°の範囲内の円弧に沿った点において終わっている請求項5に記載の管路。
- 前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域の広がりのうちの前記管状部が完全な外周を有している部位に関して、該部位の全体には及んでいない請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の管路。
- 管路を製作する方法であって、
(i)外面の一領域に沿ってあらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物が軸方向に延びている柔軟な管状部を用意するステップと、
(ii)成型用の液体を、前記あらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物と同じつる巻き角度および位相を有し、前記あらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物の一端を過ぎて軸方向に延びる第1のらせん状の形態へと、連続する外部のらせん状の形成物が形成されるように前記管状部の外面に流すステップと、
(iii)前記成型用の液体を固化させるステップとを含んでいる方法。 - ステップ(ii)が、前記成型用の液体を、前記管状部の外面を巡って軸方向に延びている第2のらせん状の形態へと流すステップをさらに含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。
- ステップ(ii)が、
(a)前記管状部の内面上の内部のらせん状の突起、および、対応する外部のらせん状の溝をもたらすように、前記環状部を変形させるステップと、
(b)前記成型用の液体を、前記外部のらせん状の溝へと流し、前記第2のらせん状の形態を形成するステップとを含んでいる請求項9に記載の方法。 - ステップ(ii)が、
前記管状部をマンドレル上に配置するステップと、
前記管状部を金型の内部に入れて、前記管状部を前記マンドレルと前記金型との間に挟むステップとを含んでいる請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記金型が、内面を巡って軸方向に延びているらせん状の溝を有しており、
ステップ(b)が、前記成型用の液体を、前記金型の前記らせん状の溝へと流れるように、前記管状部と前記金型との間に導入するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記あらかじめ形成されたらせん状の形成物が、前記金型の内面を巡って軸方向に延びている前記らせん状の溝と同じ位相に位置し、かつ該溝に重なり、あるいは該溝に当接するように、前記管状部が前記金型において整列させられる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルが、表面に軸方向に延びるらせん状の溝を有しており、
ステップ(a)が、前記成型用の液体を前記管状部と前記金型との間に導入し、前記成型用の液体によって前記管状部を前記マンドレルの表面の前記らせん状の溝へと押し付けて前記管状部を変形させ、前記内部のらせん状の突起をもたらすステップをさらに含んでいる請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記管状部の一端が、該一端によって略楕円形の開口が定められるように、内側の基部から外側の先端へと先細りである請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルの表面の前記軸方向に延びるらせん状の溝が、前記管状部の前記一端によって定められる前記開口において、前記内側の基部の各側の90°の範囲内の円弧に沿った点において終わるように、前記管状部が前記マンドレル上に整列させられる請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記連続する外部のらせん状の形成物が、前記管状部の第1の領域を定め、
前記第2のらせん状の形態が、前記管状部の第2の領域を定め、
前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域の全体には及んでいない請求項8〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域に重なっている請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の領域の間の重なりが、前記連続する外部のらせん状の形成物の1〜5回転分の長さであり、好ましくは2回転分の長さである請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の領域が、前記第2の領域の広がりのうちの前記管状部が完全な外周を有している部位に関して、該部位の全体には及んでいない請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
