Claims (19)
- 滑らかな面を含む部分を有する固定部と、
前記固定部に対して回転するように構成された回転部であって、前記固定部の前記部分に直接面する回転部と、
前記回転部に直接面する前記固定部の前記部分上に形成された複数の隆起部であって、1000℃より高い温度で作動不能であるように構成された摩耗性材料で作成された複数の隆起部と
を備える機械であって、
前記複数の隆起部の少なくとも1つの隆起部が湾曲している、機械。 - 前記少なくとも1つの隆起部の全体が連続的に湾曲している、請求項1記載の機械。
- すべての複数の隆起部が連続的に湾曲している、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記複数の隆起部が400℃より高い温度で作動不能であるように構成されている、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記摩耗性材料が、プラスチックまたは金属ベースである、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記プラスチック性摩耗性材料が、ポリ四フッ化エチレン(PTFE)、ポリイミドまたはポリエステルのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項5記載の機械。
- 前記金属性摩耗性材料が、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)およびポリエステル、またはニッケルクロム鉄ホウ素窒素アルミニウム(NiCrFeBNAl)のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項5記載の機械。
- 前記摩耗性材料が、前記回転部の軸の全長の1/3以下に亘る部分の領域を覆う、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記回転部を取り囲むように構成された隔壁であって、前記隔壁の全体が前記摩耗性材料で作成されている隔壁をさらに備える、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記複数の隆起部の隆起部の横断面が矩形または三角形である、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記矩形または三角形の隆起部の高さが約0.1mmから約0.5mmの間である、請求項10記載の機械。
- 前記回転部が、前記回転部上に配置された複数の回転翼をさらに備え、前記回転部が回転するとき、前記複数の回転翼の先端が前記複数の隆起部のうちの1つまたは複数に接触するように構成され、前記複数の回転翼の先端が前記摩耗性材料を含むようには処理されていない、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記機械が開放型遮壁遠心圧縮機であり、前記遠心圧縮機の作動温度が約200℃未満である、請求項1記載の機械。
- 前記圧縮機の少なくとも翼車を収容するように構成され、滑らかな面を含む部分を有する固定部と、
前記固定部の前記滑らかな面を含む前記部分上に形成された摩耗性層であって、前記摩耗性層が、前記翼車に直接面する複数の隆起部を形成するように機械で仕上げられ、前記複数の隆起部が、1000℃より高い温度で作動不能であるように構成された摩耗性材料で作成され、前記複数の隆起部の少なくとも1つの隆起部が連続的に湾曲している摩耗性層と
を備える圧縮機の隔壁。 - 前記摩耗性材料がプラスチックまたは金属ベースである、請求項14記載の隔壁。
- 前記プラスチック性摩耗性材料が、ポリ四フッ化エチレン(PTFE)、ポリイミドまたはポリエステルのうちの1つまたは複数を含み、前記金属性摩耗性材料が、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)およびポリエステル、またはニッケルクロム鉄ホウ素窒素アルミニウム(NiCrFeBNAl)のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項15記載の隔壁。
- 機械の隔壁上に摩耗性材料を蒸着させる方法であって、
前記機械の回転部に直接面する滑らかな面を含む部分を隔壁内に見分けるステップと、
前記回転部に直接面する前記部分上に摩耗性層を蒸着するステップであって、前記摩耗性層が1000℃より高い温度で作動不能であるように構成された摩耗性材料を含む、ステップと、
前記複数の隆起部の少なくとも1つの隆起部が湾曲するように、前記摩耗性層内の複数の隆起部を機械で仕上げるステップと
を備える方法。 - すべての複数の隆起部が連続的に湾曲するように機械で仕上げるステップをさらに備える、請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記摩耗性材料がプラスチックまたは金属ベースであるように用意するステップであって、前記プラスチック性摩耗性材料が、ポリ四フッ化エチレン(PTFE)、ポリイミドまたはポリエステルのうちの1つまたは複数を含み、前記金属性摩耗性材料が、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)、アルミニウムシリコン(AlSi)およびポリエステル、またはニッケルクロム鉄ホウ素窒素アルミニウム(NiCrFeBNAl)のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、ステップをさらに備える、請求項17記載の方法。
