Description
Claims (23)
- トラスとして形成され、非剛性の薄板構成要素を有する、実質的に剛性の薄板パネル組立体であって、該薄板パネル組立体が、選択された平面状の領域及び形状を有する、前記トラスの第1弦材である前記薄板構成要素と、前記薄板構成要素と実質的に同様の平面状の形状及び領域を有する、前記トラスの第2弦材であるバッカーと、それぞれが前記バッカーから前記薄板構成要素の裏面に結合された遠位端部まで延びる選択された高さ及び構造形を有する複数の立上り要素とを具備し、前記立上り要素は、前記トラスの斜材であって、前記薄板構成要素の選択された方向で該組立体に実質的な剛性を生み出す配列で形成及び配設されており、該薄板パネル組立体は棒部材をさらに具備し、前記棒部材は、前記バッカーに結合され、前記複数の立上り要素のうちの少なくとも一対の隣接する立上り要素間に延びている、薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記複数の立上り要素は、前記薄板構成要素と前記バッカーとが本質的に同心の湾曲を有するように、前記バッカーから実質的に均一な高さを有している、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素の表面がパラボラ円筒形凹面状湾曲を有している、請求項2に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素がガラス層を含む、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記バッカーは、バッカー板によって形成されており、前記立上り要素は、前記バッカー板から折り曲げられて前記バッカー板との一体的な結合部を有するバッカー板の部分によって形成されている、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記立上り要素を形成する前記バッカー板の部分は、実質的に砂時計形の形状を有しており、前記バッカー板との一体的な結合部は、前記砂時計形の形状の基部にある、請求項5に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記立上り要素と前記バッカー板との前記一体的な結合部が実質的に平行な線に沿って離間されており、そして前記立上り要素は実質的に平行な平面内にある、請求項6に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記棒部材は前記実質的に平行な平面の間に延びている、請求項7に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記複数の立上り要素が、その遠位端部に、前記立上り部の高さから側方に配設された結合タブを形成している、請求項5に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記複数の立上り要素が、その遠位端部に、前記立上り部の高さから側方に配設された結合タブのそれぞれの対を形成しており、結合タブの各対の前記結合タブが、前記立上り要素の遠位端部から互いに反対方向に延びている、請求項5に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記バッカー板がアルミニウムを具備する、請求項5に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記立上り要素の遠位端部と前記薄板構成要素の裏面との結合部が、接合された結合部である、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素が、主として、選択された合成樹脂材料から成る基板層を含む、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素が電磁放射線を反射する、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素が太陽放射線を反射する、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素の、裏面とは反対側の第1表面が、ソーラー発電施設のレシーバ上に太陽光を導き集中させるための、選択された曲率を有する湾曲反射面の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記棒部材が、前記湾曲反射面を支持するトラフ・フレームに取り付け可能である、請求項16に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記棒部材が六角形断面形状を有している、請求項1に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
- 薄板パネルを支持するための実質的に剛性の構造形を有する支持構造であって、該支持構造が、バッカー板と、複数の立上り要素とを具備し、前記立上り要素は、前記バッカー板に結合された近位端部から遠位端部へ第1の方向で延びる高さを有するとともに、実質的に平行な立上り平面内の行に沿った長さを有し、前記立上り要素の遠位端部は、前記薄板パネルを支持するために前記薄板パネルに取り付け可能であるとともに、前記立上り平面に対して実質的に平行な第2の方向で前記薄板パネルの剛性を増大させ、前記バッカー板はトラスの第1弦材であるように形成され、前記立上り要素は前記トラスの斜材であるように形成されており、前記薄板パネルは、前記トラスの第2弦材であり、該支持構造は、前記複数の立上り要素のうちの少なくとも一対の隣接する立上り要素間に延びる棒部材をさらに具備し、前記隣接する立上り要素の対が、前記行のうちの同一行内にある、支持構造。
- 前記棒部材が、前記第1及び第2の方向に対して実質的に垂直な第3の方向で、前記行間に延びている、請求項19に記載の支持構造。
- 前記立上り要素は、前記バッカー板から折り曲げられて前記バッカー板との一体的な結合部を有するバッカー板の部分によって形成されており、そして前記バッカー板の部分は、実質的に砂時計形の形状を有していて、前記バッカー板との一体的な結合部は、前記砂時計形の形状の基部にある、請求項19に記載の支持構造。
- 非剛性の薄板構成要素を有する、実質的に剛性の薄板パネル組立体であって、該薄板パネル組立体が、選択された平面状の領域及び形状を有する前記薄板構成要素と、前記薄板構成要素と実質的に同様の平面状の形状及び領域を有するバッカーとを具備し、前記薄板構成要素が前記バッカーの第1表面に取り付けられており、前記バッカーは、前記薄板構成要素に向かって延びる複数のリブを含むバッカー板と、前記1表面及び前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面から延びる複数の突出部を含む基板とを具備しており、前記複数の突出部の各々は、遠位端部にスロットを有するとともに、噛み合い継ぎ手を形成するために、前記複数のリブのうちの対応する一つのリブの端部を前記スロット内に受容している、実質的に剛性の薄板パネル組立体。
- 前記薄板構成要素の表面が、ソーラー発電施設のレシーバ上に太陽光を導き集中させるための、選択された曲率を有する湾曲反射面の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項22に記載の薄板パネル組立体。
