Claims (10)
- −灌注流体(3)を輸送できる灌注ライン(4)と、
−吸引流体を吸込ポンプ(8)に輸送できる吸引ライン(7)、
−灌注ライン(4)と吸引ライン(7)との間の差圧を検出できるセンサ(10)を有し、
さらに前記センサ(10)は前記灌注ライン(4)に直接接続、そして前記センサ(10)は前記吸引ライン(7)に直接接続することを特徴とする眼科手術用装置(100)。 - 前記灌注ライン(4)は、流れの方向から見て眼科手術処理用ハンドピース(5)の上流に配置される灌注弁(15)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記センサ(10)は前記灌注ライン(4)の圧力によって作動でき、該圧力が、流れの方向から見て前記灌注弁(15)の上流に存在するように、前記センサ(10)を配置する、請求項2に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記装置(100)は、通気ライン(13)に通気弁(14)を有し、該通気ラインにより、前記灌注ライン(4)を直接前記吸引ライン(7)に接続する、請求項1乃至3の1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記装置(100)は制御ユニットを有し、前記センサ(10)により、前記差圧と関連した、前記制御ユニットに伝送できる信号を生成し、前記制御ユニットは、前記灌注ライン(4)及び/若しくは吸引ライン(7)の流体の流れ、並びに/又は前記ハンドピース(5)の超音波エネルギを制御できる、請求項1乃至4の1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記ハンドピース(5)にある閉塞の始まりでは、前記ハンドピース(5)を動作させるために供給する前記超音波エネルギを増大させ、前記閉塞の終わりでは、前記供給する超音波エネルギを減少させる、請求項5に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記センサ(10)は、膜、バネ舌片又は棒等の双方向に可動な要素を有し、該要素の位置を、前記灌注ライン(4)と前記吸引ライン(7)との間の差圧の関数として変化できる、又は力センサに作用する該要素の力を、前記灌注ライン(4)と吸引ライン(7)との間の差圧の関数として検出できる、請求項1乃至6の1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記センサ(10)は、666kg/(ms2)未満の圧力分解能で、時定数T≧10msを有する、請求項1乃至7の1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記要素の曲げ位置を、非接触のパスセンサで検出できる、請求項7及び8のいずれかに記載の装置(100)。
- 請求項1乃至9の1項に記載の測定装置(100)と、灌注流体容器(2)と、眼科手術処置用ハンドピース(5)と、流体吸引用吸込ポンプ(8)を有する眼科手術用システム(1)。
