Claims (13)
- 上面と、内側と外側との中間線によって規定されている内側部分及び外側部分と、前側と後ろ側との中間線によって規定されている前側部分及び後ろ側部分と、前記上面に設けられている第1のロック構造体とを有する脛骨のベースと、
中間の支持面と、外側の支持面と、底面と、この底面に設けられている第2のロック構造体とを有する、単一の脛骨の挿入体とを具備し、
前記第1及び第2のロック構造体は、互いに係合するように構成されており、
前記第1のロック構造体は、前記脛骨の挿入体が前記脛骨のベース中に前記後ろ側部分に向かって挿入された時に、前記脛骨の挿入体を係合方向のベクトルに沿って案内し、
前記係合方向のベクトルは、前記脛骨のベースの前記内側と外側との中間線から前記脛骨のベースの前記内側部分に向かって、所定の角度で傾斜されている、整形外科のプロテーゼ。 - 前記所定の角度は、約8°である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記所定の角度は、約3乃至4.5°である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記脛骨のベースは、前部と後部とを有する周端面を更に有し、
前記第1のロック構造体は、
前記周端面の前記後部に沿って設けられており、前記内側部分から前記外側部分へと延びており、前記上面から上方に突出しており、アンダーカット構造体を設けている内面を有している第1の肩部と、
前記第1の肩部から前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って延びており、前記脛骨の挿入体が前記脛骨のベース中に前記後ろ側部分に向かって挿入された時に、前記脛骨の挿入体を前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って案内する案内部材と、
前記周端面の前記前部に沿って設けられており、前記上面から上方に突出しており、前記脛骨の挿入体が完全に設置された時に前記脛骨の挿入体をロックするように構成されている第2の肩部とを有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記第2のロック構造体は、
前記脛骨の挿入体の底面に設けられており、前記アンダーカット構造体に係合するように構成されている後ろ側のロック突出部を有しており、
前記脛骨のベースの前記第1の肩部と、前記脛骨の挿入体の前記後ろ側のロック突出部とは、前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って互いに係合するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記後ろ側のロック突出部には、ポケット部分が設けられており、前記ポケット部分は、前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って前記案内部材に係合するように位置され且つ位置合わせされる、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 上面と、内側と外側との中間線によって規定されている内側部分及び外側部分と、前側と後ろ側との中間線によって規定されている前側部分及び後ろ側部分と、前部及び後部を有する周端面と、
前記周端面の前記後部に沿って設けられており、前記内側部分から前記外側部分へと延びており、前記上面から上方に突出しており、アンダーカット構造体を設けている内面を更に有している、第1の肩部と、
前記第1の肩部から前記前部に向かって、係合方向のベクトルに沿って延びている案内部材とを具備し、
前記係合方向のベクトルは、前記内側と外側との中間線から、前記脛骨のベースの前記内側部分に向かって、所定の角度で傾斜されており、
前記案内部材は、脛骨の挿入体が前記内側と外側との中間線の内側部分から前記後ろ側部分に向かって前記脛骨のベース中に挿入される時に、前記脛骨の挿入体を前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って案内する、整形外科のプロテーゼ用の脛骨のベース。 - 前記所定の角度は、約8°である、請求項7に記載の脛骨のベース。
- 前記所定の角度は、約3乃至4.5°である、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記周端面の前記前部に沿って設けられており、前記上面から上方に突出しており、前記脛骨の挿入体が前記脛骨のベース中に前記後ろ側部分に向かって前記係合方向のベクトルに沿って挿入されて完全に設置された時に前記脛骨の挿入体をロックするように構成されている、第2の肩部を更に具備する、請求項7に記載の脛骨のベース。
- 整形外科のプロテーゼ用の脛骨のベースに係合するための脛骨の挿入体であって、
前記脛骨のベースは、上面と、内側と外側との中間線によって規定されている内側部分及び外側部分と、前側と後ろ側との中間線によって規定されている前側部分及び後ろ側部分と、前記上面に設けられている第1のロック構造体とを有しており、
前記脛骨の挿入体は、中間の支持面と、外側の支持面と、底面と、この底面に設けられている第2のロック構造体とを備えた単一の本体を有しており、
前記第2のロック構造体は、前記脛骨の挿入体が前記脛骨のベース中に前記後ろ側部分に向かって挿入された時に、前記第1のロック構造体に、係合方向のベクトルに沿って係合するように構成されており、
前記係合方向のベクトルは、前記脛骨のベースの前記内側と外側との中間線から、前記脛骨のベースの前記内側部分に向かって、所定の角度で傾斜されている、脛骨の挿入体。 - 前記所定の角度は、約8°である、請求項11に記載の脛骨のベース。
- 前記所定の角度は、約3乃至4.5°である、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
