Abstract
a)成形キャビティ(2)内に予備成形物(1)を提供する工程と、
b)予備成形物(1)を延伸吹込成形して、中間容器(3)を形成する工程と、
c)内向きに移動する1つ以上のプラグ(5)を適用して、1つ以上の凹状の把持領域を、中間容器(3)内の圧力を0.1MPa(1bar)超に維持している間に、且つ、中間容器の把持領域内の材料の温度がガラス転移温度Tg未満の温度である間に、形成する工程と、
d)好ましくはプラグ(5)を容器内から抜去する前に、容器内の過剰圧力を解放する工程と、
e)成形キャビティ(2、4)から完成容器(6)を取り出す工程と、を含む、プロセスに関する。
Description
a)成形キャビティ(2)内に予備成形物(1)を提供する工程と、
b)予備成形物(1)を延伸吹込成形して、中間容器(3)を形成する工程と、
c)内向きに移動する1つ以上のプラグ(5)を適用して、1つ以上の凹状の把持領域を、中間容器(3)内の圧力を0.1MPa(1bar)超に維持している間に、且つ、中間容器の把持領域内の材料の温度がガラス転移温度Tg未満の温度である間に、形成する工程と、
d)好ましくはプラグ(5)を容器内から抜去する前に、容器内の過剰圧力を解放する工程と、
e)成形キャビティ(2、4)から完成容器(6)を取り出す工程と、を含む、プロセスに関する。
a)成形キャビティ(2)内に予備成形物(1)を提供する工程、図1Aと、
b)予備成形物(1)を延伸吹込成形して、中間容器(3)を形成する工程、図1Bと、所望により中間容器を、別個の深絞り成形キャビティ(4)に移動させ、所望により中間容器を再加熱する工程、図1Cと、
c)内向きに移動する1つ以上のプラグ(5)を適用して、1つ以上の凹状の把持領域を、中間容器(3)内の圧力を0.1MPa(1bar)超に維持している間に、且つ、中間容器の把持領域内の材料の温度がガラス転移温度Tg未満の温度である間に、形成する工程、図1Cと、
d)好ましくはプラグ(5)を容器内から抜去する前に、容器内の過剰圧力を解放する工程と、
e)成形キャビティ(2、4)から完成容器(6)を取り出す工程、図1Dと、を図式で示す図1を参照してよりよく理解することができる。
1.材料が2軸配向された後に、深グリップが形成される、
2.深グリップを形成するプラグは、最終の深グリップと一致する雄型の形状である、及び/又は
3.容器は、機械的変形が防止される(Tgを下回る)温度で取り出され、材料は、最終の所望の形状に結晶化する。
Claims (9)
- 一体ハンドルを有する容器を作製するためのプロセスであって、
a)成形キャビティ(2)内に予備成形物(1)を提供する工程と、
b)予備成形物(1)を延伸吹込成形して、中間容器(3)を形成する工程と、
c)内向きに移動する1つ以上のプラグ(5)を適用して、1つ以上の凹状の把持領域を、前記中間容器(3)内の圧力を0.1MPa(1bar)超に維持している間に、且つ、前記中間容器の前記把持領域内の材料の温度がガラス転移温度Tg未満の温度である間に、形成する工程と、
d)好ましくはプラグ(5)を容器内から抜去する前に、容器内の過剰圧力を解放する工程と、
e)成形キャビティ(2、4)から完成容器(6)を取り出す工程と、
を含む、プロセス。 - 工程c)で、前記中間容器の前記把持領域内の前記材料の前記温度が、ガラス転移温度Tgと6℃の間の温度に維持される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記予備成形物がポリエチレンテレフタレート予備成形物である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートのガラス転移温度Tgが81℃である、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 工程c)の間中、前記中間容器の前記把持領域内の材料が二軸延伸されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 工程b)が、吹込成形キャビティ(2)内で実施され、工程c)が、別個の深絞り成形キャビティ(3)内で実施され、これら2つの工程間に、前記中間容器(3)が、前記吹込成形キャビティ(2)から前記深絞り成形キャビティ(4)に移動される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プラグ(5)の外側輪郭が、前記凹状の把持領域の内側輪郭に対応する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 把持される際のいかなる相対運動も実質的に排除するように、対向する前記凹状の把持領域を互いに連結するための手段が設けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記完成容器の前記把持領域が、深グリップパームレスト、x、(7)と、深グリップ指レスト、y、(8)と、深グリップ凹部深さ、z、(9)とを備え、好ましくはx+2y+2zの合計が107mmを超え、好ましくは前記深グリップ凹部(9)の深さが20mmを超える(z>20mm)、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
