Abstract
Description
本明細書において用いられる「共沸様」という用語は、厳密に共沸である組成物と共沸混合物のように挙動する組成物の両方を含めるべく広い意味において意図されている。基本的な原理から、流体の熱力学的状態は、圧力、温度、液体組成および蒸気組成によって規定される。共沸混合物は、液体組成と蒸気組成が指定圧力および指定温度で等しい2種以上の成分の系である。実際には、これは、共沸混合物の成分の沸点が一定であり、相変化中に分離され得ないことを意味する。
本発明の共沸組成物または共沸様組成物は、安定剤、金属不活性化剤および腐食抑制剤などを含む任意の多様な添加剤のいずれかを更に含んでもよい。
本組成物は広範な用途において有用性を有する。例えば、本発明の一実施形態は本共沸様組成物を含む冷媒組成物に関する。
−20℃未満で維持されたジャケット付きコンデンサーを備えた、定温油浴中に浸漬されたガラス容器製の沸点測定装置内で沸点測定を行った。液体をガラス容器に添加し、温度を沸点より高い温度に上げる。ガラス容器中に生成した蒸気をコンデンサーにおいて再凝縮しガラス容器に戻す。測定を行うために、液体組成物の第1の成分をガラス容器に装填する。温度をいずれの成分の沸点よりも上に上げる。既知量の第2の成分をシステムに添加する。液体の温度を記録する。システムの圧力を1.013バールで一定に維持する。この方法は、容器中の液体組成物の沸点の測定を可能にする。
Claims (17)
- 有効量の1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンと1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンとを含む共沸様組成物。
- 約99.9〜約1重量%の1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンおよび約0.1〜約99重量%の1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンから本質的になる、請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物。
- 約90〜約20重量%の1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンおよび約10〜約80重量%の1,1,1,2,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンから本質的になる、請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物。
- 約1.013バールの圧力で約18℃〜約24℃の沸点を有する、請求項3に記載の共沸様組成物。
- 潤滑剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤が、鉱油、アルキルベンゼン、ポリオールエステル、ポリアルキレングリコール、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリアルファオレフィンおよびそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の共沸様組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物を含む熱伝達組成物。
- 請求項7に記載の熱伝達組成物を含む冷凍システム、空調システム、冷却システムまたはヒートポンプシステム。
- 請求項7に記載の熱伝達組成物を凝縮させ、その後、冷却されるべき物品の付近で前記冷媒組成物を蒸発させることを含む物品を冷却する方法。
- 加熱されるべき物品の付近で請求項7に記載の熱伝達組成物を凝縮させ、その後、前記冷媒組成物を蒸発させることを含む物品を加熱する方法。
- 二次冷媒として用いられる、請求項7に記載の熱伝達組成物。
- 噴霧されるべき材料と、請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物を含む噴射剤とを含む、噴霧性組成物。
- 前記噴霧性組成物がエアゾールである、請求項12に記載の噴霧性組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物を含む発泡剤。
- 請求項14に記載の発泡剤とポリオールとを含む発泡性プレミックス配合物。
- 少なくとも1種の界面活性剤、触媒、相溶化剤、難燃剤、UV安定剤およびそれらの混合物を更に含む、請求項15に記載の発泡性プレミックス配合物。
- 請求項1に記載の共沸様組成物を含む溶媒。
