Description

The present invention relates to a piping distribution board mounted on a body frame of a large vehicle such as a truck or a bus.

A body frame of a large vehicle such as a truck or a bus includes a pair of side members arranged in the vehicle length direction at intervals in the vehicle width direction, and a cross member spanned between the side members. . The side members are provided with fluid piping through which fluids such as fuel, brake fluid, and air flow, and electrical wiring such as wire harnesses.

1 (a) and 1 (b) show a conventional structure for attaching the fluid piping 3j and the electrical wiring 4j to the side member S. FIG. FIG. 1A is a perspective view of the fluid piping 3j and the electric wiring 4j attached to the side member S, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view thereof. The side member S is formed in a U-shaped cross section from a vertically arranged web SW and a flange SF extending in the horizontal direction from the top and bottom of the web SW. Are arranged at intervals.

A holder (clip) H having a recess into which the fluid pipe 3j is fitted is attached to the web SW of the side member S. The fluid pipe 3j is fitted into the holder H and disposed along the web SW. Yes. On the other hand, the electrical wiring 4j is wound with a tape T and a plurality of wires are collected, and is attached to the web SW and the flange SF of the side member S by a band B. The fluid piping 3j and the electrical wiring 4j thus arranged are bent in a complicated manner so as not to interfere with various components and the cross member C attached to the side member S.

As another conventional example, an aluminum drawing material is attached to the side member, a through hole is provided in the drawing material along the longitudinal direction, and a fluid is passed through the through hole or a wire harness is routed in the through hole. A piping structure of a vehicle is known (Patent Document 1).

By the way, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 1, when the fluid piping 3j and the electrical wiring 4j come into contact with other adjacent piping, wiring, and other parts such as brackets, the fluid piping 3j is rubbed by vibration during vehicle travel. There is a possibility that a hole is formed in the wire or the electric wiring 4j is cut. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to secure a sufficient distance between the fluid piping 3j and the electrical wiring 4j with other adjacent piping, wiring, brackets, etc., and the space required for the arrangement becomes large. . For this reason, when the interference with other components (such as brackets) disposed in the vicinity of the side member S is taken into consideration, the degree of freedom of arrangement of other components (design freedom) is limited.

When the fluid piping 3j and the electrical wiring 4j are restrained at a distance in the longitudinal direction by the holder H and the band B and attached to the side member S, the restraining span is separated, and the rigidity of the piping wiring itself is high. Because it cannot be said, it is difficult to install and work poorly. Further, each fluid pipe 3j must be fitted into the holder H, and the electric wiring 4j must be fixed to the side member S with a plurality of bands B at intervals in the longitudinal direction.

A plurality of holders H for holding the fluid piping 3j and a plurality of bands B for restraining the electric wiring 4j are respectively attached to attachment holes (not shown) formed through the side member S. Here, since a plurality of mounting holes (including unused unused holes) are formed on the side member S for mounting various parts, the holder H and the band B are attached to holes that are not holes at specified positions. There is a possibility of incorrect assembly, and the installation work efficiency is not good.

Since the fluid piping 3j and the electric wiring 4j are exposed and attached to the side member S having an open cross section having a U-shaped cross section, there is a possibility of damage due to hopping during running, corrosion due to muddy water, or short circuit. For this reason, countermeasures against hopping and corrosion are required, which increases costs.

Further, in the piping structure of Patent Document 1, since fluid is allowed to flow through a through hole formed in the aluminum drawing member attached to the side member, the stress when the vehicle travels is the aluminum that forms the outer shell of the through hole. It will be added to the drawing material itself, and damage such as cracks may occur in the through hole. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to increase the rigidity of the aluminum drawing material to some extent, which causes an increase in weight. Moreover, when a wire harness is routed in the through hole of the aluminum drawn material, it is inevitable that the wire harness rubs against the inner peripheral surface of the through hole due to vibration during vehicle travel.

The object of the present invention, which was created in view of the above circumstances, is to prevent damage to the body frame, corrosion caused by hopping, muddy water, contact vibration, etc. on the fluid piping and electrical wiring arranged on the body frame. An object of the present invention is to provide a plumbing / wiring board for a vehicle body frame in which the installation space can be made as small as possible and the mounting workability is improved.

A piping frame for a vehicle body frame according to the present invention created to achieve the above-described object has a pair of side members spaced apart in the vehicle width direction and a cross member spanned between the side members. A piping and wiring board mounted on a vehicle body frame, mounted on at least one of a side member and a cross member and formed along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a plurality of fluid pipings and electric wirings arranged on the base A pipe wiring group consisting of at least one of the above and a fixed coating that collectively covers and fixes the fluid piping and electrical wiring of the piping wiring group to the base. The vehicle body frame piping wiring board is embedded in a fixed coating.

In the piping frame of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention, the fluid piping and the electrical wiring of the piping wiring group may be embedded in the fixed coating agent in a state of being separated from each other.

In the piping frame of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention, the fluid piping and the electrical wiring of the piping wiring group may be embedded in the fixed coating agent in a state of being separated from the base.

In the piping wiring board of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention, the fixed coating agent may be made of elastic rubber or resin.

In the pipe wiring board of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention, connectors for connecting other fluid pipes and electric wiring may be provided at the ends of the fluid piping and electric wiring of the pipe wiring group.

The piping wiring board of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention may be a reinforcement in which the base is attached to the side member.

According to the piping frame of the vehicle body frame according to the present invention, the fluid piping and the electrical wiring are embedded in the fixed coating except for the ends, so even if the interval between adjacent piping and wiring is reduced, Their contact can be avoided by a fixed coating interposed between them. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the installation space as much as possible while preventing the piping and wiring from being damaged due to contact between adjacent piping and wiring and rubbing by vibration during traveling.

Since the fluid piping and the electrical wiring are covered with the fixed coating except for the ends, the fluid piping and the electrical wiring are protected from hopping, muddy water, and contact with other parts. Therefore, it is possible to avoid damage and corrosion of fluid piping and electric wiring due to contact with stone splash, muddy water, and other parts.

Multiple fluid pipes and electrical wiring are fixed to the base in advance. By attaching the base to the body frame, multiple fluid pipes and electrical wiring can be installed at the same time while preventing misassembly. Improves.

(Action / Effect)
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, according to the piping distribution board 1 according to the present embodiment, the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are in the fixed coating 6 made of rubber, resin or the like except for the end portions 3a and 4a. Therefore, even if the interval between the adjacent pipes 3 and wirings 4 is narrowed, the contact between them can be avoided by the fixed coating agent 6 interposed therebetween. Therefore, in order to arrange the piping 3 and the wiring 4 on the side member S while preventing the damage and disconnection of the piping 3 and the wiring 4 due to the adjacent piping 3 and the wiring 4 coming into contact with each other and being rubbed by vibration during traveling. Can save space required for installation. Therefore, in consideration of interference with other components arranged in the vicinity of the side member S, the degree of freedom of arrangement of other components (design freedom) increases.

Since the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are fixed to one surface of the base 2 by the fixing coating 6, and the other surface of the base 2 is attached to the side member S, the fluid piping as in the conventional example shown in FIG. Even if the contact between the pipe 3j and the side member S is not prevented by floating the 3j from the side member S by the holder H, the pipe 3 and the side member S do not come into contact with each other. That is, even if the distance between the fluid pipe 3 and the side member S is shorter than the conventional example, damage to the pipe 3 due to contact between the pipe 3 and the side member S and rubbing due to vibration during travel can be avoided. Space can be promoted.

Since the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are covered with the fixed coating 6 except for the end portions 3a and 4a, they do not come into contact with other components near the side member S, the cross member C, or the like. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the fluid pipe 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are in contact with other components, the cross member C, and the like, and are rubbed and damaged or disconnected due to vibration during traveling.

The vibration of the fluid piping 3 and the electric wiring 4 caused by the traveling of the vehicle is suppressed and damped by a fixed coating agent (elastic agent such as rubber or resin) 6 interposed in the periphery so as to embed them. Therefore, damage and disconnection due to vibration of the pipe 3 and the wiring 4 caused by vibration during vehicle travel can be suppressed.

The fixed coating 6 that covers the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 protects the piping 3 and the wiring 4 from hopping and muddy water. Therefore, it is possible to avoid damage to the fluid piping 3 due to hopping, muddy water, corrosion, damage to the electrical wiring 4, and short circuit. Since an insulating material such as rubber or resin is used for the fixing coating 6, even if the insulating coating of the electric wiring 4 is cracked due to aging or the like, the fixing coating interposed between the wirings 4 is used. (Insulating material) 6 prevents short circuit.

Since the plurality of fluid pipes 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are fixed to the base 2 in advance, attaching the base 2 to the side member S prevents the wrong assembly of the plurality of fluid pipes 3 and the electrical wiring 4. It can be installed at the same time, improving the mounting workability. That is, by attaching the base plate 2 to the side member S, the plurality of fluid pipes 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are attached to the side member S in the assembled state. Compared with the conventional example assembled in the above, erroneous assembly can be suppressed and the working time can be shortened. Further, the holder H and the band B which are necessary in the conventional example of FIG. 1 are not necessary, and the number of parts can be reduced. As a result, the mounting workability is improved, the mounting time can be shortened, and the number of assembling steps on the production line can be reduced.

Since the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 are covered with the fixed coating 6 except for the end portions 3a and 4a and are waterproof, the side member S to which the piping wiring board 1 according to the present embodiment is attached is used for production management. There is no problem even if the fluid pipe 3 and the electric wiring 4 are wet by rain or the like temporarily placed outdoors. In this case, it is preferable to use connectors 3b and 4b having a waterproof function. Further, a waterproof cover may be attached to the connectors 3b and 4b.

(First modification)
As shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of types of piping wiring boards 1 may be prepared in advance, and may be attached to the side member S by appropriately combining them according to the vehicle type. As a result, the fluid piping 3 and the electrical wiring 4 of various vehicle types can be arranged on the side member S efficiently and in a short time without erroneous assembly, and the assembly work efficiency is improved. Moreover, each piping wiring board 1 may branch the piping 3 and the wiring 4 from the middle, and may have the branch piping 3x and the branch wiring 4x. Connectors 3b and 4b are provided at the ends of the branch pipe 3x and the branch wiring 4x. Since the basic configuration and operational effects of the first modified example are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.

(Second modification)
As shown in FIG. 5, in the body frame F1 of a medium-sized light truck, the side member S1 may be kicked up or down in the vertical direction or may be widened or shrunk in the vehicle width direction. In these cases, the base 2 is formed by bending in the vertical direction and the vehicle width direction in accordance with the shape of the side member S1. The basic configuration and operational effects of the second modified example are the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.

(Third Modification)
As shown in FIG. 6, a reinforcement in which the base 2 is attached to the side member S may be used. In this case, the base 2 is made of a material having higher rigidity than the side member S, such as steel or high-strength steel, and is attached to a portion of the side member S (for example, in the vicinity of the upper flange SF) where a large stress occurs during traveling. As shown, the base 2 has an L-shaped cross section. 6 are holes for rivets and bolts for attaching the base 2 also serving as a reinforcement to the side member S. As shown in FIG. The basic configuration and operational effects of the third modified example are the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications within the scope of the claims. Needless to say, examples and modifications also belong to the technical scope of the present invention. For example, the base 2 may be molded according to the width of the flange SF of the side member S and attached to the upper or lower flange SF. Further, the base 2 may be molded along the cross member C and attached to the cross member C. Further, the pipe wiring group 5 may be constituted by only the fluid pipe 3 or only the electric wiring 4. Note that the electrical wirings 4 embedded in the fixed coating 6 may be in contact with each other or in contact with the base 2.
