At present the commercial vehicle chassis arranges the compactness, because reasons such as fixed knot structure, space restriction, mounting means lead to the pencil to arrange the space littleer and littleer, nevertheless along with the external diameter increase that user demand function increases and leads to the pencil, for guaranteeing pencil life, avoid the pencil fatigue fracture when buckling, the radius of buckling of pencil also needs corresponding increase, the radius of buckling of pencil need set up 3 ~ 5 times to the pencil external diameter usually. At present, a trunk wire harness is protected by a corrugated pipe, the corrugated pipe is wrapped outside the wire harness, and the wire harness is protected from mechanical damage such as fracture and cutting. However, the bending radius of the trunk wiring harness is further increased by the corrugated pipe protection mode, and when the wiring harness arrangement space is small, the problem of interference between the wiring harness and chassis mechanical parts is frequent.
Based on this, to the problem that present bellows protection easily leads to pencil and chassis mechanical parts to interfere, it is necessary to provide a pencil protection device that can avoid pencil and chassis mechanical parts to interfere.
Referring to fig. 1, a harness protection device according to an embodiment of the present application includes a guide frame 1 and a mounting member 2. The guide frame 1 has a wire inlet end 11 and a wire outlet end 12 which are oppositely arranged, and a bent and extended routing channel 13 is arranged between the wire inlet end 11 and the wire outlet end 12 to limit the spatial direction of the wiring harness. The mounting member 2 is fixed to the guide frame 1, and the mounting member 2 is provided with a mounting hole 21 for fixing the guide frame 1 to the vehicle frame. The wiring harness protection device limits the space trend of the wiring harness through the wiring channel 13 which is arranged to be bent and extended, and the installation part 2 is arranged to fix the guide frame 1 on the frame, so that the safety clearance between the wiring harness and a chassis mechanical part is guaranteed. The wire harness protection device can effectively utilize the wire harness arrangement space, so that the wire harness is guided and fixed, the interference of the wire harness and chassis mechanical parts is avoided, and the electrical performance and the safety of an automobile are ensured.
It should be noted that the specific arrangement of the bending form of the routing channel should be determined according to the actual vehicle model and the arrangement condition of the chassis mechanical parts of the vehicle model, and it is sufficient to ensure that the wiring harness arranged in the wiring harness protection device and the chassis mechanical parts keep a safety gap. The meandering form of the trace path shown in fig. 1 and 2 should not be construed as limiting the present application.
When the wiring harness is arranged, the wiring harness is threaded into the wiring channel 13 from the wire inlet end 11 and threaded out from the wire outlet end 12. The plurality of reinforcing ribs 16 are provided on the outer side of the guide frame 1, which contributes to reinforcing the structure of the guide frame and improving the mechanical strength of the wire harness protection device.
The guide frame 1 is provided with an opening opposite to the fixing bottom plate 14 and communicated with the wiring channel 13, so that the wiring harness arranged in the wiring channel 13 can be conveniently adjusted from the opening, and the operability of wiring harness arrangement is improved. The height of the side plate 15 is equal to or greater than the cross-sectional height of the wire harness to prevent the top peripheral side surface of the wire harness from protruding out of the opening, which helps to reduce the surface wear of the wire harness.
The wire harness protection device further comprises at least two fixing parts 17, wherein one fixing part 17 is arranged at the wire inlet end 11, and the other fixing part 17 is arranged at the wire outlet end 12. Therefore, the fixing effect of the wiring harness can be guaranteed, the wiring harness is prevented from being separated from the wiring channel 13, and the reliability of the wiring harness protection device is guaranteed. When more than two fixing parts 17 are adopted, the rest fixing parts 17 except the wire inlet end 11 and the wire outlet end 12 can be uniformly distributed at the middle section of the wiring channel 13, and the fixing effect of the wiring harness is further improved.
Optionally, the specific arrangement of the fixing portion 17 is not limited, and the wire harness can be stably fixed to the routing channel 13. In some embodiments, the fixing portion 17 includes two fixing holes 171 disposed at intervals, and the two fixing holes 171 are disposed on two sides of the fixing bottom plate 14 connected to the two side plates 15, respectively, so as to facilitate processing and save cost. The fixing hole 171 is configured as a square hole adapted to the cross section of the band. When fixing the pencil, penetrate the week side surface that encircles the pencil with the one end of ribbon from the fixed orifices 171 of one of them side, wear out from the fixed orifices 171 of opposite side again, at last with the one end of ribbon and the other end locking fixed, easy and simple to handle, and the ribbon is easily changed. In a preferred embodiment, the plane of the central axes of the two fixing holes 171 of each fixing portion 17 is perpendicular to the direction of the wire harness at the fixing portion 17, so as to achieve a good fixing effect.
In other embodiments, the fixing portion 17 may also adopt a fixing buckle, and the fixing buckle is disposed at different positions of the routing channel 13 to clamp and fix the wire harness at each position.
