Description

本実施形態の場合、リブ２０はソール部１３１をトウ−ヒール方向に横断し、リブ２０の一方端部はトウ側のサイド部１３２ａに接続され、リブ２０の他方端部はヒール側のサイド部１３２ｂに接続されている。本実施形態の場合、リブ２０はソール部１３１、サイド部１３２ａ及び１３２ｂと一体成形されているが、別部材としてソール部１３１、サイド部１３２ａ及び１３２ｂに固着してもよい。
次に、錘部材３０周辺では、錘部材３０の存在によって固有値が低下し、打音が低音化する場合がある。そこで、本実施形態ではリブ２０及び２１によって凹部１５を拘束している。図４はリブ２０の端部及びリブ２１の説明図であり、ヒール側のサイド部１３２ｂの内面側であって、凹部１５の周辺を示す。
いずれの場合も変化率は比較的小さく、凹部１５の拘束効果が表れている。ゴルフクラブヘッド＃１では、変化率が最も大きくなった。これはリブ２１が存在しないことが要因であると考えられる。つまり、リブ２１は凹部１５を拘束する一定の効果があることが分かる。響き（振動時間）と大きさ（振幅）についてはゴルフクラブヘッド＃３が最もよかった。これは錘部２２の存在に起因しているものと考えられる。
