Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cutting device including a lower blade holder exchanging device that holds a lower blade, and a lower blade holder removal method.
The cutting device (shear or shearing machine) is provided with an upper blade and a lower blade in the vertical direction, and one of these as a movable blade generates a shearing force by moving toward the other fixed blade and is inserted. Cut the workpiece. Since the cutting device can cut a wide area of a workpiece (working object) at a time with high reproducibility, it is frequently used in processing that requires rapidity in mass production.
The upper and lower blades of the cutting device need to be periodically replaced because deterioration progresses due to friction and stress generated when the workpiece is cut. In addition, since the shape of the cut surface of the workpiece depends on the shapes of the upper blade and the lower blade, replacement is also necessary to match the shape of the desired cut surface. However, since these blades are generally heavy, replacement work is often time-consuming.
Patent document 1 is disclosing the cutting device which made easy exchange of an upper blade and a lower blade. This cutting device includes an exchange means for storing a plurality of upper blade and lower blade units for cutting a workpiece, and a cutting device main body for detachably holding the units. The exchanging means is arranged on the side of the cutting device main body, and is connected by a rail so that the unit can move between them.
In general, the cutting device is large and is permanently fixed to a floor or the like. Therefore, when installed on a processing line such as a steel plate, movement after installation is very difficult. Moreover, in order to respond to various specifications and sizes of the workpiece, the blade is often formed as long as possible. When an exchange means as shown in Patent Document 1 is provided, the size of the exchange means is almost the same as that of the cutting device because of the need to accommodate the blade. And since it is large sized, it needs to be permanently installed beside the cutting device. Therefore, it is necessary to install an exchange means and to secure a space where the work can be performed around the exchange means. Further, since the replacement means is required only when the blade is replaced, it is a factor that increases the equipment cost and the running cost.
Further, the cutting device includes a blade holder that holds a blade (upper blade or lower blade) and a blade frame that holds the blade holder. The blade is a fixed part such as a bolt and is fixed to the blade holder. The blade frame defines a fixed position of the blade holder when the blade functions as a fixed blade, and defines a moving region together with the blade holder when the blade functions as a movable blade.
When the blade is taken out from the cutting device by replacing the blade or the like, the blade is released from the blade holder or the blade holder holding the blade is released from the blade frame. Thereafter, the released blade or blade holder is retracted from the cutting region (that is, the region where the workpiece is cut by the upper blade and the lower blade) and suspended by a crane or the like.
However, the blade frame is formed thick along the workpiece insertion direction (conveying direction) in order to prevent the blade or the blade holder from being distorted by the stress at the time of cutting. On the other hand, since the cutting area is between the upper and lower blade frames, the area is very narrow. Therefore, when manually removing the component that fixes the blade or the blade holder from the blade frame or the like, the workability is poor and dangerous because the cutting area is narrow.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a cutting device that can safely and easily replace the lower blade and a method for removing the lower blade holder in the cutting device.
1st aspect of this invention is a cutting device which cut | disconnects the workpiece | work inserted between the said upper blade and the said lower blade because a lower blade moves toward an upper blade, Comprising: The said lower blade is fixed A lower blade holder, a lower blade frame that moves up and down toward the upper blade while holding the lower blade holder in a detachable manner, along a direction that is horizontal and orthogonal to the insertion direction of the workpiece, A pair of lower blade holder conveying devices installed so as to be able to enter and exit the moving region of the lower blade holder when cutting the workpiece, and each lower blade holder conveying device is separated from the lower blade frame in the moving region. A carriage on which one of both end portions of the removed lower blade holder is placed, and a movement mechanism for moving the carriage from the movement area of the lower blade holder in the insertion direction of the workpiece or in the opposite direction thereof. The gist is to have The
When removing the lower blade holder from the cutting device, the lower blade holder transport device places the lower blade holder released from the lower blade frame on the carriage within the movement region of the lower blade holder, and the carriage is inserted in the workpiece insertion direction. Or move in the opposite direction. That is, the lower blade holder removed from the lower blade frame is carried out to a place away from the cutting region where the upper blade and the lower blade face each other without departing from the conveying line. Therefore, the lower blade holder can be separated from the cutting region without occupying the space on the side of the conveyance line as compared with the method of carrying out the lower blade holder in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance line. That is, the work on the lower blade holder can be performed in a safe place with a good work environment. Similarly, when the lower blade holder is attached to the cutting device, the lower blade holder can be carried into the cutting area from a location away from the cutting area on the transport line. Furthermore, the attachment to the lower blade frame of the lower blade holder and the release from the lower blade frame are performed by the vertical movement of the lower blade frame. Therefore, it is not necessary for an operator to enter the periphery of the cutting area for these operations, and safety can be ensured.
The pair of lower blade holder conveying devices may be connected by a power distribution member that distributes the power. In this case, the power distribution member can be removed from each of the moving mechanisms.
A second aspect of the present invention is a method for removing a lower blade holder in a cutting device that cuts a workpiece inserted between the upper blade and the lower blade by moving the lower blade toward the upper blade. . In this method, the lower blade holder to which the lower blade is fixed is lifted to a position higher than the mounting surface of the carriage together with the lower blade frame holding the lower blade holder, and the lower blade holder A pair of carriages are moved to the lower side of each end of the lower blade holder from two directions that are horizontally orthogonal to the workpiece insertion direction, and the lower blade holder and the lower blade frame are lowered to the moving area. The both ends of the lower blade holder are placed on the pair of carriages, the lower blade holder is removed from the lower blade frame, and the pair of carriages are moved from the moving region of the lower blade holder to the workpiece. It is made to move to the said insertion direction or the reverse direction.
In the above-described method, it is preferable that the pair of carts move by power distributed from one power.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can provide a cutting device capable of replacing the lower blade safely and easily and a method for removing the lower blade holder in the cutting device.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.1 and FIG.2 is the top view and front view of the cutting device which concern on this embodiment, respectively. FIG. 3 is a side view showing the positional relationship between the upper blade holder and the lower blade holder of the cutting apparatus shown in FIG.
Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, directions are defined as follows. In the
As shown in FIG. 1, the cutting
As shown in FIG. 2, the cutting
The
A mounting
On the other hand,
In front of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for example, the table 90 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of rod-shaped
Next, the
4 is a front view of the
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 5, a
A
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The
As shown in FIG. 5,
When the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The
Therefore, when the
The
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
A
FIG. 9 is an explanatory view showing the rotation operation of the
In the present embodiment, when the position of the
The
As shown in FIG. 9A, the
The
The

Next, the lower blade holder conveying apparatus of this embodiment will be described. 10, 11, and 12 are a rear view, a plan view, and a side view of the lower blade
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 10, the lower blade
As shown in FIG. 10, each lower blade
As shown in FIG. 11, the lower blade
First, the
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the
As described above, the
The moving
A
The
The
In the
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the
In the above configuration, when the
A method for removing the
FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram showing step by step a process of carrying out the
Next, as shown in FIG. 16B, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 16 (c), from two directions (that is, the left direction and the right direction) that are horizontal and orthogonal to the insertion direction of the workpiece W, are moved downward from the
Next, as shown in FIG. 16D, in a state where each
Next, as shown in FIG. 16 (e), the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 16 (f), the
The
