Abstract
【解決手段】航空機用エンジンEのエンジン回転軸7にアクセサリー・ギヤボックス19を介して連結される発電装置1Aである。ロータ12がアクセサリー・ギヤボックス19を貫通し、ロータ12の中間部に該ロータ12を駆動する駆動歯車14が配置されて、中間部を挟んだ両側部に永久磁石17が装着され、各永久磁石17の外周に対向して固定子コイル18が配置されている。両固定子コイル18,18間は電気的に接続されている。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る発電装置1Aの航空機用エンジンEのエンジン本体EBへの連結状態を示す概略図である。エンジンEは、2軸型ファンエンジンであり、圧縮機2、燃焼器3、タービン4およびファン10を主要構成要素として備えている。圧縮機2から供給される圧縮空気に燃料を混合して燃焼器3で燃焼させ、その燃焼により発生する高温高圧の燃焼ガスがタービン4に供給される。タービン4は前段側の高圧タービン4Aと後段側の低圧タービン4Bとを有し、圧縮機2は、中空の高圧軸7を介して高圧タービン4Aに連結されており、この高圧タービン4Aにより回転駆動される。ファン10は、高圧軸7の中空部に挿通された低圧軸9を介して低圧タービン4Bに連結されており、この低圧タービン4Bにより回転駆動される。エンジン回転軸である高圧軸7および低圧軸9は共通のエンジン軸心Cを有する同心配置となっている。こうして、低圧タービン4Bから噴射される燃焼ガスのジェット流と、ファン10により生成される高速空気流とによりエンジン推力が得られるようになっている。

Claims (9)
- 航空機用エンジンのエンジン回転軸にアクセサリー・ギヤボックスを介して連結される発電装置であって、
ロータが前記アクセサリー・ギヤボックスを貫通し、
前記ロータの中間部に該ロータを駆動する駆動歯車が配置されて、前記中間部を挟んだ両側部に永久磁石が装着され、
前記各永久磁石の外周に対向して固定子コイルが配置され、これら両固定子コイル間が電気的に接続されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。 - 請求項1において、前記ロータが前記エンジン回転軸に平行に配置されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記両固定子コイルが直列接続されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項において、前記エンジン回転軸と前記アクセサリー・ギヤボックスの入力軸とが取出軸を介して連結されており、前記入力軸と前記駆動歯車の間が、接続・遮断自在の機械式クラッチを介して連結されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項において、前記ロータの軸受はスクイズフィルム・ダンパを介して発電機ハウジングに支持されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記ロータは単一の棒状体である航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記ロータは前記中間部と前記両側部とに分割されている航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記エンジン回転軸の一部分を構成する高圧軸に連結されて、エンジン始動機としても動作する航空機用エンジンの発電装置。
- 発電装置と機械式クラッチを備え、航空機用エンジンのエンジン回転軸に連結されるアクセサリー・ギヤボックスであって、
前記発電装置は、
前記アクセサリー・ギヤボックスを貫通したロータを有し、
前記ロータの中間部に該ロータを駆動する駆動歯車が配置されて、前記中間部を挟んだ両側部に永久磁石が装着され、
前記各永久磁石の外周に対向して固定子コイルが配置され、これら両固定子コイル間が電気的に接続されてなり、
前記エンジン回転軸と前記アクセサリー・ギヤボックスの入力軸とが取出軸を介して連結されており、
前記入力軸と前記駆動歯車の間が、接続・遮断自在の前記機械式クラッチを介して連結されている航空機用エンジンのアクセサリー・ギヤボックス。
