BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, the patch according to the present invention will be described in detail.
1 and 2 are diagrams showing an example of a patch according to the present invention.
The patch (1) according to the present invention is formed by laminating a water-containing layer (2) and a support (3) that supports the water-containing layer (2), and is formed on the exterior part (4). The

The water-containing layer (2) is a layer that provides effects such as moisturizing, cell activation, skin beautification and whitening on the surface to be applied (skin) at the time of application. In order to acquire these effects, a known active ingredient is mix | blended with a water-containing layer (2), and the compounding quantity is also adjusted suitably. Moreover, you may add a preservative, an emulsifier, a pH adjuster, an absorption promoter, etc. to a water-containing layer (2), and the addition amount is adjusted suitably.

The water-containing layer (2) is gel-like, and is preferably a water-containing gel (hydrogel) that retains 40 to 90% by weight of water.

The thickness of the water-containing layer (2) is desirably 0.3 to 5 mm. If it is less than 0.3 mm, the water content per unit area decreases, so the amount of active ingredients decreases and the above-mentioned effects cannot be expected. When it is used, it becomes difficult to maintain the sticking state due to the weight of the patch, resulting in deviation or detachment, which is not preferable in either case.

The support (3) that supports the water-containing layer (2) is in the form of a sheet and is laminated on at least one side of the water-containing layer (2) (see FIG. 1).
As for the thickness of a support body (3), it is desirable that it is 10-100 micrometers, More preferably, it is 20-50 micrometers. When it is less than 20 μm, the support of the water-containing layer (2) becomes insufficient, and the pasting work becomes difficult. On the other hand, when the thickness exceeds 50 μm, the thickness of the support (3) becomes poor, and the unevenness of the application site does not follow, making application difficult. Therefore, it is not preferable in either case.

As the support (3) used in the present invention, a transparent film such as polyurethane, polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, or nonwoven fabric is used, but the water in the water-containing layer (2) is appropriately volatilized. Therefore, a nonwoven fabric is preferably used.

FIG. 3 is a view showing another example of the patch according to the present invention.
In the patch according to the present invention, it is desirable to provide a convex partition member (31) in the exterior part (4).
The partition member (31) provided in the exterior part (4) is a threshold for preventing different medicinal components in the water-containing layer (2) from being mixed. FIG. 3-1 is a floating state, and FIG. 3-2 is a view of being installed in the exterior part. Depending on the viscosity or the like, the partition member may float or be installed from the exterior portion.
The convex partition member (31) is provided during vacuum molding or inflation molding. Moreover, an exterior part may be piled up and a convex instrument may be attached later.

As shown in FIG. 3, a partition member (31) may be partially provided in the exterior part (4). When the partition member (31) has a mesh shape, the size of the mesh is not particularly limited, and is appropriately adjusted depending on the size of the patch (1).
The partition member (31) is not limited to a mesh shape as shown in FIG. 3, and may be provided as a design. Further, the partition member (31) may be provided over the entire shape of the patch (1), but may be provided only in a part, and in any case, a plurality of patches can be stably produced. It becomes possible.
