組み立てる場合には、まず中面を折り、この中面の上に製品を載置し、さらに上面を折り曲げて製品を覆うようにする。ストッパを紙面垂直方向に折り曲げて切り込みに挿入し、係合部を被係合部に係合する。被係合部は、底面から中面に至る切り込みである。切り込みの中面部分の長さは底面のそれよりも短いので、係合部が中面に係合することとなる。係合前の状態を図１７及び図１９に、係合した状態を図１８及び図２０に示す。
なお、本実施の形態ではストッパは１つであったが、本発明はそれに限定されず、本発明を実施する上で好適な数にすることができる。
また、取出フラップには挿入代が設けられ、挿入代の短手方向の長さ／取出フラップの短手方向の長さは、０．０５〜１が好ましい。図２１に示す実験結果より、前記比が０．０５以上で取出フラップが開く回数が半減したからである。なお、前記比が1以上では取出フラップを開けることが出来ないので１を上限とした。 Further, the finger-hanging portion is fixed to the notch as described above, but may be provided by bonding.
