Abstract
【解決手段】加熱筒12内に少なくとも回転自在に設けられたスクリュ14により繊維材料を含む樹脂材料を可塑化する可塑化装置11において、加熱筒12内を負圧状態とする吸引装置33と、可塑化装置11のサイクルまたは状態に応じて加熱筒12内への繊維材料の供給量を調節して供給可能な繊維材料の供給装置36とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 加熱筒内に少なくとも回転自在に設けられたスクリュにより繊維材料を含む樹脂材料を可塑化する可塑化装置において、
加熱筒内を負圧状態とする吸引装置と、
可塑化装置のサイクルまたは状態に応じて加熱筒内への繊維材料の供給量を調節して供給可能な繊維材料の供給装置とを備えたことを特徴とする可塑化装置。 - 前記繊維材料の供給装置は、回転数または回転時期を制御可能なフィードスクリュを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮成形装置。
- 前記繊維材料の供給装置には、連続した繊維材料を所定長さに切断する切断装置が取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 加熱筒内に少なくとも回転自在に設けられたスクリュにより繊維材料を含む樹脂材料を可塑化する可塑化方法において、
加熱筒内を吸引装置により負圧状態とした状態で、
加熱筒内へ繊維材料および樹脂材料を可塑化装置のサイクルまたは状態に応じて調節して供給することを特徴とする可塑化装置。 - 前記繊維材料は、炭素繊維材料であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可塑化装置。
