Description

The present invention relates to a planting tool that can cover a surface extending in a vertical direction as represented by wall greening with a plant such as growing.

There exists patent document 1 shown below as prior art document information relevant to this kind of planting tool. In this Patent Document 1, a water retention base is sandwiched between a rectangular front plate and a back plate of the same shape in front view, and fixed with bolts and nuts, etc., and opened obliquely upward at a plurality of locations on the front plate. It is supposed that it can be used as a planting tool for wall surface greening by using a planting container provided with a shelf for planting and attaching it to the wall surface with a wire or the like.

2)JP 2010-239878 (paragraphs 0041 to 0043, FIGS. 1 and 2)

However, since the planting tool described in Patent Document 1 has a large-scale configuration in which a water retention base is sandwiched between the front plate and the back plate and fixed with bolts and nuts, the user can configure the planting configuration. It was difficult to change.

Then, the objective of this invention is providing the planting tool which can change the structural form of a planting tool comparatively easily in view of the subject which the prior art illustrated above gives.

The characteristic configuration of the planting tool according to the present invention is:
It is provided with a water storage part capable of storing water for planting and a space for planting on which a water-absorbing planting flooring can be placed, and an opening for exposing the planting flooring can be formed at least on the front side. One or more planting containers, and a frame member that can be detachably supported so as to surround the one or more planting containers,
A protrusion is formed on a part of the outer periphery of the planting container, and a locking opening that is fitted to the protrusion is provided on the outer periphery of the frame member.

In a planting tool having the above-described characteristic configuration, not only can a planting tool with a high design be easily obtained by simply supporting the planting container with a frame member having an arbitrary appearance color. Since the frame member is detachable from the planting container, it is possible to use the frame member with another frame member with a different color, or the frame member is separated from the planting container as necessary. In addition, the configuration form of the planting tool can be changed relatively easily, for example, it is possible to use the planting container and the planting floor in a combined form.

Moreover, in the planting tool provided with said characteristic structure, when attaching a frame member to a planting container, the latching opening formed in the outer periphery of a frame member is formed in a part of outer periphery of a planting container. Since it can be made to fit with the protruding part, a situation where the planting container is inadvertently dropped from the frame member is prevented.

In addition, even if the frame member is formed of an opaque and colorful material, the water storage part in the planting container is passed through the transparent water level confirmation part of the planting container that is seen through the locking opening of the frame member. The water level of the stored water for planting can be confirmed.

Another characteristic configuration of the present invention is that an overflow pipe for draining water for planting exceeding a predetermined height is integrally formed in the planting container.

If it is this structure, since the overflow pipe which drains the water for planting exceeding the predetermined height supplied to the water storage part is formed integrally, it is easy to prevent the situation where excess water for planting is stored in the water storage part. .

Another feature of the present invention is that the protrusion is the lower end of the overflow pipe.

If it is this structure, when using a planting container in combination with a frame member, since the lower end of an overflow pipe and the latching opening part of a frame member are mutually fitted, a planting container is careless from a frame member. The situation of falling off is effectively prevented. Further, according to this configuration, when the overflow pipe is used, the planting water flowing down the overflow pipe can be smoothly discharged from the locking opening of the frame member.

Another characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the overflow pipe is formed to be inclined with respect to a vertical line in a front view.

If two or more planting containers are stacked one on top of the other, excess planting water supplied to the upper planting container is passed through the overflow pipe from the opening located on the upper surface of the lower planting container. Even when implemented in the form of being supplied to the lower planting container, with this configuration, the overflow pipe is formed in an inclined shape with respect to the vertical line in the front view, so inevitably the planting container The opening disposed on the upper surface and the vicinity of the upper end of the overflow pipe are disposed at positions displaced in the left-right direction, and the water for planting supplied from the opening disposed on the upper surface of the planting container It is difficult for a situation such as detouring to be discharged out of the overflow pipe.

Another feature of the present invention is that a transparent water level confirmation window protrudes from at least one side surface of the planting container, and the water level confirmation window forms the protrusion.

In this configuration, even if the frame member is formed of an opaque and colorful material, the inside of the planting container is passed through the transparent water level confirmation part of the planting container that is seen through the locking opening of the frame member. The water level of the planting water stored in the water storage part can be confirmed.

Moreover, if it is this structure, when attaching a frame member to a planting container, the latching opening part formed in the outer periphery of a frame member is fitted with the water level confirmation part formed in the side surface of the planting container. Therefore, the situation where the planting container is inadvertently dropped from the frame member is further prevented.

Another feature of the present invention is that the planting container is integrally formed by resin blow molding.

With this configuration, for example, it is possible to mold using a split mold having a simple structure as compared with a configuration molded by injection molding, and the amount of resin used can be reduced, so that the weight can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. be able to. Also, with this configuration, compared to a configuration formed by injection molding, for example, the wall surface portion constituting the planting container can be made sufficiently thin, so that the seller or user can use a simple tool such as a cutter knife. The opening can be easily formed using

Also, with this configuration, the wall surface portion constituting the planting container can be made sufficiently thin, so that the water level confirmation window can be provided to be elastically displaceable with respect to the entire side surface. The container can be easily attached to and detached from the frame member.

In another characteristic configuration of the present invention, the opening is displaced above the center of the top and bottom, and a pair of support portions that support the planting floor material from the front and rear direction below the opening are directed toward the inner surface. It is in the point that is formed to protrude.

If it is this structure, since a planting flooring can be supported from the front-back direction by a pair of support part which protruded and formed toward the inner surface under the opening part of the planting container, a planting flooring is a planting container. There is a risk that the appearance of the plant planted on the planting floor material may be damaged due to the wobbling of the inside of the plant, or falling down to the front or back in the planting space, and part of the planting floor material going out of the opening Is suppressed.

According to another characteristic configuration of the present invention, a handle portion protruding toward the planting space is integrally formed on both side surfaces of the planting container, and the handle portion moves the planting floor material in a lateral direction. It is in the point which serves as the regulation means to regulate.

If it is this structure, the handle which can be used as a means for handling a planting container to the same part by integrally forming the part which protruded toward the space for planting on both sides of a planting container The two functions of the part and the regulating means for regulating the lateral movement of the planting flooring can be performed simultaneously.

Another characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the planting container has a back side facing the front side, and an auxiliary opening facing the opening can be formed on the back side.

If it is this structure, since the position which provides an opening part (auxiliary opening part) can be selected between a front side and a back side, for example, an overflow pipe etc. are provided in the right or left end part of a planting container. In some cases, depending on whether the opening (auxiliary opening) is provided on the front side or the back side, the position of the overflow pipe can be arranged at any convenient position on the left or right. Moreover, if it is this structure, by providing the opening part (auxiliary opening part) in both the front side and the back side, the plant planted in the planting flooring material or the planting flooring material is arranged before and after the planting container. It is also possible to use it in such a manner that both surfaces are exposed.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated, referring drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a planting tool according to the present invention, and in particular, a rectangular and transparent resin-made planting container A is used, and a water supply planting floor is provided inside the planting container A. The material B is accommodated, a relatively rigid and detachable frame C is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the planting container A, and the plant P is planted in the planting through hole H of the planting floor material B. Indicates the state.

The planting container A is integrally formed by blow molding of a resin such as polystyrene. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the planting containers A immediately after blow molding extend in parallel while being separated from each other in the front-rear direction. A bottom wall A3 that closes the space formed by the wall A1 and the back wall A2, the front wall A1 and the back wall A2 from below, a top wall A4 that closes the space from above, and a space that closes the space from the left side. 1 side wall part A5, It has 2nd side wall part A6 which closes the space from the right side.

The front wall portion A1 and the rear wall portion A2 are generally square, and the bottom wall portion A3, the top wall portion A4, the first side wall portion A5, and the second side wall portion A6 are extended along the four sides of these squares. Yes.
As a whole, the planting container A has a generally rectangular plate shape, and as shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the planting container A is erected so that the front wall part A1 and the rear wall part A2 are generally vertical. The widths of the bottom wall portion A3, the top wall portion A4, the first side wall portion A5, and the second side wall portion A6 are each a fraction of one side of the front wall portion A1 and the back wall portion A2 (for example, 1/5 1/3 range).

In blow molding, a resin parison is inserted between two halves (not shown) having mating surfaces extending along the bottom wall A3, the top wall A4, the first side wall A5, and the second side wall A6. Then, the parison is pressed against the cavity inner surface in the halved mold by blowing compressed air into the parison from two blowing openings corresponding to the vicinity of the left and right ends of the top wall A4.

Therefore, in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the ceiling wall portion A4 immediately after blow molding, a part of the parison remains as two small dome-shaped surplus portions 3A and 3B, as shown by a one-dot chain line. Two upper surface openings 4A and 4B are formed in the vicinity of the left and right end portions of the top wall portion A4 by cutting off the surplus end portions 3A and 3B at the base end portion at an arbitrary time after demolding from the split mold. ing.
At least one of the upper surface openings 4A and 4B is used as a water supply port for supplying planting water W to the plant P through the planting floor material B stored in the planting container A.

A burr mark E derived from the boundary surface of two halves is seen along the bottom wall part A3, the top wall part A4, the first side wall part A5, and the second side wall part A6, and the planting container A is entirely In general, the surface is symmetrical with respect to a plane along the burr mark E.

A part of the front wall portion A1 (an example of the front and rear surfaces) is provided with a horizontally long rectangular window forming line 5. The window forming line 5 has a stepped shape in which a portion on the radially inner side of the window forming line 5 is recessed at a depth of about 1 to 2 mm toward the inside of the blow molded body along the entire circumference of the rectangle. It is formed in the form.

Since the blow molded body is formed with an appropriate thinness, for example, a seller or a user of the planting container A uses the above step or the like along the entire circumference of the window forming line 5 with a cutter knife or the like. As shown in FIG. 3, when the removal portion 5A on the radially inner side of the window forming line 5 is removed, a rectangular planting window portion 5B (an example of an opening portion) is formed on the front wall portion A1. Is done.

In addition, since the same window formation schedule line 5 is provided also in back wall part A2 (an example of the front-and-back surface) on the opposite side to front wall part A1, according to the intention of a seller or a user, a front wall part You may form the window part 5B for planting (an example of an auxiliary opening part with respect to an opening part) in back wall part A2 (an example of a back side) instead of A1, or front wall part A1 and back wall part A2 The window part 5B for planting can also be formed in both.

The internal space of the planting container A located below the lower edge of the planting window 5B formed in this way can store the planting water W supplied from the upper surface openings 4A, 4B, etc. As a water storage part, it acts as a space for planting on which a water-absorbing planting flooring B can be placed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the planting floor material B is accommodated from the planting window 5B, but the size after the planting floor material B shown in FIG. 4 is swollen about 1.3 times by the planting water. Therefore, the planting floor material B before swelling can be easily accommodated from the window portion 5B for planting.

The planting floor material B is made of a mixture of urethane and crushed wood chips, etc., and can keep moisture and air in a substantially balanced manner from the upper part to the lower part, and easily keeps the air necessary for root growth.

The planting floor material B has a somewhat vertically long rectangle, and the height of the planting floor material B after swelling is approximately the distance from the upper surface of the bottom wall portion A3 of the planting container A to the lower surface of the top wall portion A4. It is equal or slightly smaller than the same distance, and the thickness of the planting floor material B after swelling is more than the distance from the inner surface of the front wall portion A1 of the planting container A to the inner surface of the rear wall portion A2. It is set to be somewhat smaller.

An operation recess 6 for facilitating handling of the planting container A is formed in a recessed shape slightly above the vertical center of the first side wall part A5 and the second side wall part A6 of the planting container A. Looking at each of the first side wall A5 and the second side wall A6, the two operation recesses 6 are provided symmetrically across the burrs E extending vertically, and the swelling of the planting floor material B after swelling The width is substantially equal to or slightly smaller than the distance from the inner surface of the operation recess 6 located on the first side wall portion A5 side to the inner surface of the operation recess 6 located on the second side wall portion A6 side. Is set.

The planting window portion 5B formed along the window forming line 5 is formed at a position displaced upward from the center in the vertical direction of the front wall portion A1.
In addition, the five planting through holes H formed so as to penetrate the plate-like planting floor material B in the front-rear direction are also disposed at positions displaced upward from the center in the vertical direction as a whole. Yes.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, in the state after the planting floor material B accommodated in the planting container A is swollen by the water for planting, five planting penetrations arranged in the planting flooring material B The holes H are generally evenly distributed inside the planting window 5B displaced upward in this way.

As will be understood from FIGS. 4 and 5, a planting through-hole H is provided at a site below the planting floor material B disposed below the lower edge of the planting window portion 5B. The left and right sides of this part are tapered so that the width gradually decreases downward in front view, so that the water storage part formed below the lower edge of the planting window part 5B. It works to secure a larger volume.

From a position below the lower edge of the planting window portion 5B of the front wall portion A1 and the rear wall portion A2, a support protrusion 8 (an example of a support portion) extending horizontally to the left and right is inside the blow molded body. It protrudes toward the rib. These supporting protrusions 8 that are spaced apart from each other in front and back contact the swollen planting floor material B housed inside from the front and rear, thereby stabilizing the posture of the planting floor material B in a generally vertical state. Play a role.

As shown in FIG. 6, an overflow portion for automatically overflowing water for planting exceeding the original reference water level WL at a position corresponding to between the first side wall portion A5 and the bottom wall portion A3 on the left side. 10 is integrally formed.

The overflow part 10 is smooth so as not to protrude downward from the dam part 10A protruding upward from near the right end of the bottom wall part A3 and from the upper end of the dam part 10A and the lower end of the first side wall part A5. And an overflow pipe 10 </ b> B extending to the center. The dam portion 10A and the overflow pipe 10B are connected by a thin rib-shaped reinforcing portion 11.

The upper end of the weir part 10A is disposed at the original reference water level WL set somewhat below the lower edge of the planting window part 5B.
As shown in FIG. 6, in the state immediately after blow molding, the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B is closed in a blind tube shape, so that it does not function as the overflow part 10 as it is, and the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B by the seller or the user. Only when the part is cut off generally horizontally at the position of 10C, excess water for planting exceeding the weir part 10A is overflowed downward via the overflow pipe 10B.

For example, in the case where two planting containers A are used as they are stacked up and down without using the frame C, these planting containers A each form a planting window 5B on the front wall A1. If the left and right centers of the planting containers A are made to coincide with each other, the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B of the planting container A disposed above is the left side of the planting container A disposed below. It is set so as to be naturally inserted through the upper surface opening 4A.

As described above, the position for providing the planting window 5B (opening, auxiliary opening) can be selected between the front wall A1 and the back wall A2. Depending on whether the portion 5B is provided on the front wall portion A1 or the back wall portion A2, the position of the overflow pipe can be arranged at a position convenient for either the right or left user.

Moreover, the water for planting supplied directly into the inside of the planting container A from the upper surface opening 4A is discharged to the outside of the planting container A through the overflow pipe 10B without being supplied to the water storage part of the planting container A. It is difficult to happen. This is because the overflow pipe 10B is inclined so as to gradually become inward in the front view from the upper end corresponding to the height of the weir 10A to the lower end, so that the upper end of the overflow pipe 10B and the upper opening 4A are planted. This is because the planting container A is displaced in the left-right direction. In general, the water for planting supplied from the upper surface opening 4A to the inside of the planting container A is absorbed by the planting flooring material B or along the vicinity of the surface of the planting flooring material B. This is because it flows down toward the bottom inside A.

As shown in FIG. 6, a vertically long water level confirmation portion 14 is formed to protrude on the second side wall portion A <b> 6 (an example of the outer periphery) on the right side of the planting container A. Since the planting container A is generally transparent, as will be described later, when only the planting container A and the planting floor material B are used in combination, the planting container A is actually used from any direction of the planting container A. The level of the water W for planting can be confirmed. However, as shown in FIG. 1, when the frame C, which is generally formed of an opaque material, is used by being externally fitted to the planting container A, the water level cannot be confirmed from the front of the frame C. Water for planting through a water level confirmation window 24 (an example of a locking opening) formed through the right side plate C4 (an example of the outer periphery) and the above-described water level confirmation portion 14 that matches the water level confirmation window 24 It is configured to check the level of W.

The frame C includes a generally square front plate portion C1 having a rectangular window portion 20, and four side plate portions C2, C3, C4, and C5 extending at right angles from the four sides of the front plate portion C1. .
When the frame C is externally fitted to the planting container A, as shown in FIG. 7, the front plate C1 is superimposed on the front wall A1 on which the planting window 5B is formed.
One top through hole 21 for supplying water for planting is formed in the side plate portion C3 on the top surface side of the frame C, and the side plate portion C2 on the bottom surface side of the frame C has an excess flowed down from the overflow pipe 10B. One lower through-hole 22 is formed to drain the water for planting out of the planting tool.

The width and height of the outer dimension of the planting container A are generally equal to the width and height of the inner dimension of the frame C. Moreover, the water level confirmation part 14 (an example of a protrusion part) of the planting container A is formed so that the water level confirmation window 24 of the frame C can be fitted, and the lower through-hole 22 (locking opening part) on the bottom face side of the frame C Can be fitted to the lower end (an example of the protruding portion) of the overflow pipe 10B.

When the frame C is externally fitted to the planting container A, as illustrated in FIG. 8, first, the planting container A is arranged so that the water level confirmation unit 14 is close to the water level confirmation window 24 of the frame C. Planting of the planting container A while rotating the planting container A so that the water level confirmation unit 14 is fitted to the water level confirmation window 24 in an inclined posture with respect to the frame C. When the first side wall portion A5 of the container A is pushed inside the right side plate portion C5 of the frame C, the lower end portion of the overflow pipe 10B is finally fitted into the lower through hole 22 of the frame C, and the mounting is completed. .

Even if the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B is opened by cutting or is closed in an uncut state, the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B can be fitted into the lower through hole 22 of the frame C. When the lower end of the overflow pipe 10B is opened, the through-hole 22 functions as a drain outlet for draining excess planting water W flowing out of the overflow pipe 10B.

A suspension hole 26 for suspension is formed in a penetrating manner at the center of the back side of the side plate portion C3 on the top surface side of the frame C, and is formed by a string or a hook passed through the engagement hole 26 or a wall surface. It is possible to hang the planting tool in the state shown in FIG. 1 on the wall surface by locking the head of the nail-like attachment means standing from the locking hole 26.

A pair of front and rear avoidance recesses 16 for allowing the above-described strings and hooks to pass therethrough are formed at the center of the top and bottom walls A4 of the planting container A. It also functions to support the vicinity of the upper end of B from the front-rear direction.
In addition, a horizontal linear indicator 14A indicating a reference water level corresponding to the height of the weir portion 10A of the overflow portion 10 is formed to protrude from the water level confirmation portion 14 of the planting container A.

FIG. 9 shows an example of use in which four planting containers A are locked inside a large frame CX in a tiled state vertically and horizontally.
Here, the two planting containers A stacked up and down on the right side here form a planting window portion 5B on the front wall A1, but two plants stacked up and down on the left side toward the left. The planting container A forms a planting window 5B on the back wall A2. Therefore, as for the four planting containers A, all are made into the form of symmetry (left-right symmetry) as a whole by the overflow pipe 10B being arrange | positioned near the center of right and left.

Two upper through holes 21 for supplying water for planting are formed in the side plate C3 on the top side of the frame CX, and the lower side of the overflow pipe 10B is fitted in the right side plate C4 of the frame CX. A lower through hole 22 (not shown) is formed.
In addition, four water level confirmation windows 24 are formed in the left and right side plate portions of the frame CX so as to be fitted to the respective water level confirmation units 14 of the four planting containers A.

If the lower ends of the overflow pipes 10B of the two planting containers A located at the upper side are opened and the planting water W is supplied to the upper planting container A from the upper surface opening 4A, the upper planting container Excess planting water W for A is supplied to the two planting containers A located on the lower side via the overflow pipe 10B, and all the planting floor materials B stored in the four planting containers A are retained. Can be in a state.

As can be understood from FIG. 5 and the like, the frame C is not used, and it can be used as a planting tool in which only the planting container A and the planting floor material B are combined.
FIG. 10 shows a state where four planting containers A are arranged on the wall side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions without using the frame C. Here too, the two planting containers A stacked up and down on the right side form a planting window 5B on the front wall A1, but the two planting containers A stacked up and down on the left side toward the left. Forms a window portion 5B for planting on the back wall portion A2. Therefore, as for the four planting containers A, all are made into the form of symmetry (left-right symmetry) as a whole by the overflow pipe 10B being arrange | positioned near the center of right and left.

For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the planting container A can be fixed to the wall surface by dedicated attachment means 30. This attachment means 30 includes a leg portion that is driven into an anchor shape on the wall surface, and a head portion 30A that is engaged with the left and right operation recesses 6 of the planting container A from the side. It is possible to fix the container A to the wall surface.

In addition to the frame C shown in FIG. 7, a frame reversal frame member in which the arrangement of the water supply through hole 21 and the drainage through hole 22 with respect to the window portion 20 is reversed left and right may be prepared. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, a frame C in which a planting container A in which a planting window 5B is formed on the front wall A1 is fitted, and a planting window on the rear wall A2 unlike FIG. The usage form which piled up the left-right reversal frame member which fitted the planting container A which formed 5B up and down is attained.

A planting container having a water storage unit capable of storing planting water and a planting space in which a water-absorbing planting flooring can be placed, and an opening for exposing the planting flooring, and the same It is invention which can be utilized as a technique for solving the problem conventionally seen in the planting tool which has a frame member which can be supported so that a planting container may be surrounded.
