Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a compressor, and more particularly, to a rotor of a motor mounted on the compressor.
A conventional hermetic compressor has been proposed in which a notch formed by cutting the upper part of the rotor is provided, and the diameter of the upper part of the rotor is smaller than that of the lower part and the intermediate part. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). In the case where the lower end side of the rotating shaft connected to the rotor is supported by the compression mechanism unit, the swing amount of the rotor becomes larger toward the upper part of the rotor. For this reason, by providing the notch portion described in
As a conventional hermetic compressor, there has been proposed a hermetic compressor in which a rotor is formed so that the outer diameter of the rotor becomes an ellipse when viewed in a horizontal section (for example, Patent Document 2). reference). In the technique described in
The technique described in
In the technique described in
Further, since the centrifugal force acting on the rotor is not uniform with respect to the rotation axis, there is a problem that the interval between the rotor and the stator fluctuates unpredictably and electromagnetic noise is generated.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a compressor that suppresses contact between a rotor and a stator while suppressing generation of electromagnetic noise and load variation on a bearing. The purpose is that.
A compressor according to the present invention includes a compressor outer shell, a stator provided in the compressor outer shell, a motor having a rotor having a permanent magnet rotated by the stator, a piston for compressing refrigerant, and the piston A compression mechanism portion having a cylinder for accommodating the compressor, and a rotation shaft that connects the compression mechanism portion to the lower side and connects the rotor to the upper side, and the compression mechanism portion has a rotation shaft at a lower portion of the rotation shaft. The rotor includes a bearing that is rotatably supported. The rotor has an outer diameter that is smaller on the upper side of the rotor than on the lower side of the rotor.
According to the compressor of the present invention, the rotor has an outer diameter that is smaller on the upper side of the rotor than on the lower side of the rotor. Contact between the rotor and the stator can be suppressed while suppressing fluctuations.

The rotor 3 has a permanent magnet (not shown) inside and is rotatably supported by the
As shown in FIG. 2, the rotor 3 has a substantially cylindrical shape such that the outer diameter decreases toward the top. In other words, the rotor 3 has a substantially trapezoidal longitudinal cross-sectional shape, and a horizontal cross-sectional shape in a ring shape with an outer diameter and an inner diameter being circular. A
Next, it will be described that the outer diameter of the rotor 3 becomes smaller toward the top, that is, the outer peripheral surface is tapered. When the rotor 3 and the stator 9 of the
In the following description, when “outer diameter” and “shaft diameter” refer to the “diameter” of a circle, “D (unit: mm)” in the above formula is the outer diameter of the rotor 3. Average value of R. In the above formula, “X (unit: mm)” is the height of the rotor 3, “d (unit: mm)” is the outer diameter (shaft diameter) of the
This “α” is a proportionality constant determined as follows. This is determined as a coefficient for deriving an angle range that covers the “range of deflection amount of the
For example, when the lower end of the
Further, the distance between the inner peripheral surface of the stator 9 and the point Z1 on the side L2 at the height position of the point P1 is Dm1. Similarly, the distance between the inner peripheral surface of the stator 9 and the point Z2 on the side L2 at the height position of the point P2 is Dm2, and the side of the inner peripheral surface of the stator 9 and the side L2 at the height position of the point P3 is on the side L2. The distance from the point Z3 is Dm3.
At this time, “α” is determined so as to satisfy Y1 <Dm1, Y2 <Dm2, and Y3 <Dm3, so that “the range of the deflection amount of the
In the first embodiment, the outer side L of the rotor 3 when the rotor 3 is viewed in a longitudinal section is a straight line. Therefore, the average value D of the outer diameter R is a value corresponding to the outer diameter at a position where the height of the rotor 3 is half.
For this angle i, for example, the average value D of the outer diameter R of the rotor 3 is 77.9 (mm), the height X of the rotor 3 is 80 (mm), and the outer diameter d of the
As a method of forming the angle i on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3, a method of forming by decreasing the outer diameter in order when the rotor core is punched may be employed. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, the rotor 3 is configured by punching ring-shaped electromagnetic steel plates 3 </ b> A to 3 </ b> G having different outer diameters and laminating them. In addition, the number of lamination | stacking of the
Moreover, as a method of forming the angle i on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3, a ring-shaped electromagnetic steel sheet having the same outer diameter is punched, and these outer peripheral surfaces are cut and laminated, or cut after being laminated. You may employ | adopt the method of giving a process.
Furthermore, when the rotor 3 is not composed of a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates but is an integral object, the angle i may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3 by cutting the outer periphery.
The stator 9 rotates the rotor 3 and is configured by attaching a plurality of phases of windings to a laminated iron core. The stator 9 is provided with its outer peripheral surface fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the compressor shell body 6.
In addition, a refrigerant flow path (not shown) is formed in the rotor 3, and a predetermined interval is formed between the compressor outer body 6 and the rotor 3. For this reason, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant released from the

[Operation of motor 139]
A current (voltage) is supplied from a power source (not shown) to the windings provided on the laminated core of the stator 9 to cause the stator 9 to form a rotating magnetic field. Thus, the stator 9 interacts with the permanent magnet provided on the rotor 3 to rotate the rotor 3. The rotation of the rotor 3 is transmitted to the

[Uniformity of the distance between the rotor 3 and the stator 9]

Here, in a state where the rotor 3 is swung in a certain direction, the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 3 and the surface of the stator 9 facing the outer peripheral surface is lower than the upper side of the rotor 3 and the stator 9. It is almost the same throughout. For example, the interval r1 corresponding to the upper portions of the rotor 3 and the stator 9 in FIG. 4, the interval r2 corresponding to the intermediate portion, and the interval r3 corresponding to the lower portion are substantially the same. That is, the space | interval of the rotor 3 and the stator 9 is uniform up and down.
As described above, the
[Effects of
In the
The
In the
In the
If the outer diameter of the
Further, when the allowable range of operation speed of the compressor is expanded, the amount of vibration of the rotor 3 is correspondingly increased, and the rotor 3 and the stator 9 are easily brought into contact with each other.
Furthermore, there are cases where the user wants to increase the outer diameter (width) of the rotor 3 for reasons such as increasing the torque of the
However, even if the
If the length of the rotor 3 can be made longer than before, a motor that generates the same torque as the conventional one can be mounted on the compressor without using a rare-earth magnet whose price has been rising.
In addition, if the allowable operating speed range of the compressor can be expanded or the outer diameter of the rotor 3 can be increased, a desired output can be obtained with a compressor having a smaller diameter than the conventional one. Therefore, when the

The
The
