Description

The present invention relates to a foundation structure excellent in heat insulation suitable for a foundation structure of a low-rise building.

Generally, an inverted T-shaped concrete foundation (cloth foundation) as shown in FIG. 1 is used for a foundation such as a house in order to increase the ground contact area with the ground and stably support a building. An inverted T-shaped concrete foundation 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a base portion 2 embedded in a ground 11 at a predetermined depth from the ground surface 11a, and an upright portion 3 that rises perpendicularly from the base portion 2. In the inside of the part 2 and the upright part 3, in order to strengthen the concrete body, main bars 4 are arranged vertically and horizontally.

The upright portion 3 supports a floor slab 8 covered with a heat insulating material 10 and supports a column 6 with a beam 7 fixed with an anchor bolt 5 directly above the upright portion 3. The wall is composed of the outer wall 9 with the heat insulating material 10 interposed therebetween.

Although concrete foundations are constructed with cast-in-place concrete, there are many work processes such as assembling and dismantling formwork, processing and arranging reinforcing bars, and placing and curing concrete, making the construction work complicated. The construction period is prolonged. Including root cutting work to excavate the ground, the construction period will be longer.

In Patent Document 1, in order to shorten the work period, a concrete foundation slab whose upper surface is higher than the ground surface, a foundation steel material that surrounds the underfloor space between the foundation slab and the first floor, and an outer surface of the foundation steel material The foundation structure (solid foundation) which consists of the waterproof external air shielding material which covers is disclosed.

The basic structure disclosed in Patent Document 1 can ensure heat insulation using a waterproof outside air blocking material having heat insulation performance, but since a heat insulation defect occurs between the floor slab and the heat insulation of the entire building. It is difficult to improve sex. In addition, since the ground area to be excavated is large for the foundation slab construction, the root cutting work will be prolonged.

Regarding the heat insulating basic structure, Patent Document 2 discloses an outer heat insulating structure for a wooden house using bricks. The outer heat insulating structure disclosed in Patent Document 2 has a continuous heat insulating structure of the foundation and the heat insulating structure of the outer wall, so that it is easy to improve the heat insulating property of the entire building, but there are many work processes and complicated on-site construction. Therefore, the long construction period is a difficult point.

The heat insulation basic structure of the present invention (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the present invention basic structure”) will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the basic structure of the present invention. FIG. 3 shows a side view of the basic structure of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the basic structure of the present invention basically includes a reinforced concrete foundation slab 12, a steel material foundation portion 17, and outside air / heat shielding materials 19 a and 19 b.

First, the basic slab 12 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2, the foundation slab 12 in which the main slab reinforcement is arranged has an embedded portion 13 that embeds a lower portion in the ground 11 on the outer peripheral portion. In addition, as for the thickness of the foundation slab 12 except the embedding part 13, 150-200 mm is preferable.

The buried portion 13 has an inverted trapezoidal cross section, a wide lower side, and a plurality of main bars are arranged inside to improve strength. Preferably, three or more main bars are arranged in each of the upper part and the lower part of the embedded portion 13.

Although the dimension of the burying part 13 is not specifically limited, 210-250 mm is preferable for a lower side. The distance from the lower side of the embedded portion 13 to the upper surface of the foundation slab 12 is preferably 500 to 650 mm. In this case, the embedded portion 13 is embedded such that the lower side is 200 to 500 mm from the ground surface 11a, and the lower surface of the foundation slab 12 is higher than the ground surface 11a. The space between the lower surface of the foundation slab 12 and the ground surface 11a is preferably filled with crushed stone.

In foundation slab construction, the section of the buried part is inverted trapezoidal, so less ground excavation is required, and unlike the fabric foundation, there is no concrete uplift, so the construction period including excavation work is It can be shortened. Furthermore, if the embedding size of the buried portion is minimized, the amount of ground excavation can be reduced, and the construction period of excavation work can be further shortened. One feature of the basic structure of the present invention is that a basic slab having a structure capable of greatly shortening the work period is adopted.

If the concrete is in direct contact with the outside air or the ground, the outside air or the heat of the ground will be transmitted to the concrete and may cause condensation on the upper surface of the foundation slab. Cover with a heat shield 19a. The outside air / heat blocking material 19a may be any material that can block the entry of outside air or heat, and is not limited to a specific material, but is preferably a foamed plastic heat insulating material.

Next, the steel base portion 17 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2, the steel base portion 17 is (y1) a column base steel member 14 that is disposed on the upper surface of the embedded portion 13 and supports the column 6 that sandwiches the bearing wall 21 (see FIG. 3). On the upper surface of the buried portion 13, the structural steel material 16 that is connected between the column base steel members 14 and supports the bearing wall 21, and (y3) the bearing wall 21 is not disposed on the upper surface of the foundation slab 12. It is comprised from the steel plate material 15 which is arrange | positioned in a location and supports the first floor 18.

The column base steel material 14 is fixed by the anchor bolt 5 at the position of the column 6 sandwiching the bearing wall 21 on the upper surface of the embedded portion 13. FIG. 4 shows one aspect of the column base steel material that receives the column load. In the figure, 14a is a bolt hole. As shown in FIG. 4, the column base steel material 14 is preferably made of a steel plate and has a flat top and bottom surface and a cross-shaped cross section. The dimensions of the upper and lower surfaces of the column base steel material 14 are set according to the dimensions of the column. For example, when the column dimension is 80 mm, 95 mm is preferable.

The height of the column base steel material 14 is appropriately set in relation to the height of the foundation slab from the ground surface 11a. For example, when the height of the foundation slab from the ground surface 11a is 210 mm, the height of the column base steel material 14 is preferably 220 to 250 mm. The plate thickness of the steel plate constituting the column base steel material 14 is preferably 6 to 12 mm.

As shown in FIG. 3, the shape steel material 16 is connected and disposed between the column base steel materials 14 by a connecting portion 16 a and reinforces the column base steel materials 14. Since the bracing 20 is installed in the bearing wall 21 and stress concentrates on the column base steel material 14, the shape steel material 16 is preferably a shape steel material having a structure capable of withstanding the stress. In particular, a steel material having an H-shaped cross section is preferable. The H-shaped section steel may be manufactured by welding steel plates having a thickness of 2.3 to 8 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the steel plate material 15 is disposed at a place where the load bearing wall 21 is not disposed, and supports the first floor 18. Since the load to be received is reduced by the absence of the bearing wall 21, the first floor 18 is supported using a steel plate material. The steel plate material may be a thin steel plate having a plate thickness of about 1.0 mm formed into a lip groove cross section. If a thin steel plate is used, the beam construction can be simplified because the weight can be reduced.

A thin steel plate may be a plated steel plate. When a plated steel plate is used, since the anticorrosion coating can be omitted, the beam construction is simplified.

Another feature of the basic structure of the present invention is that the steel base portion 17 supporting the pillar 6 and the first floor 18 is arranged on the basic slab 12 in such a configuration.

Next, the outside air / heat shielding materials 19a and 19b will be described.

In the basic structure of the present invention, the outer surface of the steel base portion 17 is covered with the outside air / heat shielding material 19b continuously with the outside air / heat shielding material 19a covering the outer surface of the embedded portion 13 (the surface in contact with the outside air and the ground). The outside air / heat shielding material 19b is disposed so as to cover the entire wall. Further, an outer wall 22 is disposed outside the outside air / heat shielding material 19b.

The outside air / heat blocking material 19b may be any material that can block the entry of outside air or heat, and is not limited to a specific material, but is preferably a foamed plastic heat insulating material.

The outside air / heat shielding material 19b may be made of the same material as the outside air / heat shielding material 19a or a different material, but the outside air / heat shielding material 19a is interposed between the outside air / heat shielding material 19a. It is necessary to arrange so that a defect part does not arise.

In the basic structure of the present invention, the heat insulation effect of the entire building can be improved by the heat insulation effect by the continuous arrangement of the outside air / heat insulation material (there is no outside air / heat insulation defect).

The foundation structure of the present invention can be used as a foundation structure for various buildings, but is particularly suitable as a foundation structure for low-rise buildings.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foundation structure excellent in heat insulation, which is suitable for a foundation structure of a low-rise building with a simple construction on site and a short construction period. Therefore, the present invention has high applicability in the construction industry.
