Abstract
【解決手段】 水系媒体に接する金属部材の局部腐食をモニターする装置であって、水系媒体と小孔2を介して連通する凹穴状の液溜部3と、液溜部3内の液と接するように設けられた前記金属部材と同材質の材料よりなり、液溜部3内の液と接する面の面積が小孔2の開口面積よりも大きいアノード電極1と、水系媒体に接するカソード電極6と、アノード電極1とカソード電極6との間を流れる電極を計測する電流計測手段とを有する局部腐食のモニター装置。カソード電極9(配管)の内面に防食化成処理が施されている。

ここで生成した水酸化鉄(II)〔Fe(OH)2〕は、次式の通りさらに溶存酸素と反応して水酸化鉄(III)〔Fe(OH)3〕となり腐食が進行する。
水系プラントの水系媒体と接する金属部材表面には、該水系媒体への防食剤の添加により保護被膜が形成されているが、何らかの原因(例えば熱応力)により部分的に該保護被膜が破壊されると、鋼材等の地金が露出し、鋼材表面、水、保護被膜面との間で局部電池が形成され、地金鋼材から鉄が鉄イオン(II)として溶出する。
図1に示す本発明のモニター装置において、カソード電極(配管)9として、リン酸亜鉛カルシウム化成処理(パルテック社製FT−7使用)を施した耐圧炭素鋼(STB)チューブ(内径15mm)を用いた。
リン酸亜鉛カルシウムによる化成処理を施す代りに、試験水通水開始に先立ってヘキサメタリン酸100mg−PO4/L及び塩化亜鉛20mg−Zn/Lを冷却水中に添加し、24時間通水させたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして通水を行った。電流値の経時変化を図3に示す。

Claims (5)
- 水系媒体に接する金属部材の局部腐食をモニタリングする装置であって、
該水系媒体と小孔を介して連通する凹穴状の液溜部と、
前記金属部材と同材質の材料よりなり、該液溜部内の液と接するように設けられ、且つ該液溜部内の液と接する面の面積が前記小孔の開口面積よりも大きいアノード電極と、
前記水系媒体に接するカソード電極と、
該アノード電極とカソード電極との間を流れる電流を計測する電流計測手段と
を有する局部腐食のモニター装置において、
前記カソード電極が防食処理されていることを特徴とする局部腐食のモニター装置。 - 請求項1において、前記防食処理はリン酸亜鉛又はリン酸亜鉛カルシウムによる化成処理であることを特徴とする局部腐食のモニター装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の局部腐食のモニター装置を用いて水系媒体に接する金属部材の局部腐食をモニタリングする方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の局部腐食のモニター装置と、
該水系媒体に防食剤を添加する薬注手段と、
前記電流計測手段で計測される電流値に応じた防食剤添加量を演算し、その添加量に応じて該薬注手段を制御する手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする金属部材の防食装置。 - 請求項3に記載の局部腐食のモニタリング方法により金属部材の局部腐食をモニタリングしながら水系媒体に孔食停止用防食剤を添加し、前記電流計測手段により計測される電流値から該孔食停止用防食剤の防食効果の評価を行うことを特徴とする防食剤の評価方法。
