【解決手段】 平面形状が羽根状で貫通孔2aが形成された羽根板2が、複数積層され、複数の羽根板2の貫通孔2aに第1のベーン軸3の挿入部32が挿入され、第2のベーン軸4が挿入部32の端部に着脱自在に装着されて、第1のベーン軸3と第2のベーン軸4とによって複数の羽根板2が挟持されている。

Claims (3)
- 水車において水を案内するガイドベーンであって、
平面形状が羽根状で貫通孔が形成された羽根板が、複数積層され、
前記複数の羽根板の貫通孔に第1のベーン軸の挿入部が挿入され、
第2のベーン軸が前記挿入部の端部に着脱自在に装着されて、前記第1のベーン軸と第2のベーン軸とによって前記複数の羽根板が挟持されている、
ことを特徴とするガイドベーン。 - 積層された前記複数の羽根板を位置決めする位置決め手段を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイドベーン。 - 水車において水を案内するガイドベーンの製法であって、
平面形状が羽根状で貫通孔を有する羽根板を複数製作し、
前記複数の羽根板を積層して、前記貫通孔に第1のベーン軸の挿入部を挿入し、
第2のベーン軸を前記挿入部の端部に着脱自在に装着して、前記第1のベーン軸と第2のベーン軸とによって前記複数の羽根板を挟持する、
ことを特徴とするガイドベーン製法。
