Description

本発明は、ゼオライトを含む粉砕物を含有する歯磨剤に関する。   The present invention relates to a dentifrice containing a pulverized product containing zeolite.

現代社会において食生活の多様化がすすむにつれ、歯には歯垢や歯石、色性沈着物等の種々の沈着物が付着しやすい傾向にある。付着した歯垢を放置すると、虫歯や歯周病、口臭等の原因となり、付着した色性沈着物等を放置すると着色による歯の汚れとして認識され、美観が損なわれることとなる。   As dietary habits diversify in modern society, various deposits such as plaque, tartar, and colored deposits tend to adhere to teeth. If the attached plaque is left unattended, it will cause tooth decay, periodontal disease, bad breath, etc., and if the attached chromatic deposit is left unattended, it will be recognized as a stain on the teeth due to coloring, and the aesthetics will be impaired.

従来より、こうした歯垢や汚れ等を除去する際、研磨剤としてのゼオライトとポリリン酸塩を併用した歯磨用組成物(特許文献1参照)や、顆粒状のゼオライトとポリリン酸塩を併用した歯磨用組成物(特許文献2参照)が用いられている。   Conventionally, when removing such plaque and dirt, a dentifrice composition using a zeolite and a polyphosphate as an abrasive (see Patent Document 1), or a dentifrice using a combination of a granular zeolite and a polyphosphate Compositions (see Patent Document 2) are used.

特開2006−69983号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-69983 特開2006−111622号公報JP 2006-111622 A

しかしながら、従来、十分な清掃実感を得るには、組成物中における水溶性ポリリン酸塩の含有量をある程度の量まで高めざるを得ず、その他の有用成分の配合量の自由度が低下するばかりでなく、コスト高にもつながりかねない。そのため、歯垢や汚れ除去性能をさらに高めつつ、こうした効果を十分に実感できる性能をも兼ね備える歯磨剤を得るのは、依然として困難な状況下にある。   However, conventionally, in order to obtain a sufficient cleaning feeling, the content of the water-soluble polyphosphate in the composition has to be increased to a certain level, and the degree of freedom of the amount of other useful ingredients is reduced. It can also lead to high costs. For this reason, it is still difficult to obtain a dentifrice that has the ability to fully realize such effects while further improving the ability to remove plaque and dirt.

したがって、本発明の課題は、歯垢又は汚れ除去性能を高めることができるとともに、口腔内でその効果を十分に触知でき、優れた使用感を発揮することのできる歯磨剤を提供することにある。   Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a dentifrice that can enhance the plaque or dirt removal performance, can fully feel its effect in the oral cavity, and can exhibit an excellent feeling of use. is there.

そこで本発明者は、ゼオライトを含む特定の粒径を有する粉砕物と特定量のオルトリン酸又はポリリン酸等とを併用することにより、優れた歯垢又は汚れ除去効果を発揮するとともに、口腔内で収斂効果を実感できることを見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。   Therefore, the present inventor, by using a pulverized product having a specific particle size including zeolite and a specific amount of orthophosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid, exhibits an excellent plaque or dirt removing effect, and in the oral cavity. The present inventors have found that a converging effect can be realized and have completed the present invention.

すなわち、本発明は、次の成分(A)並びに(B):
(A)平均粒径が15〜70μmであるゼオライト粉砕物、並びに
(B)オルトリン酸若しくはポリリン酸又はこれらの塩 0.001〜0.2質量%
を含有する歯磨剤を提供するものである。
That is, the present invention includes the following components (A) and (B):
(A) Zeolite pulverized product having an average particle size of 15 to 70 μm, and (B) orthophosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid or a salt thereof 0.001 to 0.2% by mass
The dentifrice containing this is provided.

本発明によれば、特定の粒径を有するゼオライト粉砕物と、特定量のオルトリン酸又はポリリン酸等とが相まって、優れた歯垢又は汚れ除去効果を発揮できるだけでなく、使用後の口腔内で歯と歯肉の間が引き締まるような感触を付与する良好な収斂感や清掃感を実感することも可能となる。   According to the present invention, a pulverized zeolite having a specific particle size and a specific amount of orthophosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid, etc. can not only exhibit excellent plaque or dirt removal effect, but also in the oral cavity after use. It is also possible to realize a good convergence feeling and a feeling of cleaning that give a feeling of tightening between teeth and gums.

以下、本発明について詳細に説明する。
本発明の歯磨剤は、平均粒径が15〜70μmであるゼオライト粉砕物(A)を含有する。
成分(A)に含まれるゼオライトとしては、天然のものは夾雑物を含み均質性に欠けるので、合成のもの、すなわち合成ゼオライトが好ましく、さらにA型ゼオライトが好ましい。
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The dentifrice of this invention contains the zeolite ground material (A) whose average particle diameter is 15-70 micrometers.
As the zeolite contained in the component (A), natural ones contain impurities and lack homogeneity, so synthetic ones, ie synthetic zeolites, are preferred, and A-type zeolites are more preferred.

かかるゼオライト自体の粒子の大きさ、すなわち一次粒子の大きさは、好ましくは10μm以下の平均粒径の低研摩性のものが用いられる。低研摩性の粒子であっても、ゼオライト粒子が適度に凝集したものの粉砕物とすれば、優れた歯垢又は汚れ除去効果を発揮できる。また、粉砕物であるため長時間の歯磨き操作でも歯を傷つけない(低為害性)という特徴を付与することができる。   The particle size of the zeolite itself, that is, the primary particle size is preferably a low-abrasive material having an average particle size of 10 μm or less. Even if the particles are low-abrasive, an excellent plaque or dirt removing effect can be exhibited if the particles are agglomerated with moderately aggregated zeolite particles. Moreover, since it is a pulverized product, it can be imparted with the feature of not damaging teeth even with a long brushing operation (low hazard).

On the other hand, if the average particle size of the zeolite is small, there is an advantage that the ion exchange ability is enhanced, and the effect of removing plaque or dirt and the effect of preventing calculus are further enhanced. In this case, the smaller the particle size, the higher the ion exchange capacity and the higher the plaque removal effect. However, in consideration of the polishing effect, the average particle size of the primary particles of the zeolite used is preferably 0.5 to 10 μm. -8 μm is more preferable, and 2-7 μm is more preferable. The average particle diameter can be measured with a laser diffraction / scattering particle size distribution analyzer.

The average particle size of the pulverized product of component (A) not only exhibits excellent plaque or dirt removal effects, but also provides a good astringent feeling that provides a feeling that the teeth and gums are tightened in the oral cavity after use. It is also possible to realize a feeling of cleaning and cleaning, and it is 15 to 70 μm, and preferably 20 to 60 μm. The pulverized product (A) preferably contains a dispersant in addition to zeolite. For example, the pulverized product obtained by mixing and dispersing the dispersant and zeolite in a solvent such as alcohol is used. Is very preferable because the surface has a rugged shape due to distortion and can exhibit an excellent plaque or dirt removal effect. Examples of such dispersants include inorganic dispersants such as carbonates, sulfates, silicates, aluminates, phosphates, and nitrates, and organic dispersants such as silane coupling agents and silylating agents. In particular, when the dispersant is silicon dioxide, not only can it exhibit an excellent plaque or dirt removing effect, but also a good convergence feeling that gives a feeling of tightening between teeth and gums in the oral cavity after use. Since it is possible to feel a cleaning feeling, it is preferable. As the pulverization method, a dry pulverization method or a wet pulverization method may be used. From the viewpoint of suppressing aggregation between zeolite particles, the wet pulverization method is preferably used. In addition, this average particle diameter can be measured by the method as described in an Example.
