Special table 2010-527119 gazette

By the way, in the lighting fixture shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, when a translucent panel is attached to the opening portion of the baffle, the light from the light source unit diffused by the lens unit passes through the panel and moves forward. Will be irradiated. However, in this case, since a part of the light irradiated toward the outer edge portion of the panel is shielded by the mounting member for attaching the panel to the baffle, the outer edge portion of the panel becomes darker than the central portion. was there.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting fixture that suppresses the outer edge portion of the panel from becoming dark.

The lighting fixture of the present invention includes a box-shaped fixture body whose front surface is open, a frame body that is detachably attached to the opening of the fixture body, and an LED that is housed in the fixture body with the light emitting surface facing the front side. The frame body includes a frame member on which the panel is placed and a pressing member that clamps the panel between the frame members. A light introduction surface comprising an inclined surface inclined so as to open is provided.

In this lighting fixture, it is preferable that more than half of the plurality of LED units are arranged in an inner region with respect to the first surface, which includes a plurality of LED units and the light introduction surface extends to the rear surface side.

In this lighting fixture, it is also preferable that the light introduction surface is a reflection surface.

By providing a light introduction surface that is inclined at a predetermined angle at the tip side of the pressing member, light emitted from the LED unit can be guided to the outer edge portion of the panel, and as a result, the outer edge portion of the panel. There is an effect that it is possible to provide a lighting fixture that suppresses the darkening of the lighting.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a lighting apparatus will be described with reference to the drawings. This luminaire is attached to a ceiling, for example, and used to illuminate a room. In the following description, unless otherwise specified, the arrow ab direction in FIG. 3 is defined as the front-rear direction, the arrow cd direction is defined as the up-down direction, and the arrow ef direction is defined as the left-right direction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lighting fixture S of the present embodiment includes a plurality of (four in this embodiment) LED units 1 and a fixture body 2 to which the LED units 1 are attached via a mounting plate 5. The frame 6 and the panel 7 are provided as main components. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the LED unit 1 includes a light source unit 10, a heat radiating member 11, an insulating member 12, a mounting member 13, and a cover 14.

The light source unit 10 includes a mounting board 10A formed in an elongated plate shape with an insulating material (for example, ceramic), a plurality of blue LED chips 10B mounted on the lower surface of the mounting board 10A, and a lower surface of the mounting board 10A. And a conductor (not shown) to be formed. The LED chips 10B are mounted in a straight line at equal intervals along the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) at the center in the left-right direction (width direction) of the lower surface of the mounting substrate 10A. Each LED chip 10B is sealed with a synthetic resin sealing member 10C having translucency and mixed with a yellow phosphor. Therefore, a part of the blue light emitted from each LED chip 10B is wavelength-converted by the yellow phosphor, and the wavelength-converted yellow light and the blue light not wavelength-converted are mixed to be emitted from the light source unit 10. The whole light becomes white light.

The heat radiating member 11 is formed in a long flat plate shape, and a main piece 11A on which the light source unit 10 is placed via an insulating member 12 and a pair extending in the vertical direction (thickness direction) from the left and right ends of the main piece 11A. The side piece 11B is integrally formed of a material having high thermal conductivity (for example, aluminum). Further, on one surface of the main piece 11A (the surface on which the light source unit 10 is mounted; hereinafter referred to as a mounting surface), a protrusion (see FIG. 5) that protrudes in a direction approaching the light source unit 10 (that is, downward). (Not shown) is provided along the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction).

The insulating member 12 is composed of a main part 12A interposed between the main piece 11A of the heat radiating member 11 and the light source part 10, and a pair of reflecting parts 12B protruding from the left and right ends of the main part 12A. Are integrally formed. Each reflecting portion 12B is inclined so as to open outward (to the left and right sides) as it goes downward, and the inclined surface serves as a reflecting surface to reflect light emitted from the light source unit 10 downward. Further, an elongated insertion hole (not shown) through which the protruding portion is inserted in the state of being placed on the main piece 11A of the heat radiating member 11 is provided in the central portion of the main portion 12A of the insulating member 12. ing.

The mounting member 13 is formed in a square shape by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate, and is a pair of long rectangular bottom plate 13A and a pair of falling from both ends along the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) of the bottom plate 13A. It consists of a side plate 13B and is fixed to the heat dissipation member 11 by an appropriate method. Two mounting holes 13D are provided on both sides of the bottom plate 13A of the mounting member 13 with the central portion in the front-rear direction interposed therebetween. Each mounting hole 13D is provided so as to penetrate in the vertical direction (thickness direction) of the bottom plate 13A, and a female screw (not shown) is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. And these attachment holes 13D are used when attaching the LED unit 1 to the attachment plate 5 mentioned later. In addition, the receptacle connector 15 is attached to the rear surface side of the attachment member 13 using an attachment fitting 13C.

The receptacle connector 15 includes a connection terminal portion 15A to which an electric wire (not shown) electrically connected to the conductor of the light source unit 10 is connected, and a connector connection portion 15B to which a plug connector (not shown) is inserted. Have. The plug connector is connected to the lighting device A1 (see FIGS. 1A and 1B) through an electric wire, and the plug connector is plugged into the receptacle connector 15 so as to be freely inserted and removed. Then, the lighting device A1 and the light source unit 10 are electrically connected by plugging and connecting the plug connector to the receptacle connector 15, and power is supplied from the lighting device A1 to the light source unit 10 so that the light source unit 10 emits light (lights up). To do.

The cover 14 is formed of a light-transmitting synthetic resin material such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin into a long rectangular box shape having a bottom portion 14A and a side wall portion 14B surrounding the bottom portion 14A. The part 10, the heat radiating member 11, and the insulating member 12 are covered. A plurality of engagement protrusions 11C formed on the side pieces 11B of the heat dissipation member 11 are detachably engaged with the pair of side wall portions 14B along the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction). Recesses 14C are respectively formed.

Next, the assembly procedure of the LED unit 1 will be described. First, the light source unit 10 is mounted on the main portion 12A of the insulating member 12, and is coupled to the insulating member 12 by an appropriate method such as adhesion or caulking. Subsequently, the insulating member 12 coupled to the light source unit 10 is attached to the main piece 11 </ b> A of the heat radiating member 11. Then, the mounting member 13 to which the receptacle connector 15 is mounted by the mounting bracket 13C is fixed to the heat radiating member 11 by an appropriate method. Finally, the cover 14 is placed on the heat radiating member 11 so that the bottom plate 14A faces the light source unit 10, the engagement protrusion 11C of the side piece 11B is engaged with the engagement recess 14C of the side wall portion 14B, and the cover 14 radiates heat. The LED unit 1 is assembled by being coupled to the member 11.

In the state where the LED unit 1 is assembled, the protruding portion of the heat dissipation member 11 inserted through the insertion hole of the insulating member 12 contacts the upper surface of the mounting substrate 10A. Thereby, the heat generated during light emission of the light source unit 10 is conducted from the mounting substrate 10A to the heat radiating member 11 through the protrusions, and is efficiently radiated.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the instrument body 2 is formed in a rectangular box shape whose lower surface (front surface) is opened by a metal plate (for example, a chrome-free galvanized steel plate). A power terminal block 23 to which a power line is connected and a dimming terminal block 24 to which a signal line is connected are provided on the lower surface of the bottom portion 20 of the appliance body 2, and the lighting attached to the upper surface of the bottom portion 20 is provided. The device A1 is electrically connected via an electric wire (not shown). In addition, a pair of insertion holes 20A into which suspension bolts (not shown) suspended from the ceiling are inserted is provided at the center of the bottom portion 20, and the suspension bolts are inserted into these insertion holes 20A. By locking, the instrument body 2 is fixed to the ceiling. Furthermore, mounting brackets 22 for mounting mounting plates 5 to be described later are provided in the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface of the bottom portion 20. Screws to which mounting screws (not shown) are fastened are mounted on the bottom surfaces of the mounting brackets 22. A hole 22A is provided. Further, a pair of locking portions 21 </ b> A in which a pair of mounting brackets 43 that are respectively attached to the side wall portions 40 of the frame body 6 to be described later are locked to the side wall portions 21 extending from the left and right ends of the bottom portion 20. However, it is formed in the site | part near both ends in the front-back direction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the mounting plate 5 is formed in a rectangular plate shape using the same metal plate as the instrument body 2, and a mounting hole 50 is provided at a portion corresponding to the mounting bracket 22 of the instrument body 2. . Further, four rectangular insertion holes 51 through which the receptacle connector 15 of the LED unit 1 is inserted are arranged side by side in the left-right direction at a portion near the rear surface of the mounting plate 5. Further, the mounting plate 5 has two sets of mounting holes 52 through which mounting screws (not shown) for mounting the LED unit 1 to the mounting plate 5 are inserted. ). The mounting plate 5 is attached to the mounting holes 50 and the screw holes 22A in a state where the mounting holes 50 and the screw holes 22A of the mounting brackets 22 are overlapped with each other. It is attached to the instrument main body 2 by inserting and tightening.

Hereinafter, the procedure for attaching the LED unit 1 to the attachment plate 5 will be described. First, the receptacle connector 15 of the LED unit 1 is inserted into any insertion hole 51 of the mounting plate 5. Thereafter, when the mounting hole 52 corresponding to the insertion hole 51 through which the receptacle connector 15 is inserted and the mounting hole 13D of the LED unit 1 are overlapped and screwed with a mounting screw (not shown), the LED unit 1 is mounted on the mounting plate 5. Attached to.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the frame body 6 includes a rectangular frame member 3 formed to have substantially the same size as the opening of the instrument body 2, and a pressing member that holds a panel 7 described later together with the frame member 3. 4 and. On the inner side surface of the frame member 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), a mounting piece 30 that protrudes inward and on which the panel 7 is mounted is provided over the entire circumference. On the other hand, on each of the left and right side wall portions 40 of the pressing member 4, a pair of mounting brackets that are detachably locked to a pair of locking portions 21 </ b> A formed on each side wall portion 21 of the instrument body 2. 43 is attached to the part near both ends in the front-rear direction. And the frame 6 is attached to the instrument main body 2 by latching each attachment metal fitting 43 of the frame 6 to the corresponding latching | locking part 21A of the instrument main body 2, respectively. Further, when removing the frame body 6 from the instrument main body 2, the engagement state between each mounting bracket 43 and the corresponding locking portion 21 </ b> A is released by pulling the frame body 6 downward, and the frame body 6 is further removed. The frame 6 is removed from the instrument body 2 by pulling downward.

The panel 7 is formed in a rectangular plate shape from a light-transmitting synthetic resin material such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin, and the front and rear dimensions and the left and right dimensions are set to be substantially the same as the opening of the instrument body 2. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the panel 7 is sandwiched between the frame member 3 and the pressing member 4 of the frame body 6. When the frame body 6 is attached to the instrument body 2, the LED unit 1, the light from the LED unit 1 is transmitted and irradiated to the lower illumination space.

Fig.1 (a) (b) is sectional drawing of the lighting fixture S of this embodiment. The lower end portion of each side wall portion 40 of the pressing member 4 constituting the frame body 6 is integrally provided with an inclined portion 41 that is inclined so as to open outward as it goes downward. In this embodiment, the inclined portion 41 is provided. A light introduction surface is constituted by the lower surface (inner side surface) of the light source. Thereby, the light irradiated from the LED unit 1 can be guided to the outer edge part of the panel 7, and as a result, it can suppress that the outer edge part of the panel 7 becomes dark. In the present embodiment, the lower surface of the inclined portion 41, that is, the light introduction surface is used as a reflection surface, and light incident on the light introduction surface from the LED unit 1 is reflected toward the lower illumination space. The amount of light irradiated to the illumination space by light can be increased.

In addition, a two-dot chain line R1 in FIGS. 1A and 1B is a first surface formed by extending the inclined portion 41 (light introduction surface) upward (rear surface side). In the present embodiment, The inclination angle of the inclined portion 41 is set so that at least half of the four LED units 1 are disposed in the inner region a1 with respect to the first surface R1. Thereby, the quantity of the light to the outer edge part of the panel 7 can be increased, As a result, the outer edge part of the panel 7 can be made brighter.

In addition, the inclination angle of the inclined portion 41 (light introduction surface) may be an angle that can guide light from the LED unit 1 to the outer edge portion of the panel 7, and is not limited to a certain angle. Moreover, in this embodiment, although the inclination part 41 is provided in all the side wall parts 40 of the pressing member 4, what is necessary is just to provide in at least one part, and is not limited to this embodiment. Furthermore, the number of LED units 1 is also an example, and is not limited to the present embodiment. Further, the shape of the instrument main body is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be any other shape as long as it is formed in a box shape. Furthermore, what is necessary is just to select according to the shape of an instrument main body also about the shape of the frame and panel attached to an instrument main body.
