前記充填補助具を通して前記載置台上の筒状ケーシングに所定量の活性炭を充填する活性炭供給ステップと、を備え、
前記充填補助具が、前記中空糸膜束の外径より大径かつ前記筒状ケーシングの内径より小径の円に沿って延びる弧状開口を下端部に備えている、
