Description

The present invention relates to a register used for, for example, an air blowing part for ventilation or air conditioning in a passenger compartment of an automobile.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a register that is disposed in an automobile instrument panel or the like and used for an air blowing unit that blows conditioned air adjusted by an air conditioner into a vehicle compartment, for example.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a plurality of front blades that are arranged in parallel to each other inside a substantially rectangular cylindrical frame and are rotatable about an axis extending in the left-right direction (that is, the vertical direction), There is disclosed a register including a plurality of rear blades that are arranged in parallel to each other on the rear side of the front blades and that can rotate around an axis extending in the vertical direction (that is, in the horizontal direction). And, one of the plurality of rear blades is provided with a notch that opens forward, and the notch is provided with a guide column that connects the upper part and the lower part of the peripheral part of the notch, Furthermore, a pair of overhanging portions that are opposed to each other in the vertical direction are formed on the peripheral edge of the notch. One of the plurality of front blades is mounted with an operation knob so as to be slidable in the left-right direction. The operation knob includes a leg portion having a pair of thin hinge portions sandwiching the guide column from the left and right sides; A link arm composed of a disc-shaped contact portion provided at the rear end of each leg portion is integrally connected to the operation knob so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. A side surface of the contact portion is in contact with an upper edge and a lower edge of the notch portion.

In this register, when the user rotates the operation knob in the vertical direction, the front blade with the operation knob mounted rotates in the vertical direction, and all the other front blades rotate in conjunction with it. On the other hand, when the user slides the operation knob in the left-right direction, the moving force is transmitted from the leg to the blade after the guide pillar is provided, and the rear blade rotates in the left-right direction, and interlocks with it. All other rear blades rotate in the left-right direction. Thereby, the blowing direction of air can be adjusted now up and down and right and left.

In this register, since the abutting portions are in contact with both of the overhanging portions, movement of the abutting portion in the notch portion in the opposing direction of the overhanging portion is prevented, and a difference due to fluttering in the notch portion of the abutting portion is prevented. Sound generation is prevented.

However, in Patent Document 1, when the width of the abutment portion in the protruding portion facing direction (vertical direction) is longer than the interval in the vertical direction of the both overhang portions, the abutment portion is placed inside the notch portion. It becomes impossible to insert, and the assembly to the rear blade of the front blade becomes impossible. On the other hand, when the vertical width of the abutting portion is shorter than the vertical interval between the two overhanging portions, a vertical gap is created between the abutting portion and the overhanging portion. Sound generation prevention effect is not obtained. As described above, in the cited document 1, since the dimensional error in the vertical direction of the contact portion is hardly allowed, it is difficult to manufacture the register.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object thereof is to facilitate the manufacture of a register.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that a pressure contact portion that is slidably and constantly slidably contacted with the two overhang portions is provided at the rear end portion of the link arm.

Specifically, the present invention provides a cylindrical frame having an air outlet at the front end and a first axis that is disposed in parallel with each other inside the frame and extends in a predetermined first direction. A plurality of movable front blades and a plurality of front blades arranged in parallel to each other on the rear side of the front blades inside the frame body, each being rotatable about a second axis extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction A plurality of rear blades, and a plurality of front blades and a rotation mechanism for rotating the plurality of rear blades. One of the plurality of rear blades is formed with a notch opening forward, The notch is provided with a guide column that connects one side and the other side in the second direction at the peripheral edge of the notch, and the rotating mechanism is provided in one of the plurality of front blades in the first direction. An operation knob that is slidably mounted on the guide column and the guide column A link arm that engages, and the operation knob and the link arm are rotatably connected to each other around a third axis parallel to the first axis, and the rotation of the operation knob around the third axis The front blade to which the operation knob is attached rotates about the first axis, and all the other front blades rotate about the first axis in conjunction with the rotation, while the operation knob moves in the first direction. Due to the sliding movement, the moving force is transmitted to the blade after the guide column is provided via the link arm, and the rear blade rotates around the second axis, and in conjunction with it, all the other rear blades The following solution was taken for a register configured to rotate around the second axis.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of overhanging portions opposed to each other in the second direction are formed at the peripheral portion of the notch, and the biaxial tension is formed at the rear end of the link arm. A pressure contact portion that is always elastically pressed so as to be slidable is provided on the protruding portion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the register according to the first aspect, the link arm has a pair of leg portions disposed on both sides in the first direction with the guide pillar interposed therebetween, the both leg portions The pressure contact portion is provided at the rear end of at least one of the above.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the register according to the first aspect, the link arm has a pair of leg portions disposed on both sides in the first direction with the guide column interposed therebetween. The pressure contact portions are respectively provided at the rear ends of each of the two pressure contact portions, and one of the pressure contact portions is always slidably elastically pressed against one of the two overhang portions, and the other of the pressure contact portions is It is characterized by being constantly elastically pressed against the other of the two overhanging portions so as to be slidable.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the register according to the third aspect, at least one of the two leg portions is elastically deformable, and the two pressure contact portions are always attached to the corresponding overhang portions by the elastic deformation. It is characterized by being elastically pressed.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the register according to the first or second aspect, the press contact portion is formed with a punched portion so as to be elastically deformable, and the two press contact portions are formed by the elastic deformation. Each of the two overhang portions is always elastically pressed against each other.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the state before assembly, the distance in the second direction of the pressure contact portion between the both protruding portions of the pressure contacting portion is larger than the distance in the second direction of the both protruding portions, At the time of assembling, the pressure contact portions are elastically deformed by being pressed against both projecting portions, and are inserted into the cutout portions in a state where the distance between the pressure contact portions is narrowed in the second direction. Therefore, the dimensional error of the distance in the second direction of the press contact portion between the two protruding portions of the press contact portion is allowed within a range that can be elastically narrowed, and the manufacture of the register is facilitated.

In addition, since the pressure contact portions are always in pressure contact with the both overhang portions, movement in the second direction within the cutout portions of the pressure contact portions can be prevented. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the generation of abnormal noise due to the fluttering in the notch portion of the press contact portion.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the pair of leg portions are disposed on both sides in the first direction with the guide column interposed therebetween, the movement force is reduced by the sliding movement of the operation knob in the first direction. The rear blade can be rotated in the first direction by being transmitted from the pair of leg portions of the link arm to the rear blade.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, each press contact portion is press-contacted to only one of the both overhang portions, and therefore, compared with the case where each press contact portion is press-contacted to both overhang portions, each press contact portion in the second direction. It is not necessary to increase the accuracy required for the dimensions, and the manufacture of the link arm is facilitated.

According to the invention described in claim 4, since the pressure contact force of the two overhang portions to the pressure contact portion is applied to the leg portion with the vicinity of the front end of the leg portion as a fulcrum, this principle is compared with the case where the pressure contact portion itself is elastically deformed. Thus, the leg portion can be elastically deformed with a relatively small pressure contact force. Therefore, the insertion work to the notch part of a press-contact part becomes easy.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the weight of the press contact portion can be reduced by an amount corresponding to the punched portion, and thus the link arm can be reduced in weight.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following description of the preferred embodiment is merely exemplary in nature.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a register 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. This register 1 is disposed on an instrument panel of an automobile, for example, and is used in an air blowing section that blows conditioned air adjusted by an air conditioner into a vehicle compartment. Has a function to adjust.

The register 1 is connected to an air conditioner (not shown) through an air duct (not shown) at the rear end (the end on the back side in FIG. 1), and has an air outlet S adjusted by the air conditioner at the front end. A substantially rectangular cylindrical frame body 3 is provided.

A substantially rectangular decorative frame 31 that forms the front surface of the register 1 is attached to the front end of the frame 3.

An operation dial 33 for operating a shutter (not shown) that opens and closes an air passage formed inside the frame 3 is provided below the decorative frame 31.

A plurality of (here, five) plate-like front blades 5, 5,... Extending in the left-right direction are arranged in parallel to each other in the vicinity of the air outlet S inside the frame 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, pivot shafts 51, 51 projecting in the left-right direction are coaxially provided at the front portions of the left and right ends of each front blade 5. Then, since these rotation shafts 51 and 51 are rotatably supported on the left and right side walls of the frame body 3, each front blade 5 is arranged around the axis A extending in the left-right direction (that is, in the vertical direction). It can be turned. Therefore, in this embodiment, the left-right direction is the first direction, and the axis A is the first axis.

A projecting portion 53 is provided at a substantially central portion of the right end portion of each front blade 5. .. Are connected to each other by link members (not shown) so that all the five front blades 5 rotate in the vertical direction in conjunction with each other. It has become.

A plurality of (in this case, four) plate-like rear blades 7, 7,... As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, pivot shafts 71 projecting in the vertical direction are provided coaxially at the upper and lower ends of each rear blade 7. And since these rotation shafts 71 and 71 are rotatably supported by the upper and lower side walls of the frame 3, each rear blade 7 rotates around the axis B extending in the vertical direction (that is, in the left-right direction). It is possible. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the vertical direction is the second direction (the direction intersecting the first direction), and the axis B is the second axis.

A protrusion 73 is provided at the rear of the lower end of each rear blade 7. .. And the projections 73 of the four rear blades 7, 7,... Are connected by a link member (not shown) so that all four rear blades 7 rotate in the left-right direction in conjunction with each other. It has become.

One of the plurality of rear blades 7, 7,... (The second rear blade 7 from the right in FIG. 1) is notched rearwardly from the front edge of the rear blade 7 and opened forward. A portion 75 is formed.

In the vicinity of the front end portion of the peripheral edge portion of the cutout portion 75, a pair of flange-like overhang portions 77, 77 facing each other in the vertical direction are provided, and the vicinity of the front end portions of the both overhang portions 77, 77 is a rod-like shape. The guide columns 79 are connected. Thus, the upper side and the lower side of the peripheral portion of the notch 75 are connected by the guide column 79.

Then, the register 1 includes a rotation mechanism 9 for rotating the plurality of front blades 5, 5,... In the vertical direction and the plurality of rear blades 7, 7,. It has more.

The rotation mechanism 9 includes an operation knob 91 that is grasped when the user of the register 1 adjusts the air blowing direction, and a link arm 93 that engages with the guide column 79 of the rear blade 7.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the operation knob 91 is provided with a slit 91 a that penetrates the operation knob 91 in the left-right direction. The operation knob 91 is extrapolated from the slit 91a to one of the four front blades 5, 5,... (Third front blade 5 from the top in FIG. 1), and slides to the front blade 5 in the horizontal direction. It is attached as possible.

At the rear end of the operation knob 91 below the slit 91a, connecting pieces 91b for connecting the link arms 93 are provided at both left and right ends, respectively, and each connecting piece 91b has a connecting projection of the link arm 93 to be described later. A fitting hole 91c into which 93d is fitted is provided.

Two regulating projections 91d and 91d projecting rearward are provided apart from each other at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction at the rear end portion on the lower side of the slit 91a of the operation knob 91.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the link arm 93 is formed in a bifurcated shape, and a pair of elastically deformable legs 93a, 93a ′ (93a in FIG. 5) provided at intervals in the left-right direction. Is a right leg portion, 93a ′ is a left leg portion), a positioning portion 93b for connecting front ends of the pair of leg portions 93a, 93a ′, and an outer portion of each leg portion 93a, 93a ′. It has extension parts 93c and 93c that extend in the left-right direction and bend at the extension end part and extend forward.

Coupling protrusions 93d and 93d projecting in the left-right direction are provided coaxially on the outer portions of the front end portions of the extending portions 93c and 93c. And the front end part of both extension part 93c, 93c is arrange | positioned between connection piece 91b, 91b and the control protrusion 91d, 91d, and connection protrusion 93d, 93d of both extension part 93c, 93c is fitting hole 91c, The operation knob 91 and the link arm 93 are pivotably connected to each other around the axis C extending in the left-right direction (that is, in the up-down direction). Therefore, in the present embodiment, the axis C is the third axis.

The positioning portion 93b is disposed between the restricting projections 91d and 91d, thereby restricting the relative movement of the operation knob 91 and the link arm 93 in the left-right direction between the positioning portion 93b and the restricting projections 91d and 91d. The connection between the operation knob 91 and the link arm 93 is prevented from being released.

A guide groove 93e is formed between the leg portions 93a and 93a ', and a guide column 79 is disposed in the guide groove 93e. In other words, both the leg portions 93 a and 93 a ′ are disposed on both the left and right sides with the guide column 79 interposed therebetween. In this way, the link arm 93 and the guide column 79 are engaged.

A disc-shaped press contact portion 93f is integrally provided at the rear end of the leg portion 93a, and similarly, a disc-shaped press contact portion 93f 'is also provided integrally at the rear end of the leg portion 93a'. A curved surface 93g that is curved along the peripheral edge is formed on the peripheral edge of each pressure contact part 93f, 93f ′ excluding the connecting portion with the leg parts 93a, 93a ′, and both side edges of the curved surface 93g in the width direction are formed. The rounded portion 93h is formed over the whole. The vertical widths W1 (see FIG. 6) of the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f 'are set to be equal to each other and shorter than the distance D1 between the two protruding portions 77 and 77. In a state where the both pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are not inserted into the cutout portion 75, as shown in FIG. 6, the both leg portions 93a and 93a ′ are not elastically deformed, and the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are vertically moved. They are displaced from each other in the direction (the amount of displacement is indicated as Offset in FIG. 6). The distance D2 between the upper end of the right pressure contact portion 93f and the lower end of the left pressure contact portion 93f ′, that is, the vertical distance between the pressure contact portions of the both pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ with the overhang portions 77 and 77 is both. It is larger than the distance D1 between the overhang portions 77 and 77 in the vertical direction.

Further, in the vicinity of the bent portion of each of the extending portions 93c and 93c, a rod-shaped reinforcing portion 93i is provided so as to project rearward and is connected to the outer surface of each of the press contact portions 93f and 93f '. As a result, the two pressure contact portions 93f and 93f 'do not move in the direction in which they come into contact with each other but can move in the vertical direction.

Both pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are located in the cutout portion 75, and the curved surface 93g of one pressure contact portion 93f is slidable on the upper overhanging portion 77 by elastic deformation downward of the leg portion 93a. The pressure contact portion 93f is always elastically pressed, and the one pressure contact portion 93f is separated from the lower overhanging portion 77. The curved surface 93g of the other pressure contact portion 93f ′ is always elastically pressed so as to be slidable to the lower overhanging portion 77 by elastic deformation upward of the leg portion 93a ′, and the other pressure contact portion 93f ′ It is separated from the upper overhanging portion 77.

At the time of assembly, both the press contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are elastically narrowed while the upper end of the right press contact portion 93f and the lower end of the left press contact portion 93f ′ are pressed against the overhang portions 77 and 77 while elastically narrowing the distance D2 therebetween. It can be inserted into the notch 75. Accordingly, the dimensional error of the distance D2 between the upper end of the right pressure contact portion 93f and the lower end of the left pressure contact portion 93f ′ is allowed within a range that can be changed by elastic deformation of the leg portions 93a and 93a ′. Becomes easier.

In addition, since the respective pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are brought into pressure contact with only one of the both overhanging portions 77 and 77, the respective pressure contact portions are compared with the case where the respective pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are in pressure contact with the both overhanging portions 77 and 77. It is not necessary to increase the vertical dimension of 93f and 93f ′, and the manufacture of the link arm 93 is facilitated.

Further, the pressure contact force of the both overhang portions 77 to the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ is applied to the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ with the vicinity of the front ends of the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ as a fulcrum, so that the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ themselves are elastically deformed. The leg portions 93a and 93a ′ can be elastically deformed with a comparatively small pressure contact force by the lever principle as compared with the case of making them. Therefore, the operation of inserting the press contact portions 93f and 93f 'into the cutout portion 75 is facilitated.

(Register operation)
Next, a method of adjusting the conditioned air blowing direction up, down, left, and right with the shutter opened will be described.

First, the case where the blowing direction of conditioned air is adjusted up and down will be described with reference to FIG.

In order to adjust the blowing direction of the conditioned air downward when the front blade 5 is in the horizontal state (the state shown in FIG. 7A), the operation knob 91 is rotated downward. As a result, the front blade 5 on which the operation knob 91 is mounted is rotated around the axis A so that the front portion of the front blade 5 is on the lower side and the rear portion is on the upper side. Similarly, all the front blades 5, 5,... Rotate so that the front portion is on the lower side and the rear portion is on the upper side. At this time, the connecting portion JT (the connecting piece 91b and the connecting protrusion 93d) between the link arm 93 and the operation knob 91 moves obliquely forward and upward from the position shown in FIG. It moves forward while rotating. At this time, the pressure contact portions 93 f and 93 f ′ of the link arm 93 move forward while sliding with the both overhang portions 77 and 77 of the rear blade 7. Thus, the conditioned air blowing direction shown in FIG. 7B is adjusted downward.

Further, in order to adjust the blowing direction of the conditioned air upward when the front blade 5 is in the horizontal state (the state shown in FIG. 7A), the operation knob 91 is rotated upward in the opposite direction. As a result, the front blade 5 on which the operation knob 91 is mounted rotates around the axis A so that the front portion of the front blade 5 is on the upper side and the rear portion is on the lower side. Similarly, all the front blades 5, 5,... Rotate so that the front portion is on the upper side and the rear portion is on the lower side. At this time, since the connecting portion JT between the link arm 93 and the operation knob 91 moves obliquely forward and downward from the position shown in FIG. 7A, the link arm 93 moves forward while rotating around the axis C. To do. Thus, the conditioned air blowing direction shown in FIG. 7C is adjusted upward.

On the other hand, when adjusting the blowing direction of the conditioned air to the left and right, the operation knob 91 is slid in the left and right direction. As a result, the moving force of the operation knob 91 is transmitted from the leg portion 93a of the link arm 93 to the rear blade 7, and the rear blade 7 rotates around the axis B (left and right direction). The rear blade 7 rotates in the left-right direction, and the conditioned air blowing direction is adjusted to the left and right.

Therefore, in the first embodiment, both the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f 'of the link arm 93 are always in pressure contact with the both overhang portions 77 and 77. Therefore, even if the fitting hole 91c of the operation knob 91 and the connection protrusions 93d and 93d of the link arm 93 are worn and the connection between the operation knob 91 and the link arm 93 is loosened, the link is caused by conditioned air from the air conditioner or the like. The arm 93 does not rotate around the axis C (vertical direction) and flutter in the notch 75.

Further, as described above, when adjusting the blowing direction of the conditioned air, the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ of the link arm 93 and the both protruding portions 77 and 77 of the rear blade 7 slide, but the pressure contact portion 93f. , 93f ′ are formed in a disk shape (for example, even when the front blades 5, 5,... Are extremely upward or downward) and the press contact portions 93f, 93f ′ and the both overhang portions 77, 77 slides smoothly. Therefore, the user of the register 1 can adjust the blowing direction of the conditioned air without difficulty, and can obtain a good operational feeling.

(Modification of Embodiment 1)
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, both press contact portions 93f and 93f ′ may be formed in a substantially semicircular plate shape. That is, the right pressure contact portion 93f in FIG. 8 is configured by the lower half portion of the pressure contact portion 93f of the first embodiment, and the left pressure contact portion 93f ′ in FIG. 8 is configured by the upper half portion of the pressure contact portion 93f ′ of the first embodiment. May be. Thereby, compared with Embodiment 1, each press-contact part 93f, 93f 'can be reduced in size, and the link arm 93 can be reduced in weight.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 9 shows the link arm 93 of the register 1 according to the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, each of the press contact portions 93f and 93f ′ includes a split portion 93j that is continuous with the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ on an extension line thereof, and a pair of substantially semicircular ridges formed above and below the split portion. The reinforcing portion 93i is connected to the dividing portion 93j. Further, each reinforcing portion 93i is formed in a substantially triangular plate shape, a portion from the extending base end of the extending portion 93c to the vicinity of the bent portion, and outer surfaces of the leg portions 93a, 93a ′ and the dividing portion 93j Are connected. Thereby, the rigidity around both the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ is enhanced as compared with the first embodiment, and the both leg portions 93a and 93a ′ are hardly elastically deformed.

The press contact portions 93f and 93f 'are elastically pressed so as to be slidable to the both projecting portions 77 and 77 by elastically deforming the punched portion 93k so as to narrow in the vertical direction.

Further, in a state where the two pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are not inserted into the notch 75, the vertical widths W1 of the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are equal to each other, and the two protruding portions 77 and 77 It becomes longer than the interval D1.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, the weight of the press contact portions 93f and 93f 'can be reduced by the amount corresponding to the punching portion 93k, and thus the link arm 93 can be reduced in weight.

(Modification of Embodiment 2)
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ surround the inner disk portion 93m with the inner disk portion 93m continuous to the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ and the punched portion 93k interposed therebetween. The reinforcing part 93i may be connected to the inner disk part 93m. Even in this case, the same effect as in the second embodiment can be obtained.

(Other variations)
In addition, in the said Embodiment 1, 2 and those modifications, the connection structure of the operation knob 91 and the link arm 93 is not restricted to the above-mentioned structure, For example, connection protrusion 93d, 93d of the link arm 93 is made into the extension part 93c. 93c is provided in the inner part of the front end portion, the front end portions of the extension portions 93c, 93c are arranged outside the connection pieces 91b, 91b of the operation knob 91, and the connection protrusions 93d, 93d of both extension portions 93c, 93c are connected pieces. You may fit to fitting hole 91c, 91c from the outer side of 91b, 91b.

Further, the shapes of the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f 'are disc-shaped in the modified examples of the first, second, and second embodiments, and are semicircular in the modified example of the first embodiment. However, the shapes of the pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ are not limited to these examples. For example, only the sliding contact portions (pressure contact portions) that are in sliding contact with both the overhang portions 77 and 77 are curved in the front-rear direction, or elliptical. It is good also as plate shape. By making the slidable contact portions (pressure contact portions) of the pressure contact portions 93f, 93f 'curved in the front-rear direction, the operability when changing the wind direction can be made smoother.

Further, the pair of overhang portions 77, 77 may be integrated along the peripheral edge of the notch 75.

Further, in the first embodiment and the modification thereof, only either one of the leg portions 93a and 93a ′ is configured to be elastically deformable, and the both pressure contact portions 93f and 93f ′ correspond to the one elastic deformation. The overhanging portion 77 may be always elastically pressed.

In the second embodiment and its modification, the press contact portions 93f and 93f 'may be formed only at the rear end of one of the leg portions 93a and 93a'.

The present invention is useful as a register that can adjust the blowing direction of conditioned air or the like by operating an operation knob.
