Abstract

【課題】切り取り線による開封後に切り取り線が個別のゴミにならないようにする。
【解決手段】切り取り線の両脇のミシン目などを端から端まで全てに入れるのではなく、片方の端から反対側の端の手前までしか入れないようにする。更に両脇のミシン目を入れないようにした部分の片方にミシン目の代わりに切れ目を入れる。すると途中まで入ったミシン目部分まで切り取り線を剥がせば、切り取り線を本体部分と分離させなくても開封可能となる。

Description

本発明は、切り取り線による開封後に、切り取り線を個別のゴミにしない為のものである。
解決しようとする問題点は、切り取り線による開封後に切り取り線が個別のゴミになる点である。
本発明は、切り取り線を本体部分から完全に分離させないように切り取り線の形状などを工夫します。
本発明は、切り取り線による開封後に切り取り線が本体部分から分離せず、分離した切り取り線を個別に処理する煩雑さが無くなるという利点がある。
図１は切り取り線を本体から完全に分離させない為の切り取り線の形状を示した説明図である。（実施例１） 図２は図１の利便性を更に向上させる為の形状を示した説明図である。（実施例１） 図３は図１の利便性を更に向上させる為の工夫を示した説明図である。（実施例２）
切り取り線を本体から分離させないという目的を、切り取り線の形状の工夫で実現した。
図１の１は既存の切り取り線ではミシン目である部分に上端から切れ込みを入れたものである。
図１の２は既存の切り取り線ではミシン目である部分にミシン目を入れないようにしたものである。
これらにより図１のミシン目の上端まで切り取り線を剥がせば開封されるが、
図１の２の部分により切り取り線は本体と繋がったままである。
図２の１は図１の１で入れた切れ込みにより図１の１のＡ、Ｂの部分がめくれ損傷しないよう切れ込みの形状を工夫したものである。
図２の２は図１の１、２の部分の幅を小さくしても切り取り線が本体から分離しないようにミシン目の方向を工夫したものである。ミシン目を斜め方向にすることにより仮にミシン目の先まで裂けても端までの距離が長くなり分離しないようになっている。
図３の１は図１の１、２の部分の縦幅を縮める為に裏面に張ったテープを示している。テープにより切り取り線と本体部分を結ぶ部分の強度を上げている。
本発明は切り取り線を使用する全てのものに適用できる。
