本発明の排水口構造は、洗面台や流し台の排水口1の構造であって、本実施例では浴室のフロの排水口構造に用いられる。
本実施例の排水口構造は、図1に示すように浴室の排水口構造に用いられており、浴槽と、図示しないが防水パンと、排水口1と、排水器本体としてのエルボ部材7と、排水器本体としての排水トラップ6と、目皿2と、係合構造と、パッキン5と、から構成される。
浴槽は、底部に排水用の開口を有した箱体である。

排水口1は、浴槽パン及び洗い場パンに開口する、パン上に発生した排水を下水へと排水する為の開口である。尚、本実施例では、排水口1として、後記する排水トラップ6及びエルボ部材7を排水口1に取り付けるためのフランジ部材11を備える。当該フランジ部材11は、リング状であって、上端に外側方向へ飛び出して成るフランジを備え、リング部分の外周には雄ねじを構成する。また、当該フランジ部材11のリング部内周面には、係合構造としての目皿2の取り付け用である、係合受け部4としての凸部41が構成される。また、フランジ部材11下端からリングの中心方向に向かって突出して構成される鍔12を構成する。この下端の鍔12は、排水トラップ6に用いられる際に、下端を封水中に配置して封水を形成する防臭パイプを取りつける為のものである。
エルボ部材7は、図1、図2に示すように、排水を下水へと排水させる排水器本体である。またエルボ部材7は浴槽パンの排水口1に取り付けられるエルボ管体であって、後述する排水トラップ6の枝管に接続され、浴槽からの排水及び浴槽パン上からの排水を排水トラップ6側へ排水する部材である。また、上記のフランジ部材11とナットによって、浴槽パンに取り付け固定されている。
排水トラップ6は、図1、図2に示すように、排水を下水へと排水させる排水器本体である。該排水トラップ6は、洗い場パンに取り付けられる、内部に排水を一部貯水して形成する封水を備える箱体である。当該排水トラップ6は、排水路流入する流入口と、前記エルボ部材7とホース等の管体によって接続される。尚、当該排水トラップ6は、下水からの臭気や害虫が室内側へ逆流しない。また、上記のフランジ部材11とナットによって、洗い場パンの排水口1に取り付け固定されている。
目皿2は、図1、図2に示すように、本実施例では、排水トラップ6の排水口1に取り付けられる目皿2a及びエルボ部材7の排水口1に取り付けられる目皿2bとを備える。
排水トラップ6の排水口1に取り付けられる目皿2aは、髪の毛や排水中のごみを捕集する部材であって、排水口1に脱着自在に取り付けられる上面視円形の部材である。当該目皿2aは、前記排水口1と着脱自在に取り付けられるように後記する係合構造が構成されている。この目皿2aは、係合構造によって排水口1(フランジ部材11)から簡単に着脱できるので、使用者が適宜脱着して清掃を行うことが可能な構成となっている。
また、エルボ部材7の排水口1に取り付けられる目皿2bは、いわゆるトラップカバーとよばれる部材であり、上面視円形であって、浴槽の排水をエルボ部材7へ排水する開口と、浴槽パンからの排水をエルボ部材7へと排水する開口を備え、且つ外周にパッキン5が着脱自在に取り付けられているとともに、排水口1(フランジ部材11)から着脱自在に取りつけられる、後記する係合構造が備えられる。尚、当該目皿2bは、上部に浴槽が載置されて浴槽に開口された排水用の開口からの排水管が直接的又は間接的に目皿2bの浴槽排水用開口に接続される配管となる。
前記した目皿2a及び目皿2bにおける係合構造は、図2の要部拡大図及び図3に示すように、排水口1に目皿2を着脱自在に取り付けることができる構造であって、係合部3と、係合受け部4とから成る。本実施例では排水口1であるフランジ部材11に係合受け部4、目皿2外周に係合部3を構成する。
係合部3は、前記目皿2a及び目皿2b外周に構成される、図3に示すように空間部33、弾性柱部31、爪部32から成る。

また、前記実施例では排水口1であるフランジ部材11に係合受け部4や係合部3を構成しているが、図7に示すように、例えば排水器本体としての排水栓部材(又は排水トラップ6やエルボ部材7)の排水が流入する流入口を排水口1とし、当該排水栓の流入口である排水口1部分に係合部3又は係合受け部4を構成することも可能である。この実施例では、洗面台のボウルに取り付けられる排水栓を排水器本体とし、当該排水栓は、ボウル取り付け用のフランジを無くしてボウル裏面からビス等で取り付けた排水口構造である。この実施例においては、目皿2の弾性柱部31を複数構成して成る実施例である。
また、前記実施例では係合部3の構造を、弾性柱部31を一本構成したT字状の爪としたが、例えば図8に示すように弾性柱部31を複数本構成してもかまわない。
また、前記実施例では浴室の排水口構造において採用しているが、これを図7及び図8に示した洗面ボウルの排水口1及びその目皿2の係合構造であったり、図示しないが台所の流し台の排水口1及びその目隠しプレート(排水プレートとも呼ばれる)の係合構造であったりしてもかまわない。
また、前記実施例では髪の毛や排水中のゴミを捕集する目皿2等に用いられているが、当該目皿2は蓋部材であったり、トラップカバーとよばれる排水用の開口を有した蓋部材等であったり、前記したように、排水口1の目隠しプレートなどと排水口1の係合構造であってもかまわない。
