吊り金具は、吊りボルトを垂直に支持する支持部と、該支持部の上部から水平に延長されて造営材の水平突起部の上に係止する係止部と、支持部の下部から水平に延長されて水平突起部の下面に下から締め付け固定する締付ボルトを装着した圧着部とで側面略コ字状を成し、水平突起部上に当接せしめる左右一対の羽根を係止部に備えた吊り金具であり、
該吊り金具の支持部の外側面から係止部及び圧着部の外側面を囲むように形成された平面コ字形状の嵌合体と、該嵌合体の側面から係止部を貫通する固定ボルトとを備え、
