該吊り金具の連結部の外側面を囲むように連結する平面コ字形状の連結基部と、該連結基部の先端部から延長され、左右の羽根の下面を支持して該羽根を補強する一対の補強片とを備え、吊り金具の連結部又は支持部に開口されている連結孔に重合する位置に固定ボルト挿通孔を開穿し、該固定ボルト挿通孔に挿通した固定ボルトで吊り金具に固定するように構成し、
