Abstract
【解決手段】射出成形機10は、型開閉動作を駆動する型開閉駆動部(例えばリニアモータ)28と、型締め動作を駆動する型締駆動部(例えば電磁石)49と、型開閉駆動部28の動作、及び型締駆動部49の動作を制御する制御部60とを備える。制御部60は、型締力を解除するとき、型締力が所定値以下か否かを監視する型締力監視部64を含み、該型締力監視部64によって型締力が所定値以下であることが検出されたとき、型開閉駆動部28によって型開き動作を行うことを特徴とする。

前記制御部は、型締力を解除するとき、型締力が所定値以下か否かを監視する型締力監視部を含み、該型締力監視部によって型締力が所定値以下であることが検出されたとき、前記型開閉駆動部によって型開き動作を行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 型開閉動作を駆動する型開閉駆動部と、
型締め動作を駆動する型締駆動部と、
前記型開閉駆動部の動作、及び前記型締駆動部の動作を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、型締力を解除するとき、型締力が所定値以下か否かを監視する型締力監視部を含み、該型締力監視部によって型締力が所定値以下であることが検出されたとき、前記型開閉駆動部によって型開き動作を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記型締力監視部は、型締力センサの検出値に基づいて、前記型締力が所定値以下か否かを監視する請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記型締力監視部は、所定部材の型閉じ時の位置からの位置の差に基づいて、前記型締力が所定値以下か否かを監視する請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
