Abstract
【解決手段】冷媒が流動させられるとともに熱伝導性の隔壁15aを備える冷媒流路15と、上記隔壁15aを介して設けられるとともに、液化成分を含むガスを流動させるガス流路10とを備えるガス液化素子200aであって、上記ガス流路中に、上記隔壁に対して熱交換可能に接合されるとともに、内部に上記ガスが流動させられる連続気孔101bを有する熱伝導性多孔質体102が設けられており、上記熱伝導性多孔質体は、熱伝導性の外殻110aと、中空又は/及び導電性材料からなる芯部110bとを有する骨格110を備え、上記骨格は、一体的に連続する3次元網目構造を構成しているとともに、上記骨格表面に、耐蝕性のある保護被覆層170が設けられている。

Claims (5)
- 冷媒が流動させられるとともに熱伝導性の隔壁を備える冷媒流路と、上記隔壁を介して設けられるとともに、液化成分を含むガスを流動させるガス流路とを備えるガス液化素子であって、
上記ガス流路中に、上記隔壁に対して熱交換可能に接合されるとともに、内部に上記ガスが流動させられる連続気孔を有する熱伝導性多孔質体が設けられており、
上記熱伝導性多孔質体は、熱伝導性の外殻と、中空又は/及び導電性材料からなる芯部とを有する骨格を備え、
上記骨格は、一体的に連続する3次元網目構造を構成しているとともに、
上記骨格表面に、耐蝕性のある保護被覆層が設けられている、ガス液化素子。 - 上記骨格は、Cu又はNi−Cr合金から形成されている、請求項1に記載のガス液化素子。
- 上記保護被覆層は、耐蝕性のある金属又は表面に酸化膜が形成される金属から形成されている、請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のガス液化素子。
- 上記熱伝導性多孔質体は、圧縮変形させることにより形成された中実状の接合部が形成されており、この接合部を介して上記隔壁に接合されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のガス液化素子。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載されたガス液化素子と冷媒冷却装置とを備えるガス液化装置。
