Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device such as an LED bulb, which includes a light source device using LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), and particularly relates to a technique for improving light distribution characteristics.
In recent years, lighting fixtures (for example, LED bulbs) including light sources using LEDs have been used from the viewpoint of energy saving. However, a light source using an LED has a problem that a light distribution angle is small due to its structure and directivity of emitted light. In view of this, various illumination devices having a configuration for improving the light distribution characteristics have been proposed.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes an ultra-wide light distribution type LED lamp that can improve light distribution characteristics. FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of the ultra-wide light distribution
The
Patent Document 2 describes a light bulb-type lighting device that can obtain light intensity in a desired direction depending on the situation. FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a bulb-
In the light bulb-
However, in the conventional lighting device as described above, the luminous intensity can be obtained in the glove direction, but the luminous intensity cannot be sufficiently obtained in the base direction, so that the light distribution characteristic similar to that of the conventional incandescent bulb can be obtained. However, the light distribution characteristics are still low.
In the ultra-wide light distribution
Further, in the light bulb-
As a result, the conventional illumination device has a disadvantage that it is bright immediately below the illumination device, but dark in the opposite direction. Therefore, it is desired to eliminate the inconvenience of the light source due to the structure and directivity of the light source using the LED, and to realize the light distribution characteristic similar to that of the conventional incandescent bulb with a simple configuration.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide an illumination device having a simple configuration and high light distribution characteristics.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an illumination device according to the present invention includes a base for power feeding located at one end of a housing, a substrate provided on a mounting surface located at the other end of the housing, A reflector fixed to the surface; a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on the surface of the substrate so as to surround the reflector; a pair of lead wires for applying a voltage to the plurality of light emitting elements; and the substrate And a glove that covers at least the reflector and the plurality of light emitting elements, and the pair of lead wires penetrates the mounting surface and the substrate and is opposed to the bottom of the reflector on the surface of the substrate. It is characterized in that it is guided into the casing through one opened through hole.
Moreover, in the illuminating device of this invention, it is preferable that the edge part by the side of the said housing | casing of the said globe is located in the one end side of the said housing | casing rather than the said mounting surface.
Moreover, in the illuminating device of this invention, it is preferable that the surface side on the opposite side to the surface facing the said board | substrate of the said reflector functions as a lens.
In the illumination device of the present invention, the reflector is preferably made of acrylic.
As described above, the illumination device of the present invention includes a light source device that reflects light emitted from a light emitting element in the direction of the mounting surface by a reflector disposed on the same plane as the light emitting element. is there. Therefore, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a lighting device having a high light distribution characteristic with a simple configuration.
The present invention relates to an LED lighting device using an LED as a light source. As a specific example of such an LED lighting device, for example, there is an LED bulb. In general, an LED bulb has a configuration in which a base is provided on the bottom surface side and a light source and a globe that covers the light source are provided on the top surface side in an inverted frustoconical housing. In the following, for convenience of explanation, when the housing is used as a reference point in the direction of the rotation axis of the base, the installation side of the globe is the upper side (upward), and the installation side of the base is the lower side (downward). Needless to say, the vertical direction here does not limit the installation direction in actual use.
Further, in this specification, “conical frustum”, “inverted frustum”, “center”, “concentric”, “circular”, “annular”, “hemispherical”, “spherical shell”, “equally spaced” are strictly the shape In addition to being a definition, a range that can be regarded as a substantially truncated cone, inverted truncated cone, center, concentric, circular, annular, hemispherical, spherical shell, equidistant (approximately truncated cone, approximately inverted truncated cone , Approximately center, approximately concentric, approximately circular, approximately annular, approximately hemispherical, approximately spherical shell, approximately equidistant).

[Embodiment 1]
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(1-1: Configuration of LED bulb)
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration example of the
The
The mounting
The
The
The
(1-2: Configuration of light source)
Next, the configuration of the

(1-2-1: Sub-light source)
FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams showing a configuration example of the
The
The wiring pattern is formed on one surface (hereinafter referred to as an upper surface) (first surface) of the
The
The
The
The sealing
The phosphor may be selected so as to convert the light emitted from the
(1-2-2: Reflector)
As shown in FIG. 1, the
A
(1-2-3: Assembly of sub light source and reflector)
After preparing the
Subsequently, on the upper surface of the
Thus, the
(1-3: Manufacturing method of LED bulb)
Next, a method for manufacturing the
First, the mounting
Subsequently, the
Finally, the
(1-4: Summary)
As described above, the LED
According to the above configuration, assuming that the vertical line on the
Therefore, since the light distribution angle becomes larger as compared with the conventional case, it is possible to provide the
In the
Furthermore, in the
[Embodiment 2]
(2-1: Configuration of LED bulb)
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration example of the
