Abstract
【解決手段】単一シート26のブリーザを使用することにより、ブリーザ材料を取り付けるのに必要な作業量が低減し、ブリーザ材料を様々な大きさのストリップに切断する必要から生じる材料の無駄を低減することができる。単一シート26のブリーザ材料に複数のスリット34が切り込まれる。スリット34は、元の長さより長く伸張することにより、ブリーザシートを拡張させることができる。成形プロセスの間に、スリット34が拡張することにより、ブリーザシート26は部品の表面フィーチャ22a及び輪郭に適合する。

Claims (13)
- 複合部品の真空バッグ処理に用いられるブリーザであって、
前記部品の上に配置される、透過性材料からなるシートであって、少なくとも一つのスリットを有するシート
を含むブリーザ。 - 前記透過性材料のシートには、シートの厚みを貫通する複数のスリットが設けられており、
前記スリットの各々は拡張可能である、
請求項1に記載のブリーザ。 - 前記スリットの少なくとも幾つかが互いに概ね平行である、請求項2に記載のブリーザ。
- 部品が凹凸のある領域を含み、前記部品の凹凸のある領域に適合することが必要な前記シートの領域に、前記スリットの少なくとも幾つかが概ね均一に分配されている、請求項2又は3に記載のブリーザ。
- 前記透過性材料のシートが不織布材料である、請求項2ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のブリーザ。
- 前記透過性材料のシートが少なくとも一方向に伸張可能であり、
前記少なくとも一つのスリットが少なくとも一方向に拡張可能である、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のブリーザ。 - 前記スリットが複数の隣接する列に配列されており、
前記列の各々に含まれるスリットは、隣接する列内のスリットからずれている、
請求項2ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のブリーザ。 - 前記スリットの少なくとも一部は弓形である、請求項2ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のブリーザ。
- 部品の真空バッグ処理に使用される拡張式ブリーザの作製方法であって、
一枚のブリーザ材料のシートに少なくとも一つのスリットを形成すること
を含む方法。 - ブリーザ材料のシートに複数のスリットを形成すること
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記スリットを形成することが、ブリーザ材料のシートにスリットを切ることにより実行される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記スリットを形成することが、
ブリーザ材料のシートを折り畳むことにより、複数層のスタックを形成すること、及び
前記層のスタックに複数の切り込みを入れること
を含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。 - 前記スリットを形成することが、ブリーザ材料のシートに、概ね平行な複数の切り込みを入れることにより実行される、請求項10ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
